Really solid spot in Conway. Large bar and restaurant. Really good food. Had the zucchini fries which were amazing and the bisque was very good too. Then I had the salmon plate with steamed veggies which was amazing. Never thought I'd be eating a bunch of salmon in Arkansas but here we are. Good spot for work happy hour. Came here to entertain some clients and the atmosphere is perfect and bartenders are attentive. Never disappoints. I haven't been here in years. It's definitely in my top 5 Conway restaurants. We made reservations on a Friday night and got in with no trouble. We tried a couple martinis, they were very good. We all ordered beef tenderloin and everyone cleaned their plates! That should tell you... it was delicious. Steaks were cooked perfectly. I feel great customer service is the hardest for any business to achieve but the most crucial for a business to stand the test of time especially for smaller towns where regulars decide the fate of your business. I believe Mikes Place has achieved this level of customer service paired with a delicious menu that time and time again delivers quality and consistency. My latest experience was with my parents during the Christmas holidays Nick was our waiter and I'll say with 100% certainty that if he were serving the Grinch and Scrooge together they would leave singing and laughing that's how much energy this guy had. It was a delight seeing a young man put that much enthusiasm and care into his job. Dinner was great we ordered a variety of menu options, ribeye, New York strip, salmon, scallops, all were perfectly presented and consistent with how ordered. Wonderful experience an amazing place to eat they welcome me like family. They sit you down like family and make sure you got something to drink and get your order speedy. They don't mess around there. They want you to come back and they deserve you coming back. you enjoy the food you love the atmosphere. Your waiters and waitresses are top notch. They don't mess around they know how to serve and make sure your glasses always full of water or whatever you order they'll take care of. You can tell the ownership really enjoys taking care of this place cause they're always got wonderful people working here even though a lot of our college age they kept the quality people people that know what they're doing. It was ok but not as good as I thought based on reviews. Had the blue crab appetizer which was very good. The hot rolls were the best part of the dinner. Disappointed in the the mikes creole covered fish however. Fish was tiny, thin and had skin on it and parts of fat I would have cut off at home. Staff was too busy to take care of details. Not a fan. Spent a lot of $$ in this place for graduation dinners, client lunches, etc. previously. The last time I was there, with a client, Mike was an asshole. The place was 3/4 empty. I asked for a table for two in a well lighted area, as were were going to be going over some documents. Mike let me know that they had a restaurant to run and he could not accomodate us. Food was heavenly. My grandpa loved the prime rib with bam bam shrimp add on (he's picky with his steaks). My mom was extra pleased with her Brantley shrimp and asked for cocktail sauce (homemade), but said she didn't hardly use it due to the Brantley flavoring being so good. My grandma ate her shrimp scampi faster than I've ever seen her finish a dish. My pecan encrusted whitefish was delicious. Our server, April, was amazing and checked in on us with the most perfect timing and hospitality. I was treating my grandma, grandpa, and mom for a belated Mother's Day dinner and while snapping photos on the aesthetically pleasing patio the manager, Kenny, magically appeared and offered to capture a few pics for us as a group. An extraordinary place for dining with amazing staff and service. 10/10 read more

Just found this delightful restaurant yesterday but its been in Conway for 17 years, shame on me. Ordered the seafood crepes and omg, I was still eating way after I should have stopped it was so good. Just a FYI, the coconut shrimp was not good but still gave the restaurant a 5. From the atmosphere, to the food & drinks, and then to the great service, this is such a great spot. Visited this restaurant with my boyfriend for his birthday and fell in love with the place. They give you many options on the menu, a great display of alcoholic beverages, and amazing appetizers! The food was top tier and delicious.
