The other manager on duty didn't even seem phased or offer an apology! I ended up spending $215. The associate is the hero here.

(only women answering calls and barely speak English, and are hard to understand) they processed a refund within 48 hours. I then placed another order and their webpage declined my credit card payment so I tried a different card and it went thru. that motor arrived in decent condition. then I received a text from them that another motor was enrout. evidently they put thru another order using my original credit card and now a duplicate order was on its way. they would not cancel delivery, but instructed me to decline delivery, take pictures of in-delivered motore and email them to the warranty dept. I did just that. well now it's been 15 business days and today I spoke to 4 different agents each of which gave me another run around story of how the claim was now in the finance dept for approval. each time I requested to speak to a supervisor and each time I was disconnected. with all the complaints I have seen about this company from people all over the US, is there a way to sue them as a group?
