The customer service or lack of at this location is absolutely understandable after dealing with Joey who apparently is the CO-Owner. After having had to place my order on the phone because I could not use my Greycard discount which I had to explain what that was. I ordered a medium thick crust pizza with Italian Sausage and Black olives. I realize that my Italian Sausage and olives were extra. I was told I could get 6.99 price plus the charger for extras. I was also told by whoever took the order that I could combine the price and Greycard discount. OK strenuous ordering ordeal whew over with after I got the total I was a bit perplexed hmm, I asked for an itemized receipt, I was told I would receive it with my pizza. NOT! When the driver delivered I asked for the itemized receipt he said he had it in the car SMH. Ok ordering done check, delivery done check. Pizza looked amazing but no ranch sauce which I called back to order, placed on hold for a lengthy amount of time but it's Friday I get it. I call and get put on hold so I just get in my car and drive over. Someone finally came back on the line I told them I was on my way. Bruh, I've called 3 different times trying to get delivery. The first time, I had to talk to two different people to get them to understand my address. I said it, spelled it, and then spelled it phonetically. They figured it out and said sorry we don't deliver there. I live in a new house, and am surrounded by older houses that receive delivery in my neighborhood so wth? To me sounds like they just didn't want to deal with the issue at hand. My wife called the second time a week or so later, the manager put our address in the system and sent us our pie. It was stellar as always. The pizza is excellent but the delivery service sucks... The restaurant is 1.9 miles away and it still took over an hour to arrive on a slow day. I asked for extra cheese on the pizza and they gave my 2 parmesan cheese packets. I usually order with door dash but I wanted to cut out the middle man and order directly with marco's. Ok so we used to get pizza often and now the past few times the pizza has definitely not been up to the standards that we've grown to love about their pizza . it's really sad because there really isn't anywhere around here that has good pizza so now the kids don't get their pizza night anymore. We may just wait a bit before we try to order again. The pizza has been burnt and not as tasty. The cheese has been scarce and almost no sauce last time ! They usually answer the phone by asking u to hold but not even waiting for ur response. They used to be our favorite, but now they don't double the cheese when we ask...even when we ordered the pepperoni melt. read more

Marco's pizza is just not that great. It's not bad, but it is kinda weird tasting.They are also not the cheapest place around. Recommend going a few doors down to Tombo's or trying out another pizza place. Or Pizza Hut is probably even better IMO. read more

When my family and I first moved to the area, we had heard Marco's Pizza was the best choice for the "fast food type" pizzas. Our first few orders were great and one time during pickup the manager had checked a pizza out and said the toppings were too light and gave us an additional free pizza. Well since then, I haven't seen that manager again so I assume she moved on. Quality control and customer service has gone down hill. They have consistently messed up orders and customer service was very unthoughtful. My last two delivery orders finally made the decision for us to never order from Marco's again. The second to the last order did not come with the sauce cups for the breadsticks and upon calling them the person said they would credit my account for the cost of the cups and even admitted someone didn't check the order. The very last order was the straw that broke the camel's back, they said I couldn't use the credit because I was ordering a special promotion and when it arrived at our home is was missing a topping and we found a rubber band cooked into the cheese. Makes me wonder if they dumped a dustpan on our pizza. We are done with Marco's. read more

Ate here numerous times with no issues, then my son felt a crunch in his pizza, turned out to be a bug. Owner pretty much called us liars and even suggested it could of happened during delivery. Either way we wont be eating here anymore. Check you food before you bite. read more

They have just lost a customer in me. They left my pizza on the front step and then when I called and questioned why they didn't just return it to their location and I could have picked it up, their response was that they weren't going to go on a manhunt for me... even though i clearly stated that i would have no problem with going to the location to pick up the location. 0 Rating - I ordered with family visiting. I ordered 3 pizzas and 1 of them was incorrect. I called to get the pizza replaced. Also 1 of the 2 that was correct was COLD. The Young man that took my order put me on hold in the middle and I made him repeat the order when he got back on the phone with me. I started frequenting the Marcos on Summerville Rd, Phenix City AL in 2008. I would purchase a pizza from there every week. But, I have not been going there that often as of late. They were under new management and no longer gave out military discount on specials. Well, today I decided to get a Marcos Pizza since I hadn't had one in quite some time. I was disgusted by the pizza. Normally, the pizza has a good amount of meat on it. The pizza that was prepared for me looked like a CHEESE pizza with a sprinkling of toppings (sausage, pepporoni, and ham). NEVER again will I frequent that establisment. The cheap Lil Ceasars pizza has more meat than the pizza that I was given today. Marcos used to be the best pizza joint, but it sucks now...at least the one on Summerville Rd. Today was my last day of business with them. I know that one person not buying from them will not make a difference e, but if the word gets out on the quality of food now, the masses CAN make a difference. read more
