My family has been ordering from Mike's Pizza for years and we've always enjoyed it. Recently, I placed an order for delivery through DoorDash, but unfortunately, the driver got lost and never delivered my order, even though I received a notification saying it had been dropped off. I called and spoke with Marcel, the owner of Mike's Pizza, who immediately remade my order at no cost. I offered to split the cost, but he refused. This is what true customer service looks like. I walked in with a group of 13 people on a Wednesday night at 8:55pm (it looked like they were trying to close but they said they would take orders until 9pm). Right off the bat the man behind the counter was super friendly, asking if we had come from Bates Motel (we had). We were the only people in the restaurant at that time and our service was very fast. We ordered a large plain pizza, some fries, and a calzone. The pizza was great and fries were fresh and crispy. The guys working were so sweet and accommodating, and very personable - Joey and Zad in particular were very helpful and told us a little bit about the history of the restaurant - how Joey's parents had immigrated from Lebanon and opened up this shop back in the 90s and the sons bought it. If I lived by Mike's I could see this being my pizza place. I got the special cheesesteak on Garlic Bread. The extras added a lot of flavor and moisture to this cheesesteak. Garlic bread could have been a little more garlicy. The pizza and other food smelled delicious. The people were very nice and moved a lot of food. My poker guys meet on Thursday night and it was my turn to host. We take a 15 minute break at 9 to dine. That morning, I stopped in at Mike's and spoke with Joe where I had a great cheesesteak lunch before. I told Joe my needs and budget and he put wrote down my deferred order for 8:25. A cheesesteak with fried onions and RELISH instead of sweet peppers and what I think might've been provolone cheese I think and what I think might've been mustard????. And cheese fries were mozzarella fries, maybe that's how all their cheese fries are but wasn't expecting that either. My husband is such a pizza snob and Mikes always delivers hot, fresh, amazing food!! If you're in the area and are feeling the urge for pizza I certainly suggest this place. We were hungry and cruising the Giant supermarket aisles for some items when I stopped and looked at the frozen pizza section. My lady suggested we get a fresh, hot pie to go from Mikes located about five doors down. It made sense so I called and ordered a small pie to go - half cheese, half pepperoni. The pie wasn't ready when I arrived early so I spent some time talking politics with the bright young lady behind the counter. Certainly, I have never seen a Presidential campaign like this one! We got the pie home and dug in. While this is your typical Delco pizza pie, it tasted better than many in the area. The crust wasn't thin and crispy like I like - I'm a NY style, thin crust zealot with fresh Tomatoe sauce that's not sweet and mozzarella cheese. Still, it hit the spot. It isn't Ravenessi - the best pizza in Delco - but it blows others the out of the water. Plus, if you get the young lady at the counter waiting on you, you can talk politics while you wait for your pie. read more

By far my favorite cheese steak I have ever had. I have had pretty much every single cheesesteak in philadelphia and I still come home for this one whenever I can. Its a perfect combo of steak and cheese, but most importantly, its the best roll I have tried. I also put the pizza on the tops of my chart. I typicaly prefer a very thin and crispy crust, but something about the sauce and the light fluffy yet crispy dough really works. Their large pies are better than the slice pies, not sure why! I am a stickler for good pizza, and given the competition out there you have to be great! Had a slice at Mikes the other night and was not blown away. The crust was good, but not quite thin enough. The sauce was sweet - a plus. There was a decent amount of cheese and a generous amount of toppings, but the slices were so small! I like either a real Chicago deep dish or a real New York slice that you have to fold in half - and you won't find either here! Mikes is good for the family, with lots of booth seating, a kid friendly menu, relatively low prices (A large plain is only $10) and a casual atmosphere, but their pizza won't keep me coming back! read more

Highly recommend the cheesesteaks and the pizza steaks. They make the pizza steaks with provolone cheese but I recommend you ask him to use mozzarella instead. I also highly recommend their white pizza topped with diced tomato. The only thing that stops me me from giving them five stars is their annoying practice of not giving you your check at the table to look over or letting you pay the waitress. You never actually get to see your check, you have to stand in line at the cash register, tell them what you had and then they tell you what you owe. I have no idea why they will not let the waitress give you your check, it's very odd way of doing things and it cost them a star. read more

On the advice of a coworker who praised the crisp crust at Mike's (Route 3 Eastbound side, near Rt. 352, in Westtown PA), I decided to stop in for a slice en route to Pete's Produce on Rt. 926. I was greeted by an earnest counter girl but I was disappointed to learn that the only slices available were plain. I ordered one and a root beer, and both arrived swiftly. To their credit, the slice came piping hot and I needed to let it cool. It looked quite conventional, and had a generous amount of standard mozzarella on it. This was a decent slice of pizza. Nothing distinguished the cheese or sauce, and indeed I added both salt and red pepper to spice it up. The crust seemed to be made of the same source that 99% of pizza joints use, but instead of the soft floppy stuff served up in most places, this had a very satisfying crispness. They call it "Neapolitan" and it surely is not, but it's decent pie nonetheless. The slice cost just $1.85; with a soda and tax, I laid out $3.71. Pretty decent budget lunch. The counter girl doubled as server and checked twice to see if I needed anything, and the friendly pizzaiolo asked me if I liked it as I was exiting.Bottom line? Value pie, where oridnary ingredients are raised up a bit by superior technique and friendly staff. Mike earns 6 stars of 10 for his slice. I am Pizza Quixote! read more

Ordered from here last night and have in the past as well. We got a large Hawaiian and Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Was very impressed, both pizzas were excellent. Good taste, good ingredients, and cooked perfectly. Only have 2 complaints, that keep it from getting 5 stars. Buffalo Chicken Pizza needed more buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing, was a little dry, but still good. Second complaint is price, their pizza is quite pricey. A large buffalo chicken was $20! $20 for one pizza, that needed some extra sauce is a little bit too expensive imo. It was $39 for the 2 pizzas, which fed 4 big guys fairly well, but definently could of been cheaper. read more
