My daughter got food from there last week for $24, food was good , people were nice, but they charged her twice. She called the store and the guy that answered said that the second charge probably wouldn't go through, but if it did she would be given a refund. Well of course the charge went through and the lady that identified herself as the manager said' we don't give refunds'. She is disputing this with her bank and should eventually get her money back, but this is really the definition of poor customer service. It's sad that we are at a place where people that are obviously wrong cant just admit it, rectify the situation, and move on. read more

We just moved to the area and looks like our choices for food are minimal! Marcos is just down the road from our house! Prices are great, food is okay. The menu is tiny... This pizza is very good. It is better than most of the pizza I have ever tasted in California. Also, the price is a little cheaper especially for what you get. Expensive $$$. The food is alright but since it's the only place in fort Mitchell that offers pizza there is nowhere else to go. I think if there were some competition close by the pricing would be better but until then I'll order here when I get a craving for pizza or cheesy bread. read more

Horrible service! Placed an order an hour and a half before I wanted to pick it up. Came in to pick it up and they couldn't even find my order. They charged my card and printed a receipt but never made my pizza! Half an hour later and I'm still waiting! Would give them no stars if I could. If the waiter repeats your order 3 times and still sound like he didn't get it right...he probably didn't. If you call inquiring about your order a member of management may not be available and you may be asked to drive 15mins plus for them to correct what should have been done correctly the first time. It can be expensive if you order pizza and have it delivered, with delivery , tip, and tax it can be around $30 for two medium pizzas which go fast. My last pizza's were over cooked. Otherwise, the pizza is usually decent but not NY pizza! 8) read more
