Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). He was also accommodating, accepting the car after hours, and is someone we trust to not take advantage of those who don't know much about cars. Overall, Brian is a great mechanic who we highly recommend.

On 6-17 I took my truck in to get an alignment and the castors and cambers adjusted, everything…read morestarted off well then the tech asked me to come in to the shop so I did and he wiggles the tire and said I had a bad ball joint and I needed to take it and get it replaced then call back.I said ok and went to the office to settle up and they said no charge since they didn't do anything.I then took the truck home and jacked it up to replicate the movement I saw and everything seemed tight so I took it to two different shops which both shops checked it and said the ball joints were fine,the last shop even asked me how long since someone had messed with it because he pointed out fresh tool marks on the tap and that's when I figured out that they didn't want to do the alignment because adjusting all of those can take several hours it's not just a quick alignment job I then called to explain the situation and what I thought had happened to Greg the store manager who quickly became argumentative and hateful and swore his guys would never do such a thing which I don't blame him for wanting to defend his people but I feel he should've kept an open mind and at least attempt to look into the issue.I will never be back there as I feel they cannot be trusted Thank you

I was told by the mechanic he thought it was the ignition switch.Before he left I was under the impression he would order the necessary part and come back out to put it in for me when scheduled. About an hour after he left he called me back to let me know it was actually going to now require more testing and in fact he didn't 100% diagnose it after talking to his boss he was only 80% sure it was the ignition switch....I reluctantly agreed to go ahead and have them come back out because I had already waited two weeks with no car and was in a hurry to get it finished! I have text messages from the mechanic agreeing to come see me on a Tuesday to do the further testing needed to make the diagnosis and order correct part. I texted the mechanic the morning of appointment asking for an estimated time they would come out because I needed to let someone know where I had to hide my key do to not being able to get off work. The man texted back and said he'd check schedule and get back to me. Hours went bye and I hadn't heard a thing. I called and texted several numbers with no response. When the boss did finally answer my third call he told me I wasn't on his schedule until Friday even though again I had text from mechanic proving he put me on schedule for Tuesday. I was very unhappy with my experience here. I don't feel like they care very much about customer satisfaction communication or professionalism on their part. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GIVING THIS BUSINESS ANY OF YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!
