My daughter wanted to go here for her prom dress. Prom isn't until April, but she wanted a good…read moreselection and to get it out of the way. They had a great selection of dresses and many employees helping. We were greeted when we walked in, told about the dresses, and they said to let them know if we needed anything. I liked how they didn't hover and make us feel pressured. When my daughter was ready to try on a dress, a sales person promptly helped her and stayed with us through her trying it on, sizing her, talking about how to tailor the dress. When she said yes to the dress, the employees all complimented on how beautiful she looked in the dress. We then took pictures with props (very cute). (They let you take pictures here unlike some other formal dress stores.) We had to order a different size and it took maybe a week to come in. Not long at all. When we went to pick it up, the store wasn't as busy, and we still got great attention. They retrieved the dress, waited for her to try it on. More compliments. Very friendly, kind, patient people. The store and dressing rooms were clean. As for cost, it's expensive. But that's to be expected. We had a great experience and would recommend to others.

I called Michelle practically in tears and she reassured me and told me to come right in with my dress. She is a lovely person who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She fixed my dress and brought it back down to an appropriate length. She also let out the straps a little bit so everything fit just right. I instantly liked her & the bride she was helping raved about her work, so to me there was no point in looking any further! I'm a BIG fan of bling, but I didn't want to be trashy & I wanted to incorporate my favorite colors purple & sliver, well Michelle did just that. She totally understood my vision even before I did, my dress was already beautiful, but when she added all her special touches my dress was BEYOND PERFECT!!! She adjusted the pleats on the top part of my gown to fit my bust better, she did my bustle & added bead work. Everyone thought the dress was beautiful & it was totally me. My Mom loved the perfect touches she added. She texted me through-out the process to let me know how the dress progress was going, she texted me pictures of all the bead work she was going to add. She was super flexible with times for fittings, I was still in school with a full time job & planning; so things got hectic from time to time. I even forgot one of my fittings because I was studying for an exam & she was more than understanding. Yes, the fittings were at her house & yes her husband was there from time to time, but I NEVER felt uncomfortable, she was always professional & truly cared about what I thought & how I felt. Michelle even made me a beautiful matching headpiece! I remember that I even did a few spins & dance moves in she sewing room because I told her I needed my dress to last a WHOLE day of crazy salsa dancing. I recommend her to every bride I know!

I remember being told at the bridal shop to wash my hands before trying on my dress to keep it…read moreclean but when I tried on my dress from the tailors it seemed as if they had treated my dress like trash. There were stains on it and many strings pulled. They were able to correct it I will give them that but it took my mother in law to raise her voice at them to listen, I only documented my second visit once the stains were smaller but still very disappointing trying on my dress and crying because I thought it was ruined and they told me it was my fault.

Instead of showing empathy or taking any accountability, I was met with excuses, blamed for the situation, and spoken to in a way that I found rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. As a bride, you expect a bridal boutique to pay attention to the details and to genuinely care when something goes wrong. That was not my experience. Once they had my business, I felt like customer service and accountability were no longer a priority. I hope other brides never have to experience the stress and heartbreak of discovering on their wedding day that their gown is incomplete and then feeling dismissed when they ask for help. And they threaten you when you leave bad reviews even though I have receipts and photos to prove everything I've said.

On her wedding day we realized that they forgot part of her dress and when we called them to let them know they were very rude and took no responsibility. The stupid guy just kept saying I can mail it to you. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU HALF YOUR DRESS AND TAKE YOUR MONEY LEAVING YOU WITH NOTHING. Also if you put a bad review on google they will threaten you and try to have it taken down.
