These guys are absolute angels! Our son was traveling home from PA to GA and had a blowout on the interstate at an exit near their shop. As parents we were panicking because we are still several hours away and couldn't help. Our first call was to our insurance company for roadside assistance and it was going to be several hours before they could get someone dispatched out there to help him and he was going to just be stranded on the highway waiting. Luckily we found Garland Tire's number and called them......it was getting close to closing time, but the lady who answered immediately offered to have one of their guys drive out there and remove the tire, bring it back to the shop, swap it out, and drive back out there to put the new one on for us. Incredibly fast, professional, went above and beyond and now our son is safely back on the road home. If we lived in that area we would be a customer for life. Don't go here. In December I came with a friend who needed a part replaced because he was going across the country and the part was dangerously bent. These yahoos charged him $427 for a "rush job" (twice what it normally costs even with labor) then made him come back THREE separate times in three days before they released his car. Some rush job! He asked if there was anything else the car needed because he was driving hundreds of miles and needed to start right away because he was now 3 days late to leave. "Nope you're good to go son" In Michigan he broke down and was towed, where they found the part had SNAPPED almost in HALF because not only did Garland Tire NOT replace it like they said but they ASSURED HIM IT WAS SAFE. Went to this place and they can't even do an alignment on a 1/2 ton truck because they don't have the equipment. But yet they call them selves a tire shop. What a joke. The customer service was absolutely terrible as well. read more

Lied, wasted my time, and sent me home in a VERY unsafe condition and he could not have cared any less. Thanks Larry, you tell me on the phone you will change the tires on the back of my truck, I drive down there with a flat tire for you to tell me you won't change them because you don't like I had to get a size smaller and tell me that it isn't safe and when I point out to you that it's unsafe for me to go anywhere do you offer me any options NO not at all. Part of this is because years back he changed tires on a truck my grandmother drove home and the wheel came off while she was driving. So I will have to say Larry, I don't believe safety was your concern at all, you didn't want to help me at all and it's easy to see that since you wouldn't offer me anything to make it safe for me to drive home, so thanks so much for being so mean to me, not to mention Larry your attitude was horrible. Then again Larry is well known for being rude to people in general, but given you wanted to blab at me about safety and then send me down the road in far less shape only proves that you care nothing for anyone, not even offering to sell me tires or anything.
