But, I gave them a second chance and returned today to buy some fuel system cleaner. There were three people behind the counter, one was at a register and the other two had their faces buried in their cell phones. I approached the one who didn't appear preoccupied with texting but this person told me she was busy. So I approached the other register and made a joke about the other two texting each other when they were only 5 feet apart. I said I was joking but the guy at the register said he was offended by what I said. I repeated that I was only joking but he was visibility angry and he repeated that I had offended him. So I walked out without making a purchase and I will never shop at an Autozone ever again.

To date I have had them resurface multiple brake rotors, three cylinder heads, and press tons of bushings and bearings. Depending on the work on hand, they can do most work same-day, although sometimes it could be a lead time of a few days to a week. It really depends on the season. I have had them turn around a head after resurfacing in three hours to on one occasion take up to two weeks. It really pays to call ahead and ask. Machine work is very reasonably priced, although some of their parts prices are higher than what you might find online. This is just a fact of life though, as its comparing a brick and mortar establishment to a warehouse.

I would have had to wait almost 2 weeks when I tried to set up a rotation. Also when I went for air checks they are not very friendly.they do not acknowledge you when you pull in. You have to track them down and then you are ruining their day. I've left there twice and they forgot to replace the cap on at least one tire. I've bought 3 sets of tires from them and not sure I'll be back.

Because it's Walmart you can usually expect to buy tires and get them mounted and balanced for just the cost of buying tires somewhere else. Work is done on a first come, first serve basis so make sure that you come early and try to make it on a weekday. Good luck trying to get in on weekends. My biggest problem is one of the ladies who works here who is extremely rude every time I've dealt with her. One time I had to argue with her about putting tires on aftermarket rims. I had to argue with her that the tire size wouldn't be the same as the size listed on the door jam of my car. The other time, I had to run out to my car parked outside and nobody else was in the lobby area. I waited a good 10 minutes. The door can only be opened when a button behind the desk is held down. I had my girlfriend hold down the button for me so I could run out. In the time I ran out and came back, she started arguing with my girlfriend, interrogating her, yelling at her, asking "Did he come back here? Why was he back here? Nobody is allowed back here!" Just really nasty. If you hate your job that much, just leave. Needless to say, the prices are worth putting up with the verbal abuse lol

When asked to repeat herself she was have an attitude and make 0 eye contact. I brought a flat tire on a rim in and ended up having to get a new tire. She refused to allow me to buy road hazard although I had previously had it. I was then told by an employee at a different walmart that I should have been able to get it. I've gotten the last two sets of tires here but will not be going back due to this previous experience.
