Four of us friends were shopping locally when we stumbled upon Dream Day Bridal. Two of us were mothers with so sons getting married within six months. Although an appointment is required before trying on dresses, Macy, who was running the store that day, allowed my two friends to try on a few dresses on the fly. Macy provided excellent service and was so sweet to allow them to try on those dresses. The offering of different styles of dresses meant there was a lot to choose from. She made the day! I should have read the reviews before I went to this place. I never write negative reviews but I want to give other brides to be a heads up. I had an appointment yesterday and my mom and I spent hours making our wish list on their website. We walked in for our appointment and they said they couldn't find my wish list on the website- so I pulled it up on my phone. Then, the stylist took my guests to go sit down and left me in front of the dresses to pick what I liked. This was my first time shopping so I had no clue, so I had my mom and aunt come help me look. They were told to go sit down and not to touch the dresses because there was "an accident with one of the dresses in the past." I should have walked out at this point. When I was trying on dresses we kept asking which designer and they would not tell us. The designer tags in the gowns were even switched with their store tags so we couldn't figure out which designer. (Do they know that you can google that). Overall just a crappy first experience of dress shopping. The stylist kept telling us it was her third day so she didn't know any of the designers- but I think that she was just saying that because they do not disclose the designers in hopes that you won't find the designer and purchase from another store. They have beautiful dresses and I did find a style I liked, but this place acted like they didn't want our money- so they aren't getting a dime. read more

While most dresses needed to be ordered, they also had a very large selection of discontinued styles that you could buy and take home. I called several shops looking for this dress I'd seen online. Dream Day Bridal was the only one that carried it in my size and in the color I wanted. Due to recent health issues, dress shopping for my Mother-of-the-Bride dress had to be simplified, but since I'd recently changed weight, I did need to try it on. I went there with my daughter, the Bride-to-be, and another friend. It turned out that they only had one dress like the one I'd called about, but it was in a larger size and different color. They did have other styles of dresses by the same manufacturer I could try on for sizing. They said the one I'd wanted in the color I wanted would be available to order and would be delivered to my house by the following Wednesday. The dress was paid for. By Thursday, I still had no dress so called to find the status. I was told that it was expected to arrive at Dream Day Bridal that afternoon! I said it had been my understanding that it would arrive at my house. The person I was speaking to then told me dresses are never shipped directly to the clients from the manufacturer. She said that the dresses were always shipped to the shop so that they could check them out and steam press them. I then contacted my daughter to see if she could go pick it up. While talking to her she said she also remembered that we were told the dress would be shipped to my house. At this point I called the friend who had shopped with us and he confirmed that's what we were told. We did not have time to go pick it up, so we asked that they mail it. This was a dress that cost nearly $600. Yet we were again charged for shipping! Please look at the pictures I've posted to see how well that dress was checked and ironed. The seems are poorly made, all seems have threads sticking out of them, and it definitely was not ironed. I now am going to have to go to a tailor to make sure it is fitted properly, the seams are repaired, and the wrinkles smoothed out. I cannot trust Dream Day Bridal to do the needed work. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. The personnel at this shop are not truthful and I personally prefer to do business with people I can trust. read more

I bought my wedding dress here and had nothing but a great experience every time I visited the shop - rather it be for a fitting or just peace of mind the ladies were always welcoming and friendly. I originally bought my dress in December(2018) and my wedding was in October (2019) and lets say from the time I bought my dress up until my wedding date I decided to make quite a few changes and the execution was perfect. The lady they use for alterations is very detailed and provides top quality. Kristina at Dream Day also added beading for me and did an outstanding job. I'll also note that their pricing is incredibly reasonable. I had visited merry go round before going here and the second hand dresses there cost more than their brand new dresses. I confirmed over text at 2pm and didn't catch the email sent 2.5 hours later saying they were canceling cause I "never" responded. They were closed today for holiday, which if you wanted the day off, a cancellation further in advance would have been appreciated. Horrible customer service, just plain rude and I shall say a bit snobbish. I came here with my mom to look at a potential Mother of the Bride dress. She was able to find the one she was looking for a this place but it was in a size much to large. When we arrived, the older lady behind the counter didn't even bother to get up and greet us. She barely acknowledged us. When my mom showed me the dress I thought it was great and wanted to see her try it on. I asked the sales clerk if the store had any other dress with similar styles (off shoulder and 3/4 length sleeves) and she just said no. Didn't try to show us anything that may have been similar or could be altered to match. I had to help my mom in and out of the dress and the sales lady only came to the back after I asked for help clipping the dress. It was way to big. She put three clips on and walked away. My mom really liked the dress but the sales lady told her that since it was so big it would cost the same amount to alter it as it would to buy it. I asked if she could just order a smaller size, and she replied that the dress was old so it was discontinued and she couldn't get it. But her tone of voice is what got me. She said old and discontinued like it was a bad taste in her mouth and we were trying on a "sale" dress as if we weren't good enough. A younger sales clerk (blonde girl) came out and asked us how we were doing and I asked her if there were any other similar styles and she said yes... interesting since the first lady said no. The younger sales clerk went to go get the dress (which was on a mannequin!) for my mom to try on, she helped clip her in and explain the dress. But it wasn't the dress my mom really wanted. The younger sales clerk explained that they would be getting a new shipment of MOB dresses in in June and we might want to try back then. If it wasn't for the younger sales clerk, I would want to give this store a 0. The older sales clerk lady was rude, snobbish, and just seemed put off on trying to help us. No one treats my mother like that. I was offended. Will never go back or recommend this store to anyone ever. The customer service here ruined the shopping experience for my mom and I. read more

I am not a shopper and was dreading the MOG dress search and the first couple of shops did not change my opinion. That is until I stopped in at Dream Day Bridal. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a very sweet shop assistant who was willing to let me try on a ton of dresses as if I was the only person that mattered. They had so many different styles and colors to try! I also got lucky in that their local seamstress happened to be on site and was able to do a fitting for alterations since the dress I fell in love with was already in my size. I could not be happier about my experience at Dream Day Bridal. My wedding is next month, and I was in a panic about getting a dress. I had ordered one online, and it did not fit. I called a few places in the area, and everyone was so snotty to me. Then I called Dream Day Bridal, and they were so so kind. I didn't have an appointment, but they fit me in anyway. When I got there, the sales woman was so sweet and helpful with me. She asked about my budget and style, and brought me dresses to fit what I wanted. The very first one would have been great. First of all, I NEVER write negative reviews. Generally, I just assume people will experience things no matter what I write and that just because I was unhappy doesn't mean a business is "bad". That being said, I absolutely do NOT recommend Dream Day Bridal. I had tried a few bridal shops, from the most popular down to the most custom and expensive stores out there. I'm very picky about wedding dresses (as I came to find) and no one was hitting the nail on the head for me. So ... I did some research and found that a designer I liked had a dress exactly like I thought I could see myself in, but I had trouble finding it. The sad part is, Dream Day Bridal HAD my business hook, line and sinker. They found that dress for me and (after a pricey fee) had it shipped to their store for me to try! And... I said Yes! to the dress! That's when they lost me. One, they didn't follow up with me to tell me when exactly my dress would ship. I had to call two months later to find out. Two, they called me on June first with a brief voicemail telling me my dress had arrived (even though it wasn't supposed to ship from England until the 31st of May. Now, that's expedited shipping!). Third, I received an email only 7 days later saying that my balance was PAST DUE and I would be penalized with late fees if I didn't pay immediately. Not ONCE was this mentioned when I "said yes to the dress" and plopped down HALF of the cost up front. It was not mentioned during my enquiry about shipping and it was NOT mentioned in my voicemail briefly stating that my dress was there. (Oh, but it IS in the FINE print on the bottom of the receipt!) Then, when I called to find out why in the world they needed me to pay my remaining balance before I'd even SEEN the dress, the owner was, frankly, rude and acted like I was trying to avoid paying by saying "most girls would have come in right away to see their dress". Well, Laurie, I'm sorry but I work 12 hours a day and live 2 hours away from your shop, so I'm sorry I'm not like your "most girls". This could have been handled completely differently and they could have still kept a customer who would have strongly recommended them in future. As it is, they have given me the clear picture of how they run their business: Get the money , get the money, GET THE MONEY. (And ,just for clarification, Dream Day Bridal was paid in FULL the moment I spoke to them about my "past due balance ") I ended up writing a review and the owner was catty and did not address a single thing I said but, instead made it out like I was a huge inconvenience for her and her shop. She ruined my experience and wouldn't even show her face when I picked up my dress. Brides be weary! read more

I came to this store looking for a head piece and/or veil for my daughters first communion. I walked in and I was acknowledge, then preceded to ask my question. They lady behind the counter was unfriendly and said "no we don't have any tiaras or veils for first communion anymore" I proceeded with a second question "do you have shorter bride veils" she said " no, they are all long and too expensive" who is she to know my budget and what expensive is to ME?! My girls and i were all laughing and having a great time throughout the whole process of finding a dress. I had an appointment scheduled here for more than a month since I won a free bridal veil at a wedding show. When I arrived at my scheduled time I was rudely told that I did not have an appointment. I even had the appointment card I was given at the bridal show. I understand that mistakes happen, but there was no reason to be rude about it. I got the message that I was not worth the clerks time, (this was not actually said) which was not the message I like to get before spending a lot of money. The store was empty, so how they are still open with an attitude like that is a wonder. Awful customer service! Rude employees. I set up an appointment online and the email I got back said they would confirm the appointment within one business day. That didn't happen. When I called to followup, they put me on hold and another lady got on the phone and said my appointment went to her junk box folder, then with no apologies or anything said "oh I see you're looking for a dress under $1,000. Second stop trying on wedding dresses and the older lady (one of the owners my mom had spoken to previously) helped me pull some dresses. Store seemed very disheveled and dressing rooms very small with little seating. Lady didn't help me into any dresses. Just stood there as if I was to know what to do, my mom helped me and needed more help fastening a dress that was too small on me. When the lady came in to 'help' she stated rudely, 'well it's just not going to zip.' Something every bride loves to hear. Then proceeded to tell me I was broad. I was already peeved at her lack of help & professionalism (as we'd just come from another shop who had excellent customer service/help) then she tells me that I'm broad?! Really? I said to her and my mom and friends who'd come to have a fun experience, 'I am done!' And we left. So disappointing! Do not go here. They don't deserve your business!! I realize that everyone has different expectations and I am not a fan of writhing negative reviews so it has to be really weighing heavy on me to write negative comments but the day you go with your daughter to find her perfect wedding dress should be an exciting time and this appointment was awful! It was our first appt and we arrived and were greeted promptly, the young girl talked a few seconds to my daughter about what she was looking for and reviewed her Pinterest saves for ideas. My daughter was very open to trying on different styles knowing that different styles fit different body types. We were shown some chairs to sit in while the employee pulled some dresses. We did not get to go even look around at any dresses. The employee hung some dresses in the dressing room, showed my daughter her dressing room and said " let me know when you get one on and I will come in an clip it if it doesn't fit" and she walked away. Seeing the panic in my daughters face I went to the dressing room to help her! She was wanting to have that moment when she walks out and I see her for the first time so she insisted she get the first dress on by herself. After the struggle with the first dress I went in and helped her with the other dresses. The sales girl did nothing!! My daughter would come out in a dress and she might come over and listen to the brides comments but said little to nothing at all! There was one dress she really liked and was wondering if it could maybe be altered a certain way and agin employee was no help!! The store had no other shoppers in there at all so it's not like they were busy I guess that should have been our first red flag. As a mother I do not wish the experience we had on anyone! And I can assure the girls in her bridle party that were with us will not be going there for their dresses in the future. I regret that this was her first experience for the happy day but it made the rest of the places we went to shine!! I found a beautiful dress for a great price at this store. But there was a slight problem.. the dress had a line across the chest where the boning was. The saleswoman told me that it only needed to be steamed. I tried on a few more dresses but just knew that one was it for me. I asked again about the boning, and told her if it was a bigger issue than needing to be steamed, I didn't want it. She assured me again that it was definitely just needing to be steamed. My mother bought the dress for me and we took it to be altered. I only needed it hemmed a bit and then steamed. The lady we chose hemmed the dress before steaming it, and of course, the boning did not straighten out, but at that point I couldn't return it. Probably couldn't have returned it anyway because their dresses are final sale. Took the dress to several alterations ladiea who all told me the same thing: the whole top half of the dress would need to be deconstructed to fix the issue. Bottom line is these women are saleswomen, meaning they will say whatever they need to to get you to buy a dress. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service. I made an appointment about a week ahead of time as I was traveling from far out of town to find a bridesmaid dress with one of my attendants. We were not greeted upon entering, when I spoke up stating I had an appointment, the woman behind the desk pointed to where the bridesmaids dresses were. My party picked out our own dresses and carried them to the dressing room ourselves. My bridesmaid had to attempt to maneuver her way into these dresses alone, I had to do any and all of her zipping and clipping. We spent about 10 minutes trying on dresses, not once did someone check on us or ask us if we needed help. We were so disappointed in the service that even if we had found a dress, we wouldn't have purchased it from them. According to the sticker on their door, I wouldn't have been seen without an appointment, yet with an appointment, our party was not once attended to. If you are looking for any sort of decent experience in planning your wedding, do not come to Dream Day Bridal. read more
