Quoted a price . Retrieved the parts and had us up and running by 730 pm . I mean wow what great service and very fast . Very knowledgeable and a very likable individual. I ended up calling Rusty's as a referral from my Body shop manager. I do not regret the call. Not only did they save me a few hundred dollars for install, it was done in a few hours. Everyone there were courteous and talkative with customers, telling us/them every detail of work and cost, which is great. No surprises. Then just had a front end problem which was an emergency. I pulled in and Wayne who did my front end was in the front and remembered installing the front end. I went to personally thank him for a quick and great job. So I guess left an impression of gratitude. I digress. lol. So Wayne said lets take a ride and with in minutes knew I needed a new wheel bearing. Good thing, because it was dangerous to drive. So I say all that, to let anyone know that you will a Great price for Quality work Quickly. I spent a little more than an hour to get me back on the road safely. The next week someone came out and looked at my car for over an hour to diagnose the issue. I was told by the mechanic he thought it was the ignition switch.Before he left I was under the impression he would order the necessary part and come back out to put it in for me when scheduled. About an hour after he left he called me back to let me know it was actually going to now require more testing and in fact he didn't 100% diagnose it after talking to his boss he was only 80% sure it was the ignition switch....I reluctantly agreed to go ahead and have them come back out because I had already waited two weeks with no car and was in a hurry to get it finished! I have text messages from the mechanic agreeing to come see me on a Tuesday to do the further testing needed to make the diagnosis and order correct part. I texted the mechanic the morning of appointment asking for an estimated time they would come out because I needed to let someone know where I had to hide my key do to not being able to get off work. The man texted back and said he'd check schedule and get back to me. Hours went bye and I hadn't heard a thing. I called and texted several numbers with no response. When the boss did finally answer my third call he told me I wasn't on his schedule until Friday even though again I had text from mechanic proving he put me on schedule for Tuesday. I was very unhappy with my experience here. I don't feel like they care very much about customer satisfaction communication or professionalism on their part. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GIVING THIS BUSINESS ANY OF YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!
