Everything about this place is amazing. From the staff to the food. It's an old school Italian restaurant with the charm and atmosphere to match. A bit of an older crowd but classic in the best of ways.

Still dreaming of the delicious food, Baked clams were amazing, Veal was delicious and the branzino perfectly cooked. The best Restaurant in Delray

Went last night with friends, none have been previously. Delray was hopping, the rest has inside and patio seating, our resv was inside ...so pretty. Sorta like NYC where ur chair is almost with another table too. We shared calamari which was really delish, so tender! I had the price fix, starter of eggplant rollatini nice, I had the picatta type flounder with string beans and potato cake; it was quite good overall but the potato was like a melted cheese ball, I missed the potato. Husb had the linguine w/ clam sauce white; a few clams that were twensy. We shared a cannoli for dessert, nice, fresh and had a partial filling of cream. The server service was ok, kinda spotty, a lil condescending. Overall a nice experience. Not a 3, but not a full 4.

The service here was quick and friendly. We had an outside table so it was nice to take in the Flordia weather as someone who is from New England. Food was delicious, everyone left happy and full

Beautiful outdoor seating area! I went with a family friend and we both have nothing but good things to say about Tramonti. Highlight of the night was the tiramisu which I highly recommend!

As soon as you open the door to enter the restaurant it is so inviting and elegant. Our server Giorgio was great accommodating funny and eager to make sure all is going well. The spadini is straight out of NYC OUTSTANDING!!!! I have the veal parmigiana also great. The whole table couldn't stop saying wow this is delicious. True Italian food!! Customer for life!

    Risotto with black squid ink.

We had a group of sixteen trying to make a reservation, and they were not able to accommodate such large groups. We were understanding, and made two reservations for 8 PM. Sadly, neither table to available at 8 PM, and none were going to open up any time soon. We were able to grab a couple of chairs at the bar and bought some drinks while waiting. Eventually, we saw that a table for six opened up, and went to see if we can have six in our group sit there, and the remaining ten sit at a different table. This was very difficult to explain to the host, but he eventually understood. One of their specials of the day was a black squid ink Risotto, and being that it is one of my favorite dishes, I ordered it. The dish I received was worse than I can make at home, and I would have never served something as bad as this to a guest at my house. As you can see by the clear liquid that it is sitting in, the Risotto was not cooked properly. It was greasy rather than creamy. The black line on the fish is where it was burnt. The fish itself was like chewing rubber, the same for the seafood inside the Risotto. With tax and tip, it was close to $60. With our drinks, it cost my wife and I over $150, for fairly mediocre food and drinks. (Their negroni wasn't any better than we can make at home). Our waitress was great, and that's the only real plus I can give this restaurant. It's not one I plan to return to.

The food at this establishment is amazing. I've been going there for years and have never been disappointed. The servers are wonderful, as is the environment. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Rigatoni with veal stew at Tranonti

We attended the Art Festival in Delray Beach and read the menu for Tramonti as we passed and thought we'd give it a try. Glad we did, it was outstanding. I ordered the Rigatoni with veal stew. It was delicious! Pasta was al dente, meat was tender, sauce very tasty. My husband had the roasted chicken which he raved about. The other two on our group also had pasta dishes that they liked.

And after this last visit, I will be passing on any future visits. We had a 6:30 pm reservation for 5 on a recent Saturday Night. That afternoon we asked if we can add one more person (so 6 in total) and were told we'd need to arrive at 6:15 pm. Logistically, that makes zero sense. The extra table seat wouldn't be a problem, and adding 15 minutes for the kitchen for 1 extra meal? But, ok. We arrived to a nearly empty restaurant at 6:15. We are catching up, looking at the menus and within 10 minutes the owner is hovering over us asking for our orders. We ask for another few minutes -- we hadn't even gotten our drinks. He tells us we have 2 hours so we have to hurry. Look, I live down the block from Le Sorrelle. I pass it night after night, and yes, it's has its nights where it is party central. People love to host family events there. But most of the time, this place is sorely wanting for business. And while perhaps Le Sorrelle did fill up after we left, there was plenty of seating when we did slip out, well in advance of our 2-hour limit. As for the food -- I can only speak to what I ordered. A Caesar salad and Pizza Margherita. Both were awful. And I'm really not just saying that because of the restaurant experience that night. I previously had pizza at Le Sorrelle (albeit, years ago now) and it was quite good. Perhaps the cheese pizza would have been. As for a good Caesar salad, run, don't walk to Segreto Italia. Actually, just go to Segreto Italia, because Chris, Joey and Chip will treat you like gold and you'll have an overall outstanding experience.

We had several apps. Carpaccio was excellent. Baked clams dry and average. We just wanted a bit of salad, so we split a large one for 4, and it was enough. Paasta: We ordered spaghetti with clams. The order was adequate but on the small side. It was also a bit dry, and we felt like it was sitting under the light for a while. Others had bronzino, which was just average, nothing special. Although the waiter was professional, the remainder of the staff, bussing the table, etc., was spotty. We had to ask 2-3 times for the table to be cleared and brushed. Once the food is served, the waiter should be over to be sure all is ok or if anything else was needed... that didn't happen. It took a while to get salt/pepper, lemon, and cheese. takes away from the enjoyment. We started with Crispy Brussel Sprouts as an appetizer, followed by a small Margherita pizza. For our entrees, we ordered the wild mushroom ravioli and the shrimp truffle risotto. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The Brussel sprouts were especially outstanding, and both pasta dishes were excellent. The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 are related to the outdoor dining experience. When our waters were refilled, there wasn't any fresh ice added, so it was essentially just melted ice water. I personally enjoy a nice cold glass of ice water, so that was a little disappointing. Also, there were quite a few flies and bugs around the patio area. It would be great if the restaurant added citronella candles or small table-top fly repellents to make outdoor dining more enjoyable and comfortable for guests.
