Back in May 2021, our 2010 Nissan Sentra was dying and we knew it was time for a new car. We left…read moreour house with the intention of going out to buy a new car. We made our first stop at a different Northern Colorado Subaru dealership- the first thing we noticed when we pulled up is that they had basically no cars in the lot. When we walked in the salesman was very off putting- basically "I don't have any cars and I can't help you." I shrugged and figured they DIDNT want to sell a car so we walked out of the first dealership. Called Greeley Subaru instead and got Blaine Trimbach on the phone. It was a night and day difference in terms of him being helpful, friendly, informative. We wanted a Crosstrek and Greeley Subaru DID have Crosstreks in stock to sell so we drove out to Greeley. It was a great all around car buying experience from him giving us a tour of the Crosstrek, getting us a very competitive rate on financing, our two year old was getting antsy during the extended paperwork part of any car buying transaction- they got her colors and snacks so we could get the paperwork done. We love the Crosstrek and have already put more than 3000+ miles on it so I have also taken it for service at Greeley Subaru for oil change and can say they have an excellent service department as well as sales. I will continue to drive it out to Greeley for service even though there is another Subaru dealership closer to home. You won't regret buying your car at Greeley Subaru!

This is…read morethe second time I have taken my electric car into Mike Shaw service and the second time I've been extremely disappointed. And, they still asked me if I wanted an oil change! It was just a 20,000 mile check up and all they have to do is rotate tires. It took 2 1/2 hours plus. At least they have a good coffee machine so waiting was OK. When I brought the car home the lights are still on saying check for maintenance. I called them three times and they never returned my call. I finally got help from my group on Facebook. Service is unresponsive and ignores their customers once they have them in the waiting room. It's been five days now and still no call so I'm thankful for the Facebook group for walking me through the instructions.

A week after we got the car my husband who before retiring was a mechanic felt something off with the brakes, called Oscar and they fixed them right away, how many used car dealerships stand behind their word like that?! Can't say enough about their professionalism and honesty, highly recommend Oscar as your salesperson and this amazing Dealership to anyone looking to buy a great car without big dealership markups!!! Thanks again to Ramsey Auto Hector and Barbara Reyna

Not only did they find me a…read morewonderful truck that fit my budget, but Steve also went over and above to help me understand the fine print and secure a loan.... he certainly didn't have to do that, but he is just a guy with a ton of integrity and a big heart! As if that wasn't enough, when I had some engine problems later on, Steve took the vehicle back, gave me a loaner truck, and proceeded to put a significant amount of work into my truck to get it back into tip-top shape. He never charged me a cent. Regardless of whether that was common business practice, or he just felt like being good to me, I am forever grateful! Seriously, when these two guys tell you when you first walk into their dealership that they're going to take care of you, they back those words up with action. I am so glad that I ended up at their dealership and even more grateful for the impact that Steve's kindness has had on my life. Absolutely cannot recommend Ramsey Auto Group enough.

Milad was an excellent and positive communicator through the whole process. Arian took me on a great test drive -- he was super knowledgeable and I loved that he came to talk to me after the process was over to give me even more information and tips and tricks as this is my first EV. Jesus made the financing part super quick, easy and transparent. The sales manager (sorry I can't remember his name) really went out of his way to make everything right and get me the car I wanted as quick as he could. These guys are a 100% top tier team. People are all very friendly. The process for starting a two-year lease was mostly smooth. Although…read morewhen I asked to actually read the contract I was about to sign, they made it very clear that they were not happy, and that no one really does this, and that it threw off their entire sales process. The service department again has very helpful friendly people, but their process and communication is really messed up. First, they have replaced their human phone receptionist with an AI. The AI is fine for simply setting up an appointment. But it is pretty useless beyond that. Once I made an appointment for service because my car was telling me it was due. After showing up once, forgetting my key fob, going back home to get it and coming back, they then told me that it wasn't really due for service, and that the car was wrong, but they offered to do nothing about resetting the car warnings. Recently I went in because a USB port stopped working. They told me that I would have to leave it for 5 to 7 days on the spot in order to hold a place in line. They said that it would be up to me to arrange a rental car through Hyundai USA, and then after renting it, I could "apply for reimbursement". They did offer to give me a ride to a car rental place. I understand that they are very busy, but if they know it's going to be a 5 to 7 day wait, it justifies me why they couldn't schedule an appointment at least closer to when they think they would be able to get to it. Also the fact that they have a hands-off approach to providing a replacement temporary car, means that I have to take my chances with meeting the requirements to get reimbursed by Hyundai USA. I'm going to search around for other dealerships who might provide a smoother warranty service experience.

I also let them know that I needed to be able to trust them to sell me a car that would be reliable and safe. That being said, I chose my Kia, not knowing that it was currently under recall and is the number one car for theft in Colorado. At NO time was I made aware that this was the case. My Kia was stolen on December 11, 2023, and was subsequently recovered with quite a bit of damage. I have reached out to Cheema Motors for answers to my questions and have basically been ignored. I purchased the vehicle remotely from out-of-state, due to I-25 Kia being one of the few Kia dealerships not charging a dealer markup on the Telluride. Then when I picked up my vehicle, it was very quick, around 15 minutes, for them to show me the features, and then I was on my way! It went in for an engine problem that was determined to be covered under my warranty - I was not given a rental to use for an entire week, leaving me with no income. During the course of my cars stay, I think I was given an unprompted follow-up by the staff maybe twice. Can't count how many times I heard "we will give you a call with an update" without hearing anything for over a day, everytime I've gotten an update I've had to reach out. As of yesterday, my car has been in this shop getting its repairs for a MONTH. I am finally going in to pick it up today. This has been a nightmare. I can't speak for the sales department, but given how my engine gave me problems I couldn't have prevented or caused before it even hit 100k mi, I can't even say I recommend Kia as a brand. Holler at Toyota if you want a longer lasting car. And if you're in need of service, with any ability to go elsewhere- drive right past this place and keep going.
