I figured this was a long shot, but I stopped in with my hat in hand and asked Reid if there was any way they could take care of me the next day after I removed it from storage. He worked his magic and asked us to bring it over in the morning. We arrived at the shop the next day. Climbed out of the coach and heard air rushing out of someplace near the tag axle. I thought that would bump our trip back. They were incredibly professional and reassuring. "Not a problem, we'll take care of it". Take care of it they did! That afternoon, Coach is fixed and ready to hit the road. And the invoice was incredibly fair. Can't thank you and your professional staff enough. We'll definitely schedule maintenance with you in the future. Mark

They had a driver go to Knoxville to get the part and had our RV repaired by noon the next day. They even picked my husband up at the campground and drove him back to the shop to pick up the RV. They even handled getting the rental car since this shop is a direct repair facility for our insurance agent. Several months later, I noticed that all my floor boards in the back seat were sopping wet every time it rained. I had never had this problem before. After taking it to multiple body shops, and getting many opinions on where the leak may have been coming from, I finally went to a recommended friend whose a mechanic. He spent hours trying to track down the leak, and the last place he looked was under my back bumper that Dennis Powell replaced. He found the leak! There were multiple cracks in the frame of my car where I had been hit, and all the water (about four gallons) had collected in my spare tire compartment, and was flowing down into my floor boards. This was obvious, VISIBLE damage, and Dennis Powell didn't even bother to seal any of the cracks! They simply put on a brand new bumper that looked great, while covering over MAJOR DAMAGE. Now I'm left with drying out my floor boards to avoid mold and rust issues, not to mention the expense of repairs. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone!
