This is…read morethe second time I have taken my electric car into Mike Shaw service and the second time I've been extremely disappointed. And, they still asked me if I wanted an oil change! It was just a 20,000 mile check up and all they have to do is rotate tires. It took 2 1/2 hours plus. At least they have a good coffee machine so waiting was OK. When I brought the car home the lights are still on saying check for maintenance. I called them three times and they never returned my call. I finally got help from my group on Facebook. Service is unresponsive and ignores their customers once they have them in the waiting room. It's been five days now and still no call so I'm thankful for the Facebook group for walking me through the instructions.

Called back and spoke with a gentlemen twice and a third time to confirm the truck was on the lot. He confirmed. called my wife and told her to meet me at the dealership on our lunch. we got there, stood in front of the receiptionist for 10 mins while she ignored us. Finally someone came and asked if we had been helped. He went and found another gentlemen to help us. This is nearing 25 mins of standing. The two approached us to tell us the vehicle we had been told was there was not and blamed it on their "online team". Then asked us to look at their other overpriced vehicles after we had asked if their online inventory was accurate. Beware. Looks nice and professional from afar and just another sleazy car dealership upclose.

If you buy the…read morewarranty that they so forcefully propose, the "savings" would vaporize, and you would be better off buying a used car without the history of a crash. The paint in the front began to peel after 14 months, getting progressively worse. I called and they told me that because of how many miles we have driven the car it was out of warranty. We had purchased previously 6 cars in 25 years used, from other dealerships, within 3 years of factory release. NEVER experienced anything similar. It was just a bad, cheap paint job and now they want nothing to do with it. Never again. Best of luck to them.

Subaru identified the issue, and I then brought the car to AutoSavvy (where I purchased it) to handle the actual repairs. Not long after, the same issue came back. This time, AutoSavvy took over the process -- they moved the car back and forth between themselves and Subaru. The repair took nearly a month, and I had to constantly follow up for updates because no one was reaching out to me. But the biggest issue? When I got my car back, my dash cam was gone. I immediately reported it. AutoSavvy told me they would review their security footage. The next day, they confirmed: the camera was still in the car when it was with them -- and told me to go talk to Subaru. So I did. Subaru said clearly they never touched or removed the camera. I then asked AutoSavvy to take responsibility and help coordinate, since the car was under their care during the entire process. But they did nothing further -- no solution, no apology, no accountability. Just blaming someone else. So now: * I dealt with the same issue twice * A month-long repair with poor communication * And a missing dash cam that no one is taking responsibility for I trusted AutoSavvy with my car and my property -- and they completely let me down.

I couldn't have been more pleased than I was during the process of purchasing a used 2023 BMW X5! The salesperson I worked with during this online out of state car purchase, was Israel, he put up with my texts and concerns with the utmost transparency and politeness was nothing short than providing some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. Again, if only the dealerships here in Peoria and Glendale Arizona could learn from the staff at Greeley! If this review sounds like a commercial maybe it should, I dont write these but I needed to because it was the right thing to do after coming back from my flight there. The staff I had met while hanging out after my test drive to see the finance manager Jason, another very nice person and very accomodating, I had the pleasure of also meeting Matt the GM, who made you feel like you knew him for a long time was just a great guy and class act along with Israel! I know if I lived in Greeley I would stop here first to purchase a car because it's a win win, I just cant say enough, great experience and I felt like I did get a great deal on a really nice car. Oh, and the coffee bar they had was really good to, seriously! Thank you Israel for all your hard work and time you spent with me in my quest for the X5, along with your staff who worked behind the scenes getting the X5 prepped and clean they did an excellent job! Thank you all very much my family really appreciates all the effort and time spent! Sincerely, Mike M - Glendale, Arizona

This is 6 months later and the reason I changed my review is because this dealership has really let…read moreme down. I was promised one thing and when that issue was found to be improper by CA DMV, that falsehood cost me over $2K-$2.6K extra in taxes/fees. That information was provided to me by our sales consultant, Israel Gonzalez, and the finance manager, Brenden Broyles. Not to mention, Greeley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram sent a check for half of the collected taxes and wrote the check to the county and not DMV, who actually collects the taxes. So in actuality, I had to shell out over $4K to get the vehicle registered in California. Then I had countless calls with Brenden Broyles, Matt Koponen and Jason Morgan. Each trying to work this problem out, but never actually getting to a resolution. All the while, my daughter was driving around with temporary registration and eventually after her final temporary registration was set to expire, I had to make a decision due to the lack of communication or urgency on the parts of anyone at Greeley Jeep. That decision involved making my daughter drive her vehicle home from Colorado to California to register it here because California requires a SMOG and Vin Verification, again a small detail nobody at Greeley Jeep advised me of when we agreed to purchase the vehicle. The travel costs and SMOG fees alone cost me an additional $600. So to this point, I'm out of pocket $4K to DMV Fees, $600 in SMOG/travel fees, and countless hours on the phone and DMV trying to get it fixed. I've spoken to everyone at Greeley Jeep for the past 6 months and nothing but empty promises. So yesterday I'd finally had it, after being promised a call on Friday, Monday and Tuesday I sent Brenden a message venting my overwhelming frustration. His response was, write void on the un-cashed check to the county for $2K and send them a picture of it and they'll issue me a check for the same amount... This was after Jason Morgan assured me he was aware of the time and money I'm out, to include an additional $2k owed to DMV which was not part of the original purchase. How could someone be happy after 6 months of empty promises, $2K-$2.6K in taxes and expenses and never feeling like anyone cares? This review may not sway many folks from purchasing a vehicle at this dealership, but it's the truth and this is just the start of my efforts to showcase what happened to me in this transaction that is still not resolved. Next up Yahoo, Stellantis, Jeep USA...

However, having already bought my own car, in my name with no cosigner at the age of 19 I've already done the run around game with multiple dealers. The particular gentleman we worked with had no interest and even when I called to get more information he said he was waiting to hear back from his finance companies - completely understandable - however, it does not take all day and we should not have had to call again later in order to get the answer. Then when we asked about the options for the other vehicle she was looking at, he told her the bank would call her. That in itself was some b.s. to get her off the phone because the bank would not call you, they call the dealership so the dealership knows if they're going to get their money or not. As a car dealer you should be interested and more personable and if you truly cannot do anything then explain the reasons as to why, because whether it is your income or your credit, the finance company will let you know why you were not approved. There was so much lack of effort and horrible customer service, however she ended up finding a newer vehicle with less miles for less at a dealership who actually did run her information to get her financed in less than 4 hours, three times less the amount of time it took Midtown to give us a false excuse.
