Went to get two iced coffees. No special requests . Just a brown sugar latte ....Took one sip and it was iced milk . It had no coffee that I could taste and it was white in color. Went back to ask for a redo or to add coffee to go with the milk and was told that is how they are made and that they can't re-make the drink . The girl was rude and not accommodating. After our persistence She did offer to split one espresso shot in the drinks which didn't help at all. She was condescending and not customer from at all. I won't be back in unfortunately. Very disappointed with our continued experience. We've tried multiple times over the last year and just won't be back. Searched for Streetside Creperie and ordered to go with what comes up first under the search. Waited the appropriate amount of time and went to pick it up. They acted surprised about the babe and then said "oh our grub hub orders are slow." She checked the iPad and it was apparent they just hadn't bothered to check orders. They said "we'll make it right now." The girl beside her sighed and complained with me standing right there that she was too busy to do it (the restaurant was not that full). So I stood there while they worked to make it. When they finally finished with the crepes 15 minutes later, I asked about sauces selected (just salsa and Sriracha) and was told "we're out" of both. Ok... then I asked about the drinks that were ordered too... and the guy making drinks "oh I'll make them now ." Another 8 min he brings me an iced latte... I ordered a hot latte. "Oh she said iced" (which I never heard anyone say). He did offer to remake it but after being there like 30 min with kids in the car for a to go order I decided to just take what I had gotten. Never to that point had I gotten so much as a "sorry." As I was waking out I got a half hearted "sorry." Then, when we opened our crepes, none of the selections made were honored... no greens, no egg on one that was supposed to. I ordered the Swansn. The description- a savory crepe with scrambled eggs, cheddar & bacon. It is not what is described. When it came it was a folded crepe folded in half with some cheese then 4 PCs of bacon wrapped. When I asked where the eggs were. They told me it has an egg white wash on it. In my book that is not scrambled eggs. I couldn't eat just a thick plain crepe. Ate the bacon and that was it. The sweet crepes are very good. Should have stuck with that. read more

The ham, hollandaise and single poached egg were very good, the crepe was just a bit to thick, and didn't have much going for it taste wise. Maybe I'm not a crepe expert but typically they are much thinner and more flaky in my experience. The staff was kind and friendly. While the vibe is cute and we were REALLY looking forward to trying this place (as it is locally owned and we love crepes), we ended up having to flag down the ONLY server in the entire restaurant to get a refund after waiting over an hour for our meal. They had one girl on espresso, and one gentleman on the grill for a full house of customers. I know there is a staff shortage, and we are sensitive to that. Ok so I have been hearing about this place for a week and so I was downtown and had 30 mins for lunch so I decided to pop in. First things first if your in a hurry go in with the understanding this is not fast food (Lunch is busy for them, and since they are made from scratch there is a little waiting to be done for the crepes) but it's worth the wait... I took mine to go. If your not in a hurry and love locally sourced great tasting food then by all means go enjoy.. I had the BLT and man were the tomatoes great! Juicy fresh Arkansas tomatoes. I couldn't pass up the peanut butter, Nutella, honey and banana crepe... Man was it really good. In my picture it's not pretty but the taste make it worth the mess! Multiple people arrived and multiple people were upset that people who just walked up received a table instantly. They have expanded seating to the Toad Store next door, but if you're sitting in this annex, you are completely forgotten. It took us almost an hour to be served, and that was after we reminded them that our food wasn't out yet. To which the cook replied, "oh. Well, we're about to start making it." They never checked for refills, never apologies for the wait or not checking on us. The owners should really be ashamed of how their business is being run. This is a funky tiny place. Great flavor to their food. The menu needs some work. The name has crepe in it, but IHOP has pancake in it and everything isn't wrapped in a pancake. Everything here is. Including my hash dish. I didn't like it at all. My husband's eggs Benedict was on top of a crepe for no reason. But it was delicious sans the crepe at the bottom (easily ignored). Hollandaise was perfect eggs done well and the ham delicious. Yogurt parfait was beautiful and tasty. The house crepe was really thick and just no reason for the Greek yogurt my associate said it made the dish taste sour and out of place. Their fruit was super fresh and delicious. This place is incredible! The try to keep as much of their ingredients local as possible. Even so far as getting their coffee from Blue Sail right down the street! They have a chalk board wall set up that has all of their local providers on. The shop itself is small and homey. It probably can sit around 25 people inside but they have seating along Oak St which is cool and kind of adds to the local feeling of being a part of the community. Even thought this place has only been open for less than a year, it feels like it's been a part of the Conway community for as long as Toad Suck itself! Bravo Streetside Creperie! Finally, the food. They killed it! I had the Monte Cristo and my wife had a lemon sugar and raspberry jam crepe. The Monte Cristo was made with ham, provolone cheese, an egg, and black berry jam! The combination seemed slightly odd when I heard but it was the best crepe I have ever had! The contrast of the sweet and savory between the jelly and the ham and provolone cheese was spot on. My wife's crepe was very good as well. It was definitely on the sweeter side but still fantastic. I'll definitely be going back here with anyone who visits our quickly growing community. All they offer is Crepes and coffee, but anyone who loves both knows, you can put anything in Crepes and coffee! They focus (as much as possible) on local, seasonal fillings for their Crepes, so it's worth checking their specials to see what's the flavor of the month :) Also, if you ask, any Crepe can be prepared gluten free, if you need it! These folks get major bonus points for being friendly and engaged in their business - truly a labor of love - and for making sure the local community is a big part of what they do and how they do it. My only disappointment were limited vegetarian options and no buckwheat crepe. Only a disappointment and certainly not a deal breaker. The Monte Cristo was delicious and the Iced Chai was just right.
