I was recommended this bridal shop by a coworker who bought her gown here. I made an appointment online and got a reply very promptly. For my appointment I found the assistant very helpful and honest about what she thought. She told me she wouldn't sell me a dress I didn't look great in and when I tried on one dress she politely told me this wasn't the dress for me. When I did try on "the one" she let me really dwell on my decision while wearing the dress to make sure I was sure. I really liked that. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and even when I felt like I was sure she waited until I was satisfied before grabbing the veil. Now its been six months and I'm still totally sold on this dress. I had a great experience here, loved the beautiful store and I am now recommending this place to another coworker who just got engaged! read more

I literally cannot say enough good things about this place!!! Not only did I find the dress of my dreams, but they also went above and beyond to help me. Let me start from the beginning. Giselle was fabulous in helping me select gowns to try on. She was so attentive and friendly. My experience was personalized, fun, and so memorable. Due to weather factors that were out of the control of the boutique, my dress arrival was delayed by a month. Due to work and living out of town, I was struggling with how I would be able to pick up my dress and get alterations done in time. The amazing ladies at the boutique intervened for me numerous times! They contacted the designer to determine when my dress would arrive, kept me updated on the progress, and even set me up a same-day alterations appointment with a recommended seamstress for me. I literally drove into town after working 12 hours over night and they already had everything laid out and ready for me! Because of them, I knew exactly when to come pick up my dress, had a last minute alterations appointment, and had such decreased stress due to their interventions for me. I am beyond impressed with the wonderful ladies who work here and this boutique in general. The selection is fabulous and the experience was incredible. DRESS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE: I started my wedding gown search by sending several emails to various vendors in the Houston area requesting specific information and possibly an appointment; however, only a few responded with the info I asked for. After visiting a few places, I ended up buying my dress from M2 Milan Bridal in the Willowbrook area. They actually read my email and looked at the example photos of dresses I provided, and they had picked out my PERFECT GOWN before I even arrived... It was a fabulous experience and I highly recommend visiting M2 before saying "yes to the dress." I read reviews about M2 Milan before my appointment, and the positive ones are true! Christin was extremely responsive over the phone and in person. I had tried on so many dresses elsewhere and none of those places compare (dresses or consultants). Christin was great about listening to what I liked and didn't like, as well as determining what I actually looked good in. There was no rush, it felt like the salon was open just for us due to the one-on-one attention. She pulled a dress I would've never pulled myself, and it ended up being one of my top two contenders. Because I was struggling to make a decision, she let me stay longer than my appointment, past closing time, and even let me "sleep on it" before making a decision. Was looking for a bridal gown for an elopement in 7 months, which is calling it close! I came in with my adult daughter after scheduling an appointment online, which is really convenient! The salon is actually a rather good size and carries a decent selection and amount of gowns for bridal, 'maids and mothers. It's nicely decorated and has two large mirrored areas with couches for buyers and guests to try on and view gowns. The dressing rooms are large enough to accommodate a buyer, sales associate and gowns. They also put a cute chalk sign on the door with your name and wedding date and your appointment time. Cute touch! The staff was welcoming and very helpful. My sales associate was very helpful in trying on dresses and comparing the gowns. This is a family owned and operated business and they made the whole experience much more easy than I thought gown shopping would be. The prices were competitive with other stores in the area. They also offer accessories such as jewelry, veils and petticoats. They do not do in house alterations, but they do have a preferred local vendor for that in the immediate area, who is highly recommended. Overall, such a lovely vendor, great service and if that time comes when my daughter is ready to get married, this is where I'll be bringing her! read more

I am the MOB (mother of the bride) and I stopped in and said I did not want a sleeveless dress...I ended up trying one on and in a weak moment and I bought it. Once I got home I knew it was not the dress for me. I wanted to return the dress and I should of read the reciept prior to leaving the store that is in tiny print and NO mentioned as I checked out there are no returns or refunds even for a dress off the rack without any alteration. They are out for the money and only want to sell you a dress and send you out the door with the no refund policy. Clearly their hope is you won't read the receipt before you leave the store or someone would of said the policy to me. I will not return to this store or recommend to anyone I know. Brought my prom dress here years ago and had a good experience! I recently got engaged and was wanting to look around at dresses to find what I like. I don't want to get into any details about it, but I just felt oddly discriminated because we had a low budget and our wedding was a year away. She constantly told me that there was no dresses I would like that were in my price rage. She kept making me feel like I was too broke to shop there. I did not feel welcomed to try on anything. I went to a different bridal shop right after and felt very welcomed and found my dress. It has actually been a while since my first and last visit to this store. I was live in Houston temporarily while planning my wedding so I was told about this store from a friend. I made an appointment to find a bridal gown, but it was a horrible experience. They acted like I just walked in off the streets with no appointment during their very busy prom season and didn't want to help me. I told the sales lady what style dresses I was interested in trying on but she had a reason for each one of why I could even try them on. She brought me dresses I wasn't remotely interested in. I tried on a couple of dresses but I couldn't wait to get the hell out! So we left after that. It was a very stressful experience. The sales people actually made the experience more stressful. She was very thorough and inquired on what type of dress I was looking for and had a few suggestions. She also was quick to send an email with a link for me to complete my profile for me to go a little more in depth on the type of style I was seeking to be prepared for my appointment. Now when I walked in the door it was a bit overwhelming looking at all the dresses but she was very welcoming and put me at ease. My mom, sister and daughter all felt comfortable as well. Recently I had the pleasure of shopping at M2 Milan Bridal for a mother of the bride dress. It was a wonderful experience. I found the entire staff to be friendly, open and helpful. I was so happy and excited to find several dresses for me to try on as I am a plus size woman. I found the advice to be very insightful as I wavered between my favorite selections. Although I did not shop for a bridal gown I did look (who can resist) through some of the inventory which I found to be very comprehensive. So the dresses are beautiful, but that's it. I went in and my Stylist Christin was talking to another lady and didn't really acknowledge me. She had a full on conversation with her for a while. Which is fine if she is wrapping up with another client, but she could of paused, welcomed me and ask me to give her a few minutes. It just wasnt welcoming. We tried on dresses and there was one I really liked and she was willing to lower it to my budget which was nice. I told her right now I was just looking and that I would come back with my maid of honor. Well then she said that shes giving me a good deal (which she was) and that the dress might not be there (which is true). I told her I would be back soon and she said well I'm fully booked Saturday and Sunday. So I asked about Monday and she said I could come in, but shes leaving at 2pm. She just wasn't very welcoming. Dress shopping is so stressful, you need someone to take care of you and that just wasnt the place for me. read more

By far the worst dress experience I have ever experienced. I've been in multiple wedding and have never had a dress fit so wrongly. The woman who measures need to be properly trained. My dress was a whole 4 sizes too big! Not just mine but the whole wedding party! So as you can imagine alterations are going to cost half the amount of the dress! Beware the store name says it all. My daughter is petite and very thin 231/2 waist and when asked to remove her jacket to see her size the lady replied that's disgusting. Now, I know that can be taken two ways, but when we left the store the first thing that came out of my daughters mouth was I didn't like what she said about my waist; it made me feel insecure. I called Steve the store manager and addressed my concern. Part of his reply was that teens take things to seriously and asked for the clerk and my daughters name. He put me on hold, when he came back he said I appreciate you letting me know. I feel as if he was checking to see if we purchased anything or questioning the clerk, whichever it was, I felt like he was blowing me off. Although the clerk came across a little snobbish, she was helpful at finding dresses. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I had a bad experience at another bridal salon ordering my dress so i decided to come here for alterations. Wow where do I begin. I was told alterations would cost like 100 less than what I was actually charged for starters. I am getting pinned and i find a belt that matches my dress perfectly. One of my bridesmaids puts it on me and I love it so much i am almost in tears, then a tall woman with dark hair starts shaking her head and telling me nope! You dont need that for that dress it's fine the way it is! Absolutely not needed! Uhm excuse me, this belt is 500 dollars, im willing to buy it because i love it that much and you're telling me no? I decided to purchase it anyways in SEPTEMBER and am told it is an 8 week order. Perfect.. I call back in November and I get told by Steve, the owner that is back ordered and won't ship until JANUARY! By this point I have had enough but for some reason I didn't cuss them out, probably because they still had my dress for alterations. back to that, I come in for a second fitting and a loop from the corset I had them put in pops out, there are crystals missing from my dress and a pleat is sticking out.... I tried to stay calm as they assured me they would fix it. I came back around January 13, which is when they said my belt would finally be in, and to pick up my dress. The lady who I have previously mentioned brought out my dress (Outside of the garment bag and dragging it on the floor) and I went to go pick up my belt from the counter. I was then told that it had just shipped that day and I would receive it 3 to 4 days later. I got a call on Feb 2 saying my belt was finally in, and i picked it up on the 3rd. Now, Let me just say that if you are big on customer service, people doing what they say they will, FAIR pricing, or anything pertaining to general excellence I would avoid this place like the plague. They are morons, complete morons. read more

I recently went dress shopping here this past weekend. It was a great experience! I did call the day before to see if they required an appointment. Since it is wedding season, they said that an appointment was required. I do recommend to get there about 15 or 20 minutes before your appointment so you can take your time and look at the dresses. There are so many dresses to choose from! They had a great selection. I also recommend booking your appointment on a Sunday, as it's not as crazy as Saturdays( from what the owners told me anyway). Christine was the sales associate/owner that assisted me. She was amazing!! I showed her all of my Pinterest photos and screenshots of what I wanted and she picked out the dresses that I thought I would love. It turned out the dresses that I thought I wanted, were not the right style on me at all. I always imagined myself in an Aline type of dress, but ended up purchasing a fit 'n flare gown. Christine took her time with me and listened to what I liked and what I didn't like, and found the perfect dress for me. She was very knowledgeable about the silhouettes and the materials of the dresses. What's crazy is, I purchased everything that I thought I would never think of wearing! Her process was amazing! I had to order my dress BC they did not have it in my size at the store. They did mention that my dress would take a few months to come in. Some dresses can take up to 6 months, so start looking early. The owners have many years of experience and are really nice people. I'm so glad I ended up finding this bridal store. I don't know if they always offer this special or not, but I was told that if you purchase your dress there, your bridesmaids dresses will be $20.00 off!! They had a great selection to choose from. You can also rent tuxes from them as well. I loved this place and couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

Horrible customer service, no wonder the Yelp reviews are pathetic. We were looking for a formal pantsuit (not business attire) for a special occasion and decided to pop in Milan Bridal to check out their selection. Big mistake. We were greeted, and I use the term loosely, by a man who was bothered by us upon entry. He was on the phone and seemed annoyed that he had to ask the person on the phone to hang on while he spoke to us. When he asked what we needed help with, I asked if they carried women's suits. He dramatically looked around the shop and replied with, "nope, all dresses" and it seemed we insulted him by even asking. Yeah, I know it's a bridal shop, I was hoping you had a bit more. I responded with, "darn, that's unfortunate, you'd probably sell them if you did". He walked off and mumbled, "not really, considering people only ask for them two or three times a year!" I guess this was his attempt of trying to make us feel stupid for asking. The whole exchange felt uncomfortable. We were not welcome in the shop. Was politely telling us that he didn't carry suits too much to ask? Maybe even refer us to a place that might sell what we were looking for? His responses were condescending, and he had to get the last word in. I regret even walking into this shop, except for now I know to tell people to avoid this place like the plague. read more
