I had the pleasure of working with the Mike Shaw team on Saturday for my fourth leased Subaru. I have to shout out Jayden first, because he called as he noticed the end of my lease was approaching and asked if I wanted to check out some new vehicles. As a salesperson, I appreciate the prospecting call, I also appreciate how he was helpful/informative versus pushy. He had the vehicles I was interested in ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived and made it a seamless process. Next shout out is Todd; Todd is the absolute best and such an asset to the Mike Shaw Subaru team. Todd is also the reason why I continue to go there through the management changes, etc. I know I can always count on him; he is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and great with customers. He is also a Husker fan-GBR. PROTECT TODD AT ALL COST :). Last shout out is Blaine, I was ecstatic to see that Blaine is now a Finance Manager, and that his hard work and dedication to the company has paid off. I know he started as a lot tech, and then worked in Sales (he was a great salesperson), and now finance. It was nice to work with him on the financing side, and I appreciated his detailed presentation on the different packages they offer. He was very knowledgeable and gave his recommendations without being too pushy. I have worked with other Finance Manager's in the past that were too pushy, or get upset when you don't purchase any of the packages and that can be very off-putting. Blaine was not like that at all, he was detailed, understanding, and helpful. His customer service skills are top tier, and he really can read a room/understand social cues. I'm not sure I can say enough good things about this place. I recently drove up from Denver to look at a car at Greeley Subaru; a new 2016 Outback that we ended up purchasing that same day. I had previously spent the day visiting a handful of Subaru dealerships in Denver, and while the other dealers were accommodating, helpful and informative, they didn't compare to what I experienced at Greeley Subaru. From the minute I stepped on the lot, the team treated me like they had known me for years. Seriously, like I would expect a trusted friend to take me through the process. There was no pressure, no assumptions, no angles, just a TON of great information and a lot of respect from a team of people that are truly jazzed to be doing what they do. In short order, I realized that the car (and the dealership) were a great fit and given that my husband wasn't present, I called him to discuss purchasing it while Bob (our salesman) and Todd went to work on the pricing. Not only did they come back with a better price than I had expected, they went out of their way to bring my husband into the process (long distance) and assure that all of his questions and requests were addressed. It would take too long to detail all the ways they went the extra mile (pun intended), but suffice it to say they didn't miss a detail, and FAR EXCEEDED any expectation we had. The entire team (Bob, Todd, Mark, Mary, Deano) had solid knowledge, obvious integrity and a great sense of humor, and their follow-up post-purchase is impressive! The car we purchased will be our third Subaru Outback (in 20 years) and won't be our last, but I'm happy to say we won't be looking again for a dealership. These guys set the bar! Greeley Subaru, how do i start my review? Lets start off by saying i felt like i was a person not just a game piece in the game of car sales. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable, not only did she know her stuff she had an answer to all our questions and she was spot on with her responses, I was beyond impressed.The best part of it all was that we did not feel pressured to buy anything and i was 100% confidant that i was buying from the right person and the place was the bonus. Now for the finance department, Angel was absolutely awesome she never gave up on finding us the best deal and i couldn't thank her enough for making us owners of the car of our dreams. Lastly if we never felt special, that all came to an end after our Visit Saturday. We went in for a little Tech training, he happened to be with another customer, so we were asked to wait. I couldn't really tell you how long we waited, but Michelle updated us every few mins and we never felt like we were forgotten. The GM noticed us hanging out and made sure we weren't forgotten and gifted us with awesome truck food (Tacos) yumm. When it was our turn with the Tech Guy it was totally worth the wait we learned little tips and tricks that we had no idea about or didn't see in the hand book. Very worth taking the time to learn. Things were a little crazy with dog adoptions but we were so impressed that a car dealer was helping animals find their forever home. I went into Greeley Subaru just to browse, and ended up with a great deal and a car I love! Right away Todd greeted me and asked me what I was looking for and immediately introduced me to Frank, one of the sales team members. Frank made me feel very welcome and I did not feel pressured to buy at all. I got to test drive a 2019 Impreza and all the different features/options were explained to me. Frank also answered all questions I had regarding financing and what would be most affordable for me. I made the decision to lease a new 2019 Impreza which was the best deal (Subaru has an awesome "lease-to-own" program!). Steve walked me through all the car features and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot. Jesse, one of the finance guys, explained all things monetary to me in language I could understand and in a well-timed manner. I came back a few weeks later for a follow-up appointment and I was surprised that all aforementioned individuals remembered me by name. I felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. Don't even bother shopping dealerships! (Like Seriously) I bought a new 2020 Subaru Forester Sport and I tell you what, Greeley Subaru is the place to go...HANDS DOWN! I can not even fully express how impressed by, and grateful I am for my experience at this dealership. I was so well taken care of every step of the way. My salesman Miguel was AWESOME! He was very friendly, attentive, and kind! Even tho I am VERY picky, he never got frustrated or pushy, and did everything in his power to make sure I ended up happy. They helped me get my car ordered straight from the factory after I insisted on one specific model and color. EVERY single person I've encountered along the way...from the new inventory manager (Todd), the used inventory manager (Dal), to the service advisor (Zach) went ABOVE and BEYOND in every way they could, and honestly more than I ever imagined/expected! They were all so incredibly pleasant to work with, and I am so beyond happy I went here! We had to purchase a vehicle due to our previous truck being totaled in a collision. While I was excited to get something newer, I was not happy about having to go back to the drawing board so to speak. I found a vehicle online and reached out to the dealership. Within a few minutes, I was called by Karen Funston and we began discussing my situation. Karen was great to work with, very understanding and respectful of the situation and the process in which I wanted to do things. I went in for a test drive over my lunch break and Karen was not pushy, she was very respectful of my time and took a moment to introduce me to Del who was also very friendly. We continued to have discussions via text (which I preferred) over the next day or so and the following day, my partner and I decided that this truck was the one for us. Go ask for Kyle!!! If you are tired of the traditional haggling and headaches of most car dealerships, this is the place for you!!! After having an absolutely nightmare of an experience somewhere else, this dealership was truly a breath of fresh air. I loved a car, told Kyle where we needed monthly payments to be and NO HAGGLING! Just, "ok got it!" And then MINUTES later he came back and told me he got our payments down to UNDER what we needed it to be. I was truly blown away. I went into the process of looking for a new car with trepidation. I started my search for a used Subaru and found out they have such a great resale value, buying new was not that much more. I'd just been through a week long headache at the Subaru Dealership in Fort Collins, with misquotes, flubbing the type of car I was looking for, unauthorized financial transactions, and "warnings" that I wouldn't find it at their price anywhere else. Bob at Greeley Subaru was on the ball from the start when I contacted him about my desired car. I received a VERY fair quote from him right away and within 24 hours had the car I wanted with no trouble (other than a hiccup with my financing because the other dealership reported that I bought a car from them, which the Greeley dealership resolved). This place was AWESOME. I worked with Adam after a friend of mine had referred him to me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and worked with me on finding the perfect vehicle. Due to the hail storms we had this summer, I was able to get an absolute STEAL on my new forester. I was completely honest with Adam about my financial situation and was still able to get a very affordable price. They also took care of the hail damage that it had sustained very quickly. I was hesitant about going in again years later, but I'm sure glad I did. Jesse Huang was very easy to talk to about what I wanted and made me feel like a valuable customer. I knew I wanted a reliable car with good gas millage that I could use to cruise the Colorado mountains and maybe even make money using ride share apps such as Uber or Lyft.
