Turnaround is always quick and we have never had an issue with the quality of the work. In a moment of bad judgment, I took my van to Walmart for an oil change. They put on the wrong oil filter which caused me to have engine trouble the next day. I took it to Matt. He explained what likely happened and told me how to deal with Walmart. I took it back to them and made them fix it. The manager who didn't believe me changed his tune when I showed him the technical bulletin Matt printed out for me. The bottom line is you can trust Greeneville Tire and Performance with your car. I recommend them without reservation.

We had the car crammed full of our things and 2 dogs, and Joe was kind enough to remove the damaged tire, put the spare on and then he lugged the tire back to the shop for us. Not only did they quickly repair and refill the tire, they would not allow us to pay them for the service! They sent us off with a gesture of "safe travels". We are overwhelmed by the abundance of kindness that these guys gave us, they saved the day! We will be residents in a few months and Greeneville Tire & Performance Center has a customer for life! Thanks guys!!

I ended up calling Rusty's as a referral from my Body shop manager. I do not regret the call. Not only did they save me a few hundred dollars for install, it was done in a few hours. Everyone there were courteous and talkative with customers, telling us/them every detail of work and cost, which is great. No surprises. Then just had a front end problem which was an emergency. I pulled in and Wayne who did my front end was in the front and remembered installing the front end. I went to personally thank him for a quick and great job. So I guess left an impression of gratitude. I digress. lol. So Wayne said lets take a ride and with in minutes knew I needed a new wheel bearing. Good thing, because it was dangerous to drive. I explained what I needed and the man said he wanted to see the tires I had. There were no other customers there but he told me that he was there by himself and had no help so he didn't think he do the job. He stated that he was going to have the woman inside fired tomorrow when "everyone" was at work. He told me I could come back tomorrow and they would put the tires on. I'm no tire technician but I would think that one person could put on a set of tires with no help. Hell, I would have helped him if that could get job done. I left and went to Walmart. No problem getting the tires put on there by one tech. Took about 45 min. If you don't want anyones business close the doors turn out the lights and go home. Pathetic

While this place is not the cheapest place for an oil change with discounts and coupons the cost is very competitive... in addition it's fast!
