This man came out, removed the wheel, took it to his shop and replaced the tire so that we still had a spare, and put the wheel back on. The price he charged for the tire was the same as we usually pay and the service call was totally reasonable. He was pleasant and polite. We are both in our 70's and changing this in 90+ degree heat was not an option. If he had not come out, our only option would be a huge towing fee to pull the trailer to a shop. It was proof that compassionate, ethical and competent people still exist.

Don, Casper's driver showed up quickly and loaded my trailer and all of it's included load onto the Flatbed trailer and had it delivered to my property at the top of a steep hill where I needed it to be stationed. All was done before the coming storms. That was a big relief and really appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend their service based on my experience with them.

About an hour after he left he called me back to let me know it was actually going to now require more testing and in fact he didn't 100% diagnose it after talking to his boss he was only 80% sure it was the ignition switch....I reluctantly agreed to go ahead and have them come back out because I had already waited two weeks with no car and was in a hurry to get it finished! I have text messages from the mechanic agreeing to come see me on a Tuesday to do the further testing needed to make the diagnosis and order correct part. I texted the mechanic the morning of appointment asking for an estimated time they would come out because I needed to let someone know where I had to hide my key do to not being able to get off work. The man texted back and said he'd check schedule and get back to me. Hours went bye and I hadn't heard a thing. I called and texted several numbers with no response. When the boss did finally answer my third call he told me I wasn't on his schedule until Friday even though again I had text from mechanic proving he put me on schedule for Tuesday. I was very unhappy with my experience here. I don't feel like they care very much about customer satisfaction communication or professionalism on their part.
