Absolutely incredible experience. This new Italian spot in Boca is truly something special. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional--warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The owner was present and came over to check on us, which added such a personal and thoughtful touch you rarely see anymore. The food... I'm still thinking about it. Everything tasted completely homemade, and you can tell there's real passion behind every dish. We ordered three different items with different sauces, and each one was uniquely flavorful--nothing tasted the same, and every bite was better than the last. The level of flavor, quality, and overall charm of this place is just on another level. You can feel the heart in it. Highly recommend--this is easily one of the best Italian dining experiences I've had in Boca.

Stopped in for an early dinner and wow! Such a gorgeous intimate space, decorated simply and lovely. I had a glass of Chianti, Caesar salad and the fettuccini ai porcini (mushrooms). Everything tastes very fresh and delicious. Our server Matilde was so kind and gave us a tiramisu on the house and it was so good! Highly recommend this lovely new spot. Looking forward to coming back to try some other dishes.

We were very excited for this new place and there were four of us. I would say the service is definitely on the slow side, especially toward the end to get the check. The appetizers are not that great and very expensive for what you got. The fried calamari was super rubbery and not good at all. By far are the best thing was the Papardelle Bolognese, our friend who ordered the linguine and clams, said it was just average, and this seemed like a place you would not order the chicken Parmesan, and you would be right.

Casa Vera is located in a space on Federal Highway that has seen restaurants come and go but after dining here twice I think this business will be the one that succeeds. The restaurant is casually upscale in that nice neighborhood unpretentious kind of way and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a full bar but we went with a bottle of owner recommended wine and it was a good choice. I have dined there twice and have gone through much of the menu and my favorites include their veal and beef meatballs appetizer and several of their made in house pasta items such as the Pappardelle with Mushrooms. My friends loved the Eggplant Parm appetizer and devoured it. The Beef Bolognese is also a winner and better than most area versions. There are negatives and they include a limited menu, no free refills of sodas and a dining room with a low ceiling and high noise level. Definitely serve room for dessert as they are made in house and excellent. Casa Verde is a nice addition to the East Boca dining scene.

Perfection in a nutshell - my husband and I found this new gem. Homemade pastas...I rarely see my husband finish a dish, but all was gone. The wine and desserts best we've...everything was to die for

Tiramisu and lemon dessert

Me and my kids loved the food 10/10. The gnocchi was amazing and the bolognese as well. The dessert was phenomenal! Definitely recommend it!

He knew all about pizza and was interesting to talk with. We ordered a large regular cheese pizza (New York style) and were happy that two soft drinks with free refills were included with the large pizza. He had other deals similar to that for lunch orders. The pizza came to our table very hot. It was too hot to touch with my fingers. After our taste of the pizza, we knew why this place has a phenominal average of 4..8 with over 500 reviews. Almost all five star ratings. It is as good as pizza can get. As good as the best anywhere, including NYC. Too bad that we do not live nearby in South Florida, to be able to go there any time. The pizza crust had good char and the crust had good taste. Thickness was about right. Ratio of cheese and tomato sauce was right. The last bite of the pizza that I had was as good as the first. (I rarely say things like that in my pizza reviews). This was five star, all the way. Modern Italian music played. Restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking available.

I ordered the Tomato Cream Gnocchi and my boyfriend had the Mediterranean Combo. No exaggeration but this was the best gnocchi I've ever had. The dish changed my view on gnocchi and I'm now a converted fan. The texture was pillow soft with a bit of spring. The magic of this dish is how simple yet delicious it is. I loved a simple dish done well. The Mediterranean combo was a special of the night and it came with prawns, branzino, fried anchovies, and a salad. The combo was also just as goods. The seasoning was yet again, simple but delicious. The prawns were succulent, fish was high quality, and the fried anchovies surprised me. I loved all the proteins. I also tried the squid ink pasta and the seafood linguini. Both were good but the squid ink pasta was unique. I can't put my finger on the flavor but I liked it. Service was incredible and the chef was kind. He came out to talk to us and explained some of the dishes. The restaurant is homey and cozy. I felt like I was in Sicily. Overall, I highly recommend Savia. I can't wait to come back and try more.

They prefaced the meal with saying service can be slow, but will be worth the wait. Boy were they right. The service was quite slow (though we never wanted for water), but every single dish we had was fantastic. My half-Sicilian mother in law said the arancini are the best arancini she's ever had, and she goes back to Italy (mainland, albeit not Sicily) semi-frequently. But the experience itself, even with slow service; was amazing. It's intimate, they don't rush you, and you can tell they love their regulars. If you want something a little less popular but has truly excellent food, please try Savia, you won't be disappointed. Every item is good.

The weather was perfect, and they had a beautiful table set for us. They even sprinkled "Happy Birthday" decorations on the table, which was such a thoughtful touch! We started with drinks (Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc for me, Grey Goose martini for my husband). Service was a bit slow at first--drinks and bread took a while--but honestly, we didn't mind much since we were just enjoying being together. For food, we had the Caesar salad with anchovies and croutons on the side (really good), Chicken Peter, lobster ravioli (delicious), and penne alla vodka. Everything was flavorful, and the portions were just right for sharing. For dessert, they asked what I wanted and my family ordered cheesecake. It came out with a big sparkler and they sang Happy Birthday, which I absolutely loved--such a fun and festive moment! The only small downside was that the dessert isn't complimentary, which felt a little unusual for a birthday celebration, but it didn't take away from the experience. Overall, it's definitely on the pricier side, but perfect for special occasions. I'd happily come back again to celebrate! And don't forget they have complimentary valet parking, so all you need is a tip!

Ironically, hers came out well done, and mine was so pink I had to send it back. It also took a bit of time to track down a waitress to help us. That said, the restaurant redeemed itself with a really thoughtful birthday surprise. The waitress brought out a huge cannoli with a sparkler and they played a Happy Birthday song when she delivered it. It was totally unexpected and such a fun touch that made the night feel special. I wasn't thrilled with the lack of attention from the staff overall, but I did appreciate the birthday moment and the complimentary valet (just tip the valet and you're good to go). I'll likely come back to try their happy hour and give it another shot. (it's a hit pricey so maybe that's a better way to go!)
