I don't buy cars too often but I will always bring my business here in the future! My husband and I saw an ad for a car we were interested in from The Right Ride. We test drove it and were not going to buy that day. Fully expecting to be talked into buying it and getting the whole sales pitch, we were pleasantly surprised that was not the case at all. We had such a positive experience that after we drove away we decided to come back and buy the car. Then, we had some problems come up. We were having a really difficult time with getting a bank loan and these guys were so patient and extremely helpful through this process and telling us our options (but never pressuring us to do anything). We ended up getting it all sorted out and left happy with our car. Fast forward about three weeks later, the car starts acting up. It wasn't running well and left us wondering if we were sold a lemon. We decided to call these guys and tell them about the car troubles. They told us to bring the car back to them to have it worked on so we (hesitantly) did that since they initially seemed like such honest guys that it didn't make sense that they would have purposefully sold us this dud. They made it SO right. They put 110% into determining the problem and fixing everything for us. It ended up being something very complex that took a LOT of extra work..not just lifting the hood and replacing one part. This would have cost us a fortune from the dealership and we really lucked out by using their services. These guys are not in the business of screwing people over which is so refreshing in a business with such a bad reputation for doing just that. read more

Amazing and easy experience. Friendly staff. The price was as listed online. No hidden fees. They didn't try to upscale me. Came from Texas to buy a truck and they worked with me. They offered to pick me up at the hotel the morning of the purchase. Paperwork went smoothly and staff was kind, patient, efficient, and non pushy. Worked with Paul and then Mark when Paul got busy. Having recently purchased our car there, I will tell you, if you want a great vehicle, at a fair price , and outstanding integrity from your salesman, you need to go see Paul, at The Right Ride in Loveland. There are few tasks I dislike as much as sitting in a dealership across from a pushy, slick car guy, wasting the day grinding out the details of a car deal. This will not happen here, their no haggle, fair deal approach at the right ride, is such a low stress and amiable process, I actually thought, "ok, that was way too easy, what am I missing here?" Their full disclosure policy was extremely refreshing. I had some questions about the vehicle we choose, Paul was very forthcoming with all of them, and had all the answers to my questions available. He was perfectly willing to show me a carfax, and the service records, as well as the kelly blue book listing. This made the process super easy, I told Paul what I needed to get for my trade, and what I could and would pay for the vehicle we wanted. He went to work on the deal, made one small counter offer, I accepted, we shook hands, and the deal was done. It really was that easy. Paul also went to work to make sure I had the lowest payment possibe. Even after we had approved financing, Paul continued to try all of his sources, because he was trying to get us a lower rate.
