Only ordered delivery and the delivery has mostly been super quick - on the weekends it can be a little longer then usual but that's expected. The food is good but they have not always followed specific instructions (example- requested extra sauce ) read more

You're people at the store has ruined dominos for me and my family. No response, answers the phone and ignored me twice without even acknowledging I have called even though I can hear the background. I placed an order that has been "out for delivery" for over an hour. No answer, no customer support. Nothing. Unexceptional and worst customer service ever read more

I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant as Iam this store. 2 hours on food called to check on the delivery they would answer the phone not saying nothing at all. I will never order from them again. read more

ordered a pizza and said it would be there in 30-40 minutes an hour goes by and I check my tracker saying it's been delivered. i literally see the dominoes car drive by my house and keep going. I call their office and they said there was another delivery on my street and he just gave delivered it there. before I could say anything I get hanged up on by their customer service. i call again and while I'm waiting the delivery guy shows up saying how apparently he was told he missed my house. I get my pizza and he asks for a tip which I already paid when I ordered online but I tell him no beca he was late and claimed my food was delivered when he clearly didn't. he didn't like that and as he's walking away I hear him muttering andcswearing at me for not having to drive in the cold. buddy I work outside for 10-12 hours a day I don't want to be in the cold either. i even caught him on my security camera swearing at me too. Hopefully y'all can teach your driver some manners and a better work ethic moving forward. I've ordered from them before and never had anyone behave like that. Edit: came out to check my mail this morning and I found a bunch of crumpled domino receipts on my driveway from where the driver parked. Real classy pal read more

I ordered pizza and I got 3 hours waiting and still no come service suck and I call the store and they no answer

Ordered 16 wings last night and they didn't give any sauce that was requested and the manager hung up on me twice, not sure who she was but she was very rude and disrespectful!! read more

this place is nothing but slow!!! make sure to have Atleast 3 errends to run before you pick up your pizza

Just spend an hour and 23 minutes waiting on a deliver that should have taken 10 minutes. If you desire a timely delivery, do not order from domino's. They do not have the customer in mind when cooking anything. read more

Ordered from them multiple times hoping it would get better but they're too incompetent to complete an order under the minimum of 2 hours usually a lot longer. If you're hungry, don't order from here. You're great grandkids will have passed away before you get your order. read more

Waited 2.5 hrs for a cold pizza .I called to cancel order to be hung up on after on hold for 5 minutes 3x .Horrible customer ser although the driver was very sweet read more

Terrible. Used the app to place an order at 1pm for deliver at 7pm. Checked the "tracker" and it stated the order was "quality checked" at 632, out for delivery at 704., showed delivered at 754. One of many problems with this timeline was that the pizza was never delivered. Called the location, very rude person stated "we are very busy, orders are delayed by at least 2 hours, the app is never right, neither is the tracker. Call us back at 830 if the pizza isn't there yet." I would guess that dominos pizza is always very busy on Friday and Saturday night in lovely LaGrange GA. Ordering a pizza 6 hours before you want it should mean that the pizza gets delivered at approximately the time you request it. Never again. read more

The reason I give this place a 4 and not a 5 is because before my last experience the customer service was excellent. The lady on the phone spoke clearly and did some suggested selling and my pizza looked and tasted great. The last time I ordered, I could barely understand what the guy was saying because he was mumbling like I had woke him up from a nap or something. Then he told me that my pizza would be ready "whenever you get here". Usually they will tell you 10-15min. When I got there, the pizza was ready but I was charged the wrong price and not the sale price so that had to be fixed. But the pizza tasted great! That's the most important thing but I still like constantly good customer service. read more

If you want to see what is wrong with America just try and order a pizza from this cookie cutter assembly line so called a Pizzeria. If you work there- Pizzeria means a place where pizza is made so please catch up. After placing an order for a pizza with multiple items via the internet, we went to the place and received a pizza with only black olives. Evidently reading an order from one placed on the internet is troubling for the post teens that work there. After several minutes of the Manager trying to figure out how his special team could boggle up an order with the large pictures displaying how to make a pizza posted on the wall could happen. He offered to make us the correct pizza and a free coke for our troubles. No refund, no apologize just a free coke. Thanks goes out to the special team working at Dominos for making Papa John's number one in Lagrange. They should be proud. read more
