The second time during the week on Wednesda that person working was on his phone the entire time, couldn't help me with the test I needed until a customer just strolling around was done 20 minutes, because again was the only one working. they are five other car parts places in town and they all keep at minimum 3 working at ALL times. Also they do deliveries so should t they have someone there for that? So he should be answering the store phone as well, it be was on personal phone this entire time. Now reason I didn't walk out I wanted to confirm the early test that week as I had gone elsewhere to see what the reading there have. It was NOT the same At O'Reily's. So again Advamced reading was the same as Monday. So I go to Autozone and it matches O'Reiley's. didn't have time after the wait caused at Advanced today to try Napa or Federated. So 2/3 say one thing and the one ran two test saying the same. However why I am not trusting advanced is the last few times they have been wrong. Wrong parts ordered, wrong results. A few days later my engine light came on again. I stopped at the same advance store and they scanned it once again and it gave the same answer, cam shift sensor. They looked at my receipt and discovered that they had sold me the wrong part. Well, I bought the right part and went to my mechanic to install the correct part. I brought the incorrect part that they sold me to the same store and they refused to refund my money. They gave me a number to call and the lady I spoke with said even though they sold me the wrong part, they would not refund my money.... I WILL NEVER GO IN THAT STORE AGAIN. THEY WON'T SUPPORT THE QUALITY OF THEIR OWN MISTAKES!!!

Not even halfway across for pedestrians, NAPA driver peeled out and made an aggressive turn just 4-5 feet from them and continued to speed. Some of the staff seem to really know their stuff. Some should just say "I don't know" rather than improvise and waste my time. Prices are standardized, and they don't gouge. But I don't ever seem to catch anything "on sale" either. I've observed staff helping customers test batteries and equipment, install wiper blades, and patiently look up parts with vague information from customers. Sometimes they answer the phone, sometimes not.
