Turnaround is always quick and we have never had an issue with the quality of the work. In a moment of bad judgment, I took my van to Walmart for an oil change. They put on the wrong oil filter which caused me to have engine trouble the next day. I took it to Matt. He explained what likely happened and told me how to deal with Walmart. I took it back to them and made them fix it. The manager who didn't believe me changed his tune when I showed him the technical bulletin Matt printed out for me. The bottom line is you can trust Greeneville Tire and Performance with your car. I recommend them without reservation.

Not only did they quickly repair and refill the tire, they would not allow us to pay them for the service! They sent us off with a gesture of "safe travels". We are overwhelmed by the abundance of kindness that these guys gave us, they saved the day! We will be residents in a few months and Greeneville Tire & Performance Center has a customer for life! Thanks guys!!

My son called before taking his vehicle to this shop. Explained what happened and that it was not running. Steve that owns the shop assured him they could work on it, and we had it towed down there. It was there almost 2 months!!! And we finally had it removed and taken to a dealership. From the beginning we had to call and be told that he was busy. They was working on it, and Steve would call back. Which he done twice in 2 months after multiple requests. We were told it was the aftermarket security system. Approved removing it. That didn't fix it. Then was told it was the ECM which it took almost a month for him to determine and locate. This part came in and then was told it was the ignition relay. But he hasn't even put in the ECM to make that determination. He also priced the part at over $250 above his cost and not the standard 25% markup. The delays he blamed on the aftermarket ECM company, but I called and asked and he had been lying about everything from purchase date to their process. We received multiple stories over multiple weeks. And each time it was a new lie. Luckily I had documented each conversation and price quotes or lie told. Because when my son went to have it towed to another shop. Steve tried to charge him for a battery. I advised he didn't approve that. When we got there the battery that was in it and was showing charged at 100% when it was towed there had been removed, and was a completely different DEAD Battery. They also removed a headlamp relay from the vehicle which was a $144 part through the dealer. I have called to talk about refunding my son for relay and battery, and NO SURPRISE, he will NOT speak or call back. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!

As parents we were panicking because we are still several hours away and couldn't help. Our first call was to our insurance company for roadside assistance and it was going to be several hours before they could get someone dispatched out there to help him and he was going to just be stranded on the highway waiting. Luckily we found Garland Tire's number and called them......it was getting close to closing time, but the lady who answered immediately offered to have one of their guys drive out there and remove the tire, bring it back to the shop, swap it out, and drive back out there to put the new one on for us. Incredibly fast, professional, went above and beyond and now our son is safely back on the road home. If we lived in that area we would be a customer for life. Thank you Garland for taking care of our family!

"Nope you're good to go son" In Michigan he broke down and was towed, where they found the part had SNAPPED almost in HALF because not only did Garland Tire NOT replace it like they said but they ASSURED HIM IT WAS SAFE. He could've died on that trip. They lied. They never refunded his money either. Crooks crooks crooks.
