    Garlic knots, too expensive!
    Raquel W.

Seemed not very friendly and the portions were so small. We paid 42 dollars for a small amount of food. Garlic knots were 5-6 dollars for 6 tiny knots.

12inch, thin crust with tomatoes, pepperoni, ground beef, sausage, and extra cheese. Very tasty.

Annillio's Pizzeria in Smiths Station is a hidden gem that surprised me. The pizza is fantastic, trust me when you I say it's the best pizza in Lee County. I was skeptical when I arrived because it's so small and inconspicuously hidden on HWY 280. You must try their pizza. When I walked in I was totally surprised to see it was pretty crowded and all the seats were taken. It's a small restaurant with limited seating. They do serve beer and wine. The atmosphere gives that city neighborhood family pizzeria vibe and could work for a simple date night casual dinner, it's not fancy but if you're on a very casual date than this is the place. Will I go back to Annillo's? Heck yeah!

Food is great. Not just a pizza joint but a wide menu of italian food and some good subs also.

One of the best pizzas I've had. I mean it was really good. I'm not from here and I don't know all…read morethe places but this was better than my Pizza Hut back home.

My daughter was eating her slice of pizza and found a hair baked into the pizza. I called the…read morestore, spoke to a guy named Dale who stated he was the manager on duty, He requested I bring the pizza back up to the store for a remake. I was unable to return to the store & requested a refund for the one pizza out of the 3 pizza order. He did not indicate that this was an unreasonable request but did ask to put me in a short hold. Next a guy named Chad picks up the phone. Chad was very brash, with poor community skills and came off like a young man on a power trip. He had me repeat the whole issue even after I told him Dale was helping me & refused to put Dale back on the phone stating "we are both managers." Chad told me that if I could not bring the pizza back up there I would have to hold on to the pizza and bring it the next day to receive my refund. Chad's tone and inflection during this time insinuated I was trying to rob them of this $11 pizza. I requested to know why he was put in the phone & wanted to speak to Dale. I also asked who was the top manager running the store at that time. Chad became caddy and said they were both managers, they were both running the store. I attempted come to a mutual conclusion giving him the proof he wanted and me my refund. This was totally one sided and he acted as if I was absurd. The conversation continued with Chad in this manner until a flat out refused to speak to him anymore and demanded to speak to Dale. Chad placed me on hold, Dale returned. I proceeded to tell Dale that the previous guy had a horrible attitude and customer service skills, giving Dale examples from the conversation continued. Dale was taken a back until he realized I was speaking of Chad. Dale stated, genuinely sounding as though he didn't know Chad had picked up the phone "I'm sorry, I thought Jacob answered the phone. He's my manager." I became upset by this point. I had specifically asked Chad who was running the store & to speak to the head manager at least twice during the conversation. Non the less, Dale became affiliated at this point to & doubled down on the no refund decision. I called corporate customer service the next day, explained the situation, and was told I'd hear from a store representative in 48 hours. That was 4 weeks ago... I think I'm done with Papa John's
