One of the best pizzas I've had. I mean it was really good. I'm not from here and I don't know all the places but this was better than my Pizza Hut back home. read more

My daughter was eating her slice of pizza and found a hair baked into the pizza. I called the store, spoke to a guy named Dale who stated he was the manager on duty, He requested I bring the pizza back up to the store for a remake. I was unable to return to the store & requested a refund for the one pizza out of the 3 pizza order. He did not indicate that this was an unreasonable request but did ask to put me in a short hold. Next a guy named Chad picks up the phone. Chad was very brash, with poor community skills and came off like a young man on a power trip. He had me repeat the whole issue even after I told him Dale was helping me & refused to put Dale back on the phone stating "we are both managers." Chad told me that if I could not bring the pizza back up there I would have to hold on to the pizza and bring it the next day to receive my refund. Chad's tone and inflection during this time insinuated I was trying to rob them of this $11 pizza. I requested to know why he was put in the phone & wanted to speak to Dale. I also asked who was the top manager running the store at that time. Chad became caddy and said they were both managers, they were both running the store. I attempted come to a mutual conclusion giving him the proof he wanted and me my refund. This was totally one sided and he acted as if I was absurd. The conversation continued with Chad in this manner until a flat out refused to speak to him anymore and demanded to speak to Dale. Chad placed me on hold, Dale returned. I proceeded to tell Dale that the previous guy had a horrible attitude and customer service skills, giving Dale examples from the conversation continued. Dale was taken a back until he realized I was speaking of Chad. Dale stated, genuinely sounding as though he didn't know Chad had picked up the phone "I'm sorry, I thought Jacob answered the phone. He's my manager." I became upset by this point. I had specifically asked Chad who was running the store & to speak to the head manager at least twice during the conversation. Non the less, Dale became affiliated at this point to & doubled down on the no refund decision. I called corporate customer service the next day, explained the situation, and was told I'd hear from a store representative in 48 hours. That was 4 weeks ago... Papa Johns Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Phenix City, Alabama

Ordered two (2) Papadillas. One requested no ranch. The other was supposed to have no peppers or onions. Both were made wrong, as if nobody read the online instructions. I highly recommend that the employees at this Papa John's take an extra 5-10 seconds to see if the cistomers paying online want modifications to their orders AND that someone working there acts as quality control as the order is being made - to guarantee that the customers actually receive the food for which we have paid. read more

Got my order completely wrong, only offered a "partial refund". Manager Taylor was NO HELP

This is the worst papa johns I have ever been to. I stopped going here along time ago. The pizza was always in poor condition and tasted really bad. Decided to give it a try 1 year later and everything was tasting good. Until I ordered 3 medium pizzas and garlic parmesan sticks. I went to pick it up and when I got in the car I checked all the food. I received original breadsticks. So I went back inside to tell them the sticks are wrong. As soon as I opened the door they said "there's no garlic on them right?". I said yes. So they squeezed garlic sauce on them and handed it back to me. I looked at it and was like this looks nothing like garlic parmesan sticks. I said I want what I ordered. They told me it is. I told them this is not what garlic parmesan sticks looks like. Another person came over and said that's what it looks like. I said I want a new one. So they said wait 10min. It was like 4 mins later they gave me the new batch. I looked at them and looked fine. I get home to take a bite and inside is all raw dough. I mean this is ridiculous. They knew they messed up in the beginning. Every stick was raw dough inside. So I had to cook the breadsticks my self so I can eat them. On top of that, the garlic sauce inside the cheese pizza was ripped open and spilled all over the pizza. Like someone opened it up and put it on its side. I will never return to this location. To many bad experiences. The staff is not friendly and seems like they don't care. I care because I spent $40 for food that should be cooked and right. read more

Pizza was great and the people were nice. I made a carry out order and it took only 10 minutes! The dough was handmade and it was really good. Would definitely eat here again ! read more

Came here 7/17/16, rude ass little girl taking my order. Hire someone who will at least look at you when they speak. Maybe say hi, how are you, not that damn hard. Hopefully a manager or someone will respond to my review. Maybe that's why this location only has one star. This food better be good or I'm really going to be pissed! read more

I called to ask about delivery and I told her the city and instead of looking it up she told me, "We don't deliver there." Just as she was about to hang up, I asked if anyone does and she said our other store on 80. I thought in my head, how can that be if that's farther out. I called the other store and when he answered Ladonia, I said, "Ladonia? Do you deliver to my location?" He asked where I was at and said, no the other location did. He was the Assistant Manager to my store and he told me to call them back and mention his name. I did so and they promptly took my order. The lady on the phone this time was super polite, patient and accommodating. It took a little over an hour for the food to come and when it did, my boyfriend and I couldn't eat any of the pizza or bread sticks because it had a weird after taste that was off putting. Perhaps old dough or something? Also, there was barely any sauce at all. The wings were the only thing salvageable out of $50 of food!! On top of that, I tipped the driver $7 and they didn't even bring my drink that I paid for or pack any of the extra sauces I got charged for. I love Papa Johns but I will not order from this store. So disappointed! read more
