I went on a Monday when it opened. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Its a small location with a few tables but felt home for me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had the chicken parm with a side of penne a la vodka. Loved it. The chicken parm and ingredients was fresh and the chicken was tender. Would definitely come back.

Milane is truly a hidden gem in Boca! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. The chef makes everything from scratch, so it takes a little extra time, but trust me, it's worth every bite! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and tasted like authentic, homemade Italian food. I usually order the Pesce al Guazzetto or Pesce alla Livornese with Flounder, and it was honestly the best I've ever had! My family and I absolutely love this place and will be coming back again and again. If you want to experience truly homemade Italian food without having to travel to Italy, you have to try Milane! Highly recommend.

The service was excellent-- WOW this was like being cheffed up inside this man's HOME. We basically had a private chef, private venue experience with an exclusive/personal menu all cooked to order. (Not 100% sure what the chef's name was but I know it was Giuseppe's father) He took such good care of us and cooked everything from scratch, made to order. Definitely a treat. We ordered a spread of things to share and he hooked us up. Charcuterie spread, bread, burrata, gnocchi, pesto tortellini, grouper, chicken marsala, lasagna Everything was a 10 in my humble opinion minus the seating... ambiance could use work but it honestly was so good that it didn't take away from our experience.

I had the lasagne, my daughter (9) had the cacao de pepe, my husband had the bolognese, my son (11) had the shrimp pasta and my friend had the chicken Marsala. Everyone loved their dinner. We also got the antipasto board. It was perfect. They even had perroni 0% so I could drive. I wanted the strawberry shortcake for dessert but we were too full. Great service. They are super friendly. Milane is an intimate family Italian restaurant with amazing service, a full menu that I wanted to order it all. Our family started with the antipasto italiano, a spread of cheeses, meats and veggies. Then decided on the gnocchi, salmon carbonara, penne vodka sauce with pancetta. Carolina was a wonderful host, gave us amazing suggestions and we ended our evening with affogato and limoncello cake!

Delicious food! Welcoming staff/ owners! Hole in the wall, tiny, unpretentious place on Federal. Just a few tables, so reservations are recommended, even on hump day! :) Bring your own wine, no liquor license here. And enjoy a delicious branzino fish in lemon and butter sauce and tiramisu like I had tonight! Multa bene!! read more

Came to visit our old and dear friends in Boca. Knowing that I'm a foodie, they eschewed the same old, same old, trendy restaurants in downtown Boca, and took us to this small cafe: unremarkable in appearance on the outside or in, but what culinary masterpieces Dominico and Victoria (the proprietors) spun for us. The Burrata cheese plate was superb. Their mussels in tomato and garlic sauce. was delicious. We sopped up all the sauce with their freshly made bread. The handmade linguine in white clam sauce (Zuppa di Clam) was sublime! Oh, and the dessert.... Having been spoiled by the Termini Brothers Bakery in South Philly, I was a bit skeptical about their cannoli, But was I wrong: it was the best I've ever had. We paid around $80 for two dishes. One of them was almost inedible. The other was decent but nothing special. The service was...awkward. The decor was ugly. At this price, we expected higher quality food, better service, and nicer atmosphere. AVOID!! read more

Had dinner here in this small barely air conditioned space. Only about 6 tables and very uncomfortable chairs. The husband and wife owners couldn't be nicer but I think this place should be reserved for lunch. Dinner was overpriced and disappointingly bland. Ordered the caprese salad and just 3 small rounds of tomato and mozzarella. Ordered the penne vodka and there was barely a hint of a vodka sauce it was basically a pink sauce. Chicken piccata was tasteless and lemon was undetectable and the rubbery chicken was so poorly presented on the dish. Ordered the homemade ricotta cheesecake and it was so dry and not at all fresh. I heard panini and sandwiches are their specialty, dinner certainly is not! It was so stuffy and uncomfortable to dine in this space too despite the incredible warm welcome. read more

Some of the best Italian I've tried in south Florida seafood is so fresh and salads are amazing. I fish a lot and know how to tell when fish is fresh and there fish all taste very very fresh. Desserts are also great. Very reasonable for what you are getting read more

Overheard a conversation at the pool about good Italian restaurants and then checked the reviews and thought good word of mouth and good reviews, then let's try it. Glad we did. Tiny place in Boca with about five tables and the owner advises you right when you're seated that they cook everything fresh and to order so it takes time. If you're not prepared to wait for fresh hot food you should probably move on. We were there for lunch and ordered from the lunch menu getting chicken Marsala, chicken piccata, manicotti and spaghetti and meatballs. We were brought some bread with balsamic and oil to start. We also ordered side salads to go with our lunch which were a good size (I got the arugula with Parm and lemon) and hubby got the green salad with balsamic dressing. Our food came out shortly and was very hot with a good portion of chicken on top of penne pasta. Very tasty. Hubby said his spaghetti was the closest to his mothers he's had in a long time and being Italian he's super picky about his spaghetti. The mannicoti was also pretty big and tasty. We wanted a cannoli for dessert and the owner offered to make a two small ones instead of splitting the large. Very nice. The owner and his wife were very friendly and made sure we knew it was a one man and one woman show. We had a nice chat with them and look forward to coming back next time we're in town. read more

Great friendly Victoria and Domonico! Authentic Italian cuisine in Boca, just like in Italy! Yummy anti pasta. Strawberry gelato was to die for! Just a warning about parking - DO NOT park in the bank parking lot, they will boot your car immediately as soon as you walk away. Make sure to park directly in back of Giuseppe's Cafe, no where else. read more

This place was incredible if not only because of the owners! They pay attention to detail, are not shy to make persons feel welcomed and strike up conversation, and the food is excellent! Traditional southern Italian cuisine. The owner, who is also the chef, even takes requests for specific dishes if you call ahead! (I asked for a veal saltimbocca and he was ready to make it at my request). For a place at the beach, this restaurant is a total winner! read more

Finishing a week in Boca Raton at our company's leadership conference. We ate several meals at the resort which were all excellent but Giuseppe's surpasses all of them in taste, quality and atmosphere. I would love to have a restaurant like this close to home. Saw a review from a familiar Yelper and thought, let's try this new place. The review said you park in the rear;so my wife and I did and entered through the rear door. The look on the lady's face was if I had entered through a kitchen door wearing a ski-mask. She looked askance and quickly asked if we had a reservation? My wife replied we did not. The woman said "you can't eat". I tried to ask if it were possible to wait for an opening. To set the atmosphere for my query, there were 6-8 people sitting down. Three tables were empty, and only one of those had settings on it. She said she would give me there number so I could make a reservation. I declined her offer, saying that if that's how they handle this situation...I don't plan on patronizing their business. We went across the street to Roots, which was fabulous... I wish I could give them Zero stars. No where did it say reservations required or recommended, and if they had a big party coming it that would take up the last two hours they would be open, put a notice on the door. Don't treat new customers like they're expendable...because if that becomes your trend, east Boca is filled with good places to eat. read more

If you're on vacation and can't find a good spot, come here! Great prices, friendly owners, great tasting food with fresh grown ingredients. Veggies tasted like they are hand picked from the garden. End your meal with some delish gelato. We had lunch here, paninis and salads on the lunch menu. You can bring your own bottle of wine with no corkage fee too. Definitely coming back here :) read more

Real taste of Italy! My wife is part Italian and her dad makes the same mussels in white wine sauce. It truly tasted like home. Both my (seafood mix) and my wife's (mussles) were not overly salty, and had so MUCH flavor (garlic and white wine). The soup left at the bottom is my favorite part which I dipped in bread that came with the meal. Tiramisu and Ricotta cheesecake for dessert- was the perfect ending to a fabulous dinner that tasted like home. The hospitality from the owners(husband and wife) was phenomenal. My father in law found the gem on yelp. It only has 5 tables so you have to make a dinner reservation. Well it doesn't look like much being on a main road and in a strip center but the food was terrific. The owner and his wife make you feel like you are in their home and they are cooking for you. It was really a great meal. Don't tell anyone or you will not be able to get a reservation. Also you can park in the back and knock on the glass door ( sign says go around front ) they will open if for you. Otherwise you have a long walk around the block read more

I came to Boca Raton from NY to celebrate what would have been my father's 90th birthday. My mom and I decided to go to an Italian restaurant, as it was my dad's favorite food. Mom found Giuseppe's on Yelp. When we arrived, we were sure we were at the wrong place. We drove past it three times. To say It is a very unassuming place is an understatement. The owners greeted us when came in. They are lovely modest people. There are very few tables. They suggested we start with the burrata. It was served on a bed of arugula with prosciutto and perfectly sweet cherry tomatoes. It was amazing. The perfect amount of salt and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. For our main course we ordered the special......pescatore (fish and seafood) over linguine. The seafood was incredibly fresh. The sauce was made with wine, garlic and cherry tomatoes with a kick of red pepper flakes. It was as good as any Italian restaurant in NY. Absolutely delicious!!!!! This is the most unassuming gem in all of Boca Raton. I walked in curious and hungry for quality Italian food...what I found is beyond my wildest expectation. The owner/chef makes everything from scratch...not an understatement. I was not very hungry so all I ordered was caprese. The tomatoes were picked fresh and the mozzarella was hand pulled 3 hrs prior...nothing short of incredible! I was so impressed that I went on to order both the octopus salad and the freshly pulled tortellini. This place is beyond authentic and an absolute must. My boyfriend Mark and I had been recommended Giuseppe's Cafe so we went last night. This is a family run business. The food was excellent! We had calms casinos, mussels in a red sauce and the a fresh fish dish. We ended our meal with a cappuccino gelato and tiramisu. The service was excellent. The food is made fresh and to order. The atmosphere felt like home. Make reservations in advance for a weekend night. Prices are excellent for the high quality food. To make matters worse, my follow-up call to management was equally disappointing. The response was all talk, no action. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism left a lasting negative impression.

I came across Milane thanks to a random video on social media, and decided to give it a try. I'm really glad I did. The service is incredibly friendly, everyone there makes you feel welcome, almost like you're visiting family. The food is all made from scratch and you can absolutely taste the difference. My wife had the salmon carbonara, and I ordered the arrabiata. Both dishes were exactly what we were hoping for. I grew up on my grandma's Italian cooking, and Milane hit all the right notes...comforting, flavorful, and made with care. We enjoyed it so much that we came back another night just for dessert. We went for their pre-fixe meal. We stated with Bruschetta Toscana and Cheese Balsamic that was so flavorful. It lead into the Spaghetti Pistachio and Pesto. Pistachio added a sweeter flavor to the pesto. My favorite was the Torta Salata Zucchini & Leeks. Quiche like in texture. So much flavor! Oh my God! To say that the food was delicious is an understatement! I never write reviews but am so impressed with this restaurant/cafe...from the owners warm welcome to the home made warm bread to the sumptuous lasagna, this place is heaven and you all need to know! But wait! You have room for desert? Try their Gelato's and the delicious coffees. Their portions are large, the hospitality is second to none and the prices can Not be beat. Did we go to Italy or just South Florida?? You'd think we traveled across an ocean to eat. The food here is so authentic if you close your eyes, you'd think you were in Naples. All I have to say is Caprese Salad and Gelato! OMG. This trip is costing me in not only $$$ but in lbs. The smells will give you anxiety because you don't know what to try but want to try it all. I think salad for the rest of the trip. read more

As an Italian I can barley find a place like Giuseppe's Cafe that's real Italian food. I've never liked tomatoes until trying this Milano sandwich, which is literally to die for. Excellent fresh fish is served at this lovely little Italian restaurant. There are very few tables here, and the service is really attentive. Be advised that reservations are most likely required. The limoncello dessert and all of the fish meals were excellent. read more

Small hole in the wall owned by a husband and wife with amazing food! Their burrata was amazing! Came with fresh arugula, heirloom tomatoes, prosciutto, and thick parmesan. Also, had their homemade lasagna. Food was very enjoyable. read more
