Let me save you a trip and a headache. Don't go to the "re-opened and under new management" Marco's Pizza. I placed my order and it said it would be ready at 6:29PM. I arrived at 6:20pm and checked the app before I went inside. Surprisingly, it said it was ready. I went inside and waiting for at least 5 minutes for someone to help me. I told them my name and they said it wasn't ready. I went back out to my car and waited about 10 minutes. Now it's PACKED with people waiting for their orders. Another person asks my name and it's not ready. I said I want to cancel it. The first 2 employees (a young black lady and white lady)were very nice and definitely overwhelmed! A black man, wearing all black (there was another black gentleman wearing a maroon shirt like the ladies and a blue knit hat, poor guy was also overwhelmed) started getting very rude and said I'm sure the website said 45 minutes. I said actually it said 30 AND it shows my order is ready. He kept jacking his jaw and I told him to back it on up because THEY are the ones that don't have my order ready. He kept going and I said I'm cancelling the order. He said you can see we're busy. That has nothing to do with my order saying it's ready and it's not. It wasn't even being prepared! HE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME!!! I wasn't the problem, HE IS!! I am not one to back down from someone being rude. I will NEVER return to Marco's pizza again. To be threatened like that and then he would be wasting police resources for something HE caused is outrageous. I promptly left when my refund was processed. As for the "ambiance", the "bar" area is a cluttered mess and it's not very welcoming at all. We had our "You Have a Pizza Our Hearts" Resident Event and the owner went above and beyond to take our order without hesitation. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Not only was the order prepared promptly, but the pizza was immaculate--fresh, delicious, and plentiful. You could tell that care went into making it. Due to the lack of dining establishments in LaGrange I decided to give Marcos several tries to make what I would enjoy. I usually order later in the evening and have worked with one particular gentleman each time. On this evening, Jan 16, I was driving and called in and the phone was answered by a woman. The level of rudeness in her words and her tone was too much. I can keep giving a place chances to make the food I want, but I will not lower my standards of human decency and politeness. Ordered four pizzas for our extended family gathering around 4:30pm on Saturday. I made all our custom selections then realized I was ordering at the wrong location, since we're visiting out of town family, to my surprise the entire order was deleted when I switched locations. I selected the correct location, customized another four pizzas and placed the order. Once the order was submitted I double checked and saw an error. Over the next 20-30mins in driving to Marcos I called over 10x and my call was only answered when we were a couple blocks away. The girl on the call didn't have any answers and kept asking someone else. Once inside, Manager Chris informed me this location does not have the cauliflower crust I ordered. The primary reason we ordered pizza from this location is because I am gluten free. Chris advised that normally the phones are answered and they should have called me to let me know the key ingredient to the order wasn't available, neither happened. I explained how we ordered specifically from this location for their gluten-free option and he was dumbfounded, asked how he can make the situation right. I ordered two pizzas this evening through DoorDash however only received one. I called up to Marcos to get the missing item sent right out as I understand mistakes happen, however "Greg" informed me they could remake the pizza but I would have to pick it up from the restaurant! Obviously there was a reason I DOORDASHED my order!!! I then asked to speak to a manager to which he lied and said he was , however this isn't my first issue with DoorDash as "Greg" did the same thing the last time I ordered from them but Judy the actual manager was able to assist me. He then proceeded to scream and curse and hang up the phone and refused to answer my calls ... door dash was able to fix my issue however some ppl should never work in the service industry period!! read more

Trash service. Order on the app, pay for your food only to find out they decided to close the restaurant 2hrs before the advertised closing time. Then they don't want to refund your money!! Food quality is inconsistent. Depending on who's cooking. Ordered a pizza with bacon on it. Pizza was full of uncokked fatty bacon. Go here at your own risk. You're better off getting a frozen pizza from Publix than dealing with the kids who work here and the clowns who manage them. read more

We love Marcos!!! If we are on vacation or have a chance to grab pizza... it's Marcos we look for! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary with a long weekend trip to Lagrange. I do have to hand it to the manager on duty last night . He really tried to make sure that quality pizza left their establishment. However; he could only work with what was on the order. I told the girl in front I wanted a small pepperoni pizza with green and black olives. I had to repeat it for her... there was a lot of kitchen noise and to top it off the TV was really loud although their dinning room was closed. After a longer wait then expected we walked out with 3 box's... only 2 of which we ordered. When we opened the box's we found the first attempt by the novice pizza maker. It is an acquired art! Than our cheese sticks! They were amazing. Then the small pepperoni. Unfortunately the girl put black olives and green peppers; not green olives. My husband and both are unable to eat peppers. So we did the cheese sticks. My lesson for the Lagrange Marcos is to turn the tv down and pay more attention when someone is placing the order! read more

I'm surprised that no one has posted a review of this place since 2018?? Most of the Pizzeria's in the LaGrange area are chain restaurants (Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Dominos, Papa Johns) and there are only a handful of locally owned/operated Pizzeria's. I guess Marco's is also a chain of sorts and is corporate run with a few other locations in the GA area. That being said, the pizza at Marco's is sub-par and the service at this particular location is the worst. I had a terrible experience after an order was delivered incorrectly and I was unable to get it fixed. I ordered a veggie pizza with no olives and it was delivered covered in olives....and when I say covered I mean whoever made this pizza had a personal vendetta against anyone who doesn't olives. They made it their mission to make sure that every inch of this pizza had a piece of olive on it. They were in the sauce, under the cheese (what kind of a sociopath puts toppings under the cheese?) and all over the top. It actually made me laugh out loud, I had to admire the ruthlessness of whoever read that ticket that said NO OLIVES. They must have been like "I'll teach you to order no olivies". If there had been a normal amount of of olivies on this pizza, I would have just picked them off and ate it no problem. But I cant stand the taste of olives and there was no way to get them all off without destroying the pizza so we had no choice but to call and ask for another pizza. When we called to explain the situation whoever answered the phone seemed nice enough and said no problem, we'll have another pizza out to you in 20-30min. After an hour, we called back to check on where our pizza was and we were told the replacement pizza they made was sitting there at the shop (cold now). We were told we had to pick it up because they couldnt re-deliver it through door dash since we were not placing another order and paying for it. We asked why the first person we talked to didnt tell us we had to pick it up and instead, told us they would have it out to us in 20-30 min ...implying it would be delivered. At that point the person hung up on us. We called back and asked for the manager and after telling him the story, he hung up on us as well. At this point we were speechless. Marco's was not going to deliver a replacement pizza and the one they made for us was sitting there over an hour cold. So we could drive down there to get a cold pizza or get no pizza that evening. The issue was resolved the next day, we went down as soon as they opened the next morning and spoke to a different mamager who refunded us the cost of the pizza....but it was only after driving down there in person and asking for the refund. As for the quality of the pizza, honestly a frozen pizza from ALDI's is better than the pizza at Marco's. They are constantly sending our flyers with coupons and deals and theres probably a reason for that. Do yourself a favor and if you're in the LaGrange area and you want good Pizza, order from Pizza Villa or Brickhouse Gille or Fox's Den or Karvela's. Hope this was helpful :) read more

Granted I was there a couple months ago but when I went there was a group of people sitting around a table without masks. No that's not why I'm mad. We bought our expensive as hell pizza ($70) . We go to sit down and they tell us that the seating is unavailable because of COVID while there is a group of people sitting at a table there?! Anyhow, it's not worth your time. I just moved to Lagrange and everyone seems to agree the prices are high and management is terrible. read more

Great taste and everything .. but my customer service I like better than my food .I placed and order o line and was trying to use my free cheesy bread coupon which I was following the instructions but it would not let me add it . so I walked in and showed them so I can ask to make sure I'm doing it right . Absolutely awful experience. Ordered food at approx 8 pm, eat delivery by 903. By 940, I had no received food and no answer after multiple attempts. I drove to the store and was told "my order was out for delivery." I drove back to my hotel, my food never arrived but said it was delivered. I checked with front desk and they had no deliveries. I tried to call store back, and again no answer. Now it's almost 11 pm, nowhere is opened esp for delivery and my whole family hasn't eaten. Do not recommend this place at all. read more

The service in this establishment has really fallen to new lows. As I'm at the counter I can hear one of the staff complaining about how something or another is f**ked up. Not really what I would expect to hear in an area where customers congregate. The same employee then came to take my order, lucky me! I asked him if he was ok and he told me no. I told him it would get better and attempted to add a couple bucks on for a tip. He told me that they can't accept tips because the owner is cheap. Again, not the kind of answer one would expect. As always, the food was great. The service on the other hand, was off. The young lady, Ski, taking the order was a bit curt, she did welcome us when we came in but seemed like she was rushing us through our order process. We ordered the small meat lovers and also wanted wings. We were told there are no wings, store is out till Tuesday, really??? A young man named Joel or "J" was very helpful and attentive. Asked if we were loyalty customers, brought out the form to fill out and made sure we had what we needed for a good meal. Marcos used to be my favorite but then they hired awful staff, there's a blonde girl who is so rude to everyone there. Last time i complained to the manager about it and she offered me 25 off my next order. When i went to place it they said it was already used which wasn't true. Stopped at this Marcos while visiting Great Wolf. Food was good / typical for Marcos. But service was bad. Told the girl at the register that the tables were sticky. I offered to wipe them down ... and she offers me a single napkin. "No", I said. I need a towel and some cleaner. She protests a little and says she had just wiped them down. Ultimate, she agreed to come wipe them down. But she was pretty reluctant. I was shocked. read more

We are in Lagrange at the Great wolf lodge. We thought we'd order in pizza to save time and money from eating at the hotel spots. The order took 90 minutes to arrive. The extra cheese pizza had almost no cheese at all. One piece actually had no cheese at all and the rest of the pieces had very little. The cinnamon squares were dry and had no dipping sauce provided. The chicken bites had no sauce and the 2 kids I'd ordered those for had fallen asleep anyways since it was 930pm before I got my order. I ordered Sierra Mist and they brought Mountain Dew. Finally when driver arrived, I got a call to meet him in lobby. I should have just cancelled order after an hour. All around a terrible experience. My advice to you is just go eat downstairs or ride to Wendy's or Arby's. Avoid Marcos. read more
