I don't come here very often just because I don't normally eat breakfast in a restaurant. If you look at the negative reviews, you'll see the same complaint over and over: the server took the order; the customer waited forever to get the food. When it was served, it was warm, at best. I just had that exact experience. The servers were kind and attentive, the food is actually good, but if you're hoping to eat and hit the road quickly, this is not the place. Go to Bob's Grill or BMB Creations if you have a day-trip planned. Also, as much as I love jazz, I really didn't want to have to talk over the buskers situated in the outdoor dining area. I'm sorry but when I walk into a business I've never been too I hope that I'm greeted. But did I get that as I was there with my mother who mind you works in food service. So she understands but we were ignored just pushed off. We sat down for about 10 mins in those chairs in the front. Mind you there was woman next to my mom who said "I'm just hear for a pick up order." After about another 5 mins had passed two girls were chit chatting behind the counter and I simply asked when we might be seated she just huffed at me and said " I don't know we are kind of busy" so my mom said well just wait. But then a at least 10-15 top of college kids in suits and dresses were told oh it's only going to be a 5 minute wait they had no reservation neither did me and my mom. But by then we just said We can to sit outside we offered to place a Togo but any time we asked a simple question we were ignored or just walked away from. When I first moved to Conway it was a good place to eat in the morning. But now that it's just mostly college kids and high-school students probably working on the weekends it's not a place I would go to if you're just wearing sweatpants and T-shirt because you'll get ignored. We stayed in the parking lot for like another 5 mins the lady that had a PICK UP order she came out shaking her head no food in her hands so if that shows you they aren't prepared for big crowds I don't know what will. read more

My wife and I love this place. During the week or on the weekend the fruit crepes with the cube potatoes are over the top. Light breakfast with a taste that in indescribable. After a great first time experience a few months ago, I was looking forward for another reason to come to Conway and made sure to get here for breakfast. This time I I am looking forward to something sweet, but I was hungry and the eggs, hashbrowns, and ham steak were cooked to my liking. Now the star of today was the French toast. Fluffy bread with a bit of batter about the toast as well. Not too heavy and just the right amount of sweetness. I definitely recommend for French toast lovers! Tried this place out after hearing about it from locals. My daughter and I went in on a Wednesday mid morning. It was not that busy. There were plenty of empty tables. We were sat rather quickly. It took a minute for the server to show up with water and menus. The food took forever to come out. At least 45-60 min for eggs. And it was not hot when we got our food. this is a very quaint, quiet and comfortable place to go to the waitresses are amazing. They're also very pretty and they'll take care of you the best way they can and that's usually top-notch. The food is wonderful. They have breakfast items that you'll enjoy everything I've tried has been good. l they have your usual breakfast items and also they'll have baked goods such as muffins and different types of breads. It's a wonderful treat during the week or on the weekends. You'll always find something delicious to eat. You'll find a smile at the door and you'll feel like you just left mom's kitchen. Don't go here after church unless you have a couple of hours to spare and no one is hungry. I'm pretty certain the kitchen staff all went to lunch at 12:30 because we quit smelling food coming and when I went inside no one... not one person... had food in front of them. We finally complained at about 1:40 and suddenly everyone had food in about 15-30 minutes. The fries were soggy at best. The grilled chicken sandwich was ok.. but nothing to brag about. The patio was the perfect place to be with today's weather and we had great company with us, so that helped. But I can guarantee you this will not be a place we go again. We have been there twice. 5 Stars - First time was outside in the patio. Summer morning and the fans did a great job at keeping us cool and comfortable. The space was open and the breakfast was quick hot and complete. 3 Stars - Second time was very recent but was a bit cooler - so we ate inside. The place was nice and the place was not 100% booked, but the experience was not the same. Our waitress was very sweet, but we list her for like 20 min. Other people near us were getting their food, then other girls brought us our food. It was cold and they did not bring the butter and syrup. We waited more - still no waitress. I got up looking for syrup and butter. Found our Estes's - she brought everything but the butter was out if the refrigerator and was too cold to spread. The whole experience was a disappointment. As you all know I really dislike cold food when it hits my table, but when your absent, the food is cold, then my butter is hard - sorry I'm annoyed. It's only pancakes and eggs. I'm sure the popped them out, but they just sat at the window. I will try there again in two weeks. I hope for a better experience. read more

I love breakfast restaurants and this one was great! They had a nice selection of dishes and if you aren't a breakfast person they apparently serve lunch all day too! I only have two criticisms: 1. Coffee, if you are a server and you grab the pot to fill up your table, do a quick circle around the room to see if anyone else wants some! and 2. Indicate on your sweet crepes the option to do a single topping rather than the combination (blueberry, strawberry, blackberry) described on the menu. My daughter had already ordered when she overheard another customer order only strawberries. Three times waitstaff grabbed the coffee pot and they didn't even look up so I could catch them to ask for a refill. Other than that the service was very good and the food was great! Wish we could know that firsthand but we left 1 hr 15 min after arriving because our food hadn't been served yet. We learned they hadn't even STARTED making it yet!! They do post that during peak times food could take 30-45 minutes so we weren't expecting immediate service, but we waited too long. They wasted our morning. We will never visit again. Plus, here's some feedback on the iced lattes - they taste watery and more like iced coffee. Terrible. We didn't even drink them. If you want a good breakfast in Conway, go to Stoby's. I've heard a lot of good things about this place so my father, my friend, and I decided to go eat breakfast here one morning and I can't describe how disappointed I was. We waited over an hour to get seated and waited 30 minutes for them to take even our drink orders. We then waited 2 hours for our food! When the food did come out it was burnt/cold and tasted awful! While we were there all the other tables were being taken care of and left with ease looking satisfied so I don't know why we were being ignored the whole time! I know for a fact I can't say enough good things about my experience here. It started off great by luckily getting a table on a weekend for our family of five which could be very tough because the inside is comfortably snug. The inside is a pretty cool mix between a coffee shop vibe when you enter where they have pastries behind the counter along with a barista setup for coffee and a diner/cafe feel in the adjacent main dining area. They also have a spacious patio out front under huge oak trees which would be a prime spot to sit when the weather permits since the two roads that boarder the cafe don't seem to be particularly busy roads. Service was amazing, friendly and welcoming, what you would expect from a small town cafe I think it's called southern hospitality. Started with coffee though it wasn't to my taste it was fresh, hot and abundant! Went on to order French Toast and bacon as my side and let me tell you as good as everything has been so far in my experience this may top it all. First off I new this was going to be a great meal when after ordering she came back with the two best hot sauces on the planet Louisiana and Cholula for the breakfast burrito my sister ordered. Our food came out in timely fashion and there was so much food on everyone's plates the French toast was perfectly toasted with a glaze of cinnamon butter topped with a dusting of powdered sugar and a heaping side of thick bacon. Between the five of us there was nothing left on anyone's plate with us all sampling each other's menu choices. Prices were more than fair for the quality and amount of food you received. What a gem in Conway! I have driven passed this place for years and have never tried it until today. Based upon other reviews that raves about the breakfast, that's what I went for. I had the biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, and a pancake. The portions are generous and I couldn't finish it. All of it was delicious! The pancake was the size of a dinner plate. First and foremost, Rachel is amazing! She was super friendly, welcoming, and overall pleasant. If you've read any of my other reviews, you know I'm a huge sucker for great customer service. The vibe here is super relaxed and almost home like. When we got there, there was a gentleman playing music which was nice to listen to. I ordered the veggie omelet and honey lavender latte. Both were amazing. The dining area is self seating, and all of the tables had a decent amount of space between them. A lot of reviews said the wait times were ridiculously long, but honestly I don't think the food could have come out to my table any faster if I would have cooked it myself. There is a sign that says the wait can be long during peak hours, but what do you really expect from a non-corporate restaurant making the food to order? This place has been decent on one other occasion so I decided to take my mother here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The patio area was full so the waiter told us to see the barista for a table inside. We go inside and everyone kept walking around us and seating other people who came in after us. So finally an older lady turns to us and tells me and my mother that we can seat ourselves. Mind you we are the only two blacks in the restaurant. I looked at her and told my mother we will go elsewhere. There will never be a change in this white racist city. So I will take all my energy and efforts to expose every racist establishment I encounter. I hope and pray they don't make another dime. I will definitely use social media to tell black people to keep their black dollars away from this restaurant. I wish we had more black owned restaurants in this town. read more
