Today I go there since there was only 3 cars there 2 in the bay and one waiting I go to the other bay. After waiting 20 minutes they tell me they are taking the person that was there before me. This is a courtesy I was never afforded when I was in the same situation there. so I won't be going back they are not that great anyway trying to sell me things they do not completely understand like transfer case fluid. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

They got me in pretty much right away, they were quick, professional, informative, and not the sleazy sales people you can sometimes run across elsewhere. Gotta say thanks to East Tenn Transmission they don't have a Facebook page but I took my 99 f250 in…read moreback in September due to the transmission going out I had them do a rebuild and put a billet torch converter after all said and done it was about 4000 which I checked other transmissions shop around the tri-cities and it was going to be around 5 to 6000 to do it but Carlos did a great job and at a short time Later mid December my starter mount broke and if you know about 99 f250 then you know the mount acts as a spacer between the bale housing and motor when it broke it messed up the transmission line which is covered under the warranty of the transmission so I bought the part and sent it back they honored the warranty and done a fluid change and fixed the part and got it done they put me in front of the line and got it done in two days one day was waiting on a new starter I highly recommend this shop and Carlo and his dad do great work for a reasonable price he told me that most shops try to get rich off diesels but he said they are a bigger job

Precision actually looked at the problem and determined it was a very simple fix the schrader valves needed replacing, cost about 40 bucks. Their wild success keeps them honest. The quality of the work they've done has been great also. This is my go-to mechanic I've had several issues fixed on my truck here. Good prices good service and honest! Cannot ask for a better auto shop. One down side is you will need an appointment and sometimes can be over a weeks wait. Once they held my truck for 5 days because of how busy they were, but they did go above and beyond fixing the fuel tank/sensor....issue. I Highly recommend this place.

Locally, Jiffy Lube is my go-to place. 180 degrees from the oil-brand-named place that I avoid due to a really bad customer experience there. No complaints, other than the location and the crazy place to leave the business and re-enter traffic. I wish this was closer to home and in the towns I frequent most often.

That's how nice he was. I was in and out! I barely finished my chicken biscuit before they already had my car in the garage. First class people...from desk staff to the tire guy. There was a semi tall skinny white young dude that said hello to me...he didn't have to but he did and that was nice of him...he was busy but he noticed me and nodded. And I hate being like this...but I don't know his name...but he is a tall slender black dude with good hair...like I said...I hate saying.."the black dude"... but I don't know his name...but I told them to just throw the spare in the back seat...but he pulled out an extremely heavyweight toolbox and other crap in my trunk to place the spare back to its home. 1st & LAST time there! Made an appt for 11 to figure out what the noise I've been chasing is (told…read moreit would be $10 for a diagnostic & estimate). I sat there (& so did my car) until almost 1 with no updates. Not sure what the point of an appt is. After another 30mn they come out & say they they have to take out the motor mount to try & get to where they think the noise is which will be $150. I reluctantly agreed. Another hr goes by & Ive seen my car in the parking lot for at least 30mn. One guy could tell I was annoyed & finally came out & said they thought they found the noise but want to get it up on a particular lift to look while it's moving a little to make sure since they still hear a little bit of a noise. I said ok, thank you. 30mn later someone tells me my car is ready, but Ive seen my car sitting since the last guy came out. I said "wait, I was told it's not ready & they were going to get it on a lift once it opened up to check something else". He says "no, they figured it out, it's the cv axle". I told him I had that replaced 1 mo ago (& had mentioned that when I dropped it off). He says "well it must be faulty. Your total is $210". I asked about the price & he says, its the $10 I was originally told, plus the $150 plus taxes. The original guy comes out & I stop him & say "so they aren't going to check it out on the lift" He tells the guy ringing me up, "oh yes, we were going to check it again since there is still a little noise." The other guy says "no, we figured it out, it's the axle". The original guy goes "oh, ok, I guess they figured it out". I argued it a couple more times & could tell I was getting NO where! HOW DID ANYTHING CHANGE!? They just didn't want to deal with it. I WAITED OVER 4HRS & PAID $200 TO BE TOLD IT WAS SOMETHING THAT IT WAS NOT! Update...I had the "faulty" CV axle replaced AGAIN & was told, it looked fine, no issue. AND I STILL HAVE THE NOISE!!! NOTHING WAS FIXED OR DIAGNOSED! NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE!!
