    After 42 minutes, they still haven't answered. Still waiting.

    Worst customer service ever! They take 30 minutes to answer your calls, no supervisor is ever in, will give you the runaround, transfer you without notice. I don't even need to file a claim, I just need my invoice that states the miles the engine had when I purchased, that is all. Supposedly they can't provide that. Why? Because they didn't ship what was on the quote? I need to file this with my insurance and they can't get it to me. It's so easy for them to do this but refuse to do it. Makes you wonder why.

    I ordered an engine. It was not delivered in the promised 10-14 business days. I've now had it a week and it's nothing but a paperweight. I've called numerous times. No one calls back. In fact they don't have any ethics or morals. They have hung up on me and now refuse my calls at all. They don't know how to treat customers. The coil packs were melted onto the plugs. After a few days I got to the plugs and there is no way this engine has run in at least 5 years. The plugs have no tip and are rusted. With the he amount of rust in the cylinders this engine must have sat in the yard for years uncovered. Yeah I'm ticked, even more so that they won't fix the problem. I did revenant email that said, "Good day sir, you just need to swap the oil pans and intake for that to work sir. Thank you! " Yeah, that's a big fat NO. Apparently y'all don't know Jack about engines.

    Throw away your money and waste your time if can afford it. Southwest engines is a scam organisation. They will never replace your engine but will sell you some junk that will explode or stop working completely.They will never pick up your call as soon as you select the warranty department.I bought 2 engines with them. Both did not last 3 months RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN With your hard earned money.

    Terrible company to buy from, wrong information given . Sent me the incorrect engine and then lied about sending a new one.

    A few weeks ago I went in to buy Front breaks for my Nissan Rogue. A Manager from a different…read morelocation was filling in and gave me BACK breaks instead! I know nothing about breaks mind you! I come in the next week to get the rotors. Luckily I had the breaks and receipt in the car! The gentleman looked at the breaks and told me they are Back breaks! He returned them and bundled them with the rotors and gave me the correct breaks. I can't believe a manager gave me the wrong product!! Was paying 3 dollars for entry l, the guy behind the counter joked "haha ok I can use this card to pay for the next 20 people?" Bro don't even joke like that when you have someones card. Charging too much for parts: Charged 8 dollars for used sway bar end links I had to spend 20 mins removing in a snowbank. Relatively sure I can buy the same things new for 6 dollars on rockauto. Also 44 dollars for a used stock radio of unknown condition. I'd go 25, 30 at the max for that. Before entry I asked if it was ok to work on car in parking lot away from customer vehicles, like I've always done the past 5 years, an employee said yes, but then at closing( when I was packing up) another employee got snippy with me about how I'm not supposed to be working on my car. "Next time I was going to tell you you can't work on your car" . That's fine, there most likely wont be a next time with how shitty you people are acting. I could leave empty beer bottles and cups like the last customers appeared to do instead of picking up the parking lot like I was doing. I wasn't doing a three-day engine swap, I was replacing some strut mounts and endlinks and planned to be out around 5 PM. Wont be back. I'd lease a new car before dealing with this again
