These guys used to be better but it seems like their quality has significantly dropped in the past four years and their employees lack communication skills or are maybe even covertly racist towards white people.

Charging too much for parts: Charged 8 dollars for used sway bar end links I had to spend 20 mins removing in a snowbank. Relatively sure I can buy the same things new for 6 dollars on rockauto. Also 44 dollars for a used stock radio of unknown condition. I'd go 25, 30 at the max for that.
Before entry I asked if it was ok to work on car in parking lot away from customer vehicles, like I've always done the past 5 years, an employee said yes, but then at closing( when I was packing up) another employee got snippy with me about how I'm not supposed to be working on my car. "Next time I was going to tell you you can't work on your car" . That's fine, there most likely wont be a next time with how shitty you people are acting. I could leave empty beer bottles and cups like the last customers appeared to do instead of picking up the parking lot like I was doing. I wasn't doing a three-day engine swap, I was replacing some strut mounts and endlinks and planned to be out around 5 PM.
