I Had an ac issue, Firestone on roan said it would be some crack inside the blah blah blah and would have to completely remove the dash, without even looking at it they were already estimating $1200. Precision actually looked at the problem and determined it was a very simple fix the schrader valves needed replacing, cost about 40 bucks. Their wild success keeps them honest. The quality of the work they've done has been great also. This is my go-to mechanic I've had several issues fixed on my truck here. Good prices good service and honest! Cannot ask for a better auto shop. One down side is you will need an appointment and sometimes can be over a weeks wait. Once they held my truck for 5 days because of how busy they were, but they did go above and beyond fixing the fuel tank/sensor....issue. I Highly recommend this place.

Following the shift, management shook my hand, verbally confirmed that I was hired, and explicitly instructed me to take down my resume from all job boards because the position was mine. After waiting out the agreed-upon two-week timeline for their prior trainee to finish, I followed up to receive my official schedule. Management went back on their word, informed me they were still looking for other people, and explicitly refused to compensate me for the 4 hours of productive labor I completed during the trial run, claiming that 'no tow truck company pays for trial runs.' This company does not respect a handshake agreement, does not respect job seekers' time, and openly violates labor standards regarding paid training/trial shifts. Look elsewhere if you expect professional communication and legal compensation.
