This is…read morethe second time I have taken my electric car into Mike Shaw service and the second time I've been extremely disappointed. And, they still asked me if I wanted an oil change! It was just a 20,000 mile check up and all they have to do is rotate tires. It took 2 1/2 hours plus. At least they have a good coffee machine so waiting was OK. When I brought the car home the lights are still on saying check for maintenance. I called them three times and they never returned my call. I finally got help from my group on Facebook. Service is unresponsive and ignores their customers once they have them in the waiting room. It's been five days now and still no call so I'm thankful for the Facebook group for walking me through the instructions.

Called back and spoke with a gentlemen twice and a third time to confirm the truck was on the lot. He confirmed. called my wife and told her to meet me at the dealership on our lunch. we got there, stood in front of the receiptionist for 10 mins while she ignored us. Finally someone came and asked if we had been helped. He went and found another gentlemen to help us. This is nearing 25 mins of standing. The two approached us to tell us the vehicle we had been told was there was not and blamed it on their "online team". Then asked us to look at their other overpriced vehicles after we had asked if their online inventory was accurate. Beware. Looks nice and professional from afar and just another sleazy car dealership upclose.

I couldn't have been more pleased than I was during the process of purchasing a used 2023 BMW X5! The salesperson I worked with during this online out of state car purchase, was Israel, he put up with my texts and concerns with the utmost transparency and politeness was nothing short than providing some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. Again, if only the dealerships here in Peoria and Glendale Arizona could learn from the staff at Greeley! If this review sounds like a commercial maybe it should, I dont write these but I needed to because it was the right thing to do after coming back from my flight there. The staff I had met while hanging out after my test drive to see the finance manager Jason, another very nice person and very accomodating, I had the pleasure of also meeting Matt the GM, who made you feel like you knew him for a long time was just a great guy and class act along with Israel! I know if I lived in Greeley I would stop here first to purchase a car because it's a win win, I just cant say enough, great experience and I felt like I did get a great deal on a really nice car. Oh, and the coffee bar they had was really good to, seriously! Thank you Israel for all your hard work and time you spent with me in my quest for the X5, along with your staff who worked behind the scenes getting the X5 prepped and clean they did an excellent job! Thank you all very much my family really appreciates all the effort and time spent! Sincerely, Mike M - Glendale, Arizona

This is 6 months later and the reason I changed my review is because this dealership has really let…read moreme down. I was promised one thing and when that issue was found to be improper by CA DMV, that falsehood cost me over $2K-$2.6K extra in taxes/fees. That information was provided to me by our sales consultant, Israel Gonzalez, and the finance manager, Brenden Broyles. Not to mention, Greeley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram sent a check for half of the collected taxes and wrote the check to the county and not DMV, who actually collects the taxes. So in actuality, I had to shell out over $4K to get the vehicle registered in California. Then I had countless calls with Brenden Broyles, Matt Koponen and Jason Morgan. Each trying to work this problem out, but never actually getting to a resolution. All the while, my daughter was driving around with temporary registration and eventually after her final temporary registration was set to expire, I had to make a decision due to the lack of communication or urgency on the parts of anyone at Greeley Jeep. That decision involved making my daughter drive her vehicle home from Colorado to California to register it here because California requires a SMOG and Vin Verification, again a small detail nobody at Greeley Jeep advised me of when we agreed to purchase the vehicle. The travel costs and SMOG fees alone cost me an additional $600. So to this point, I'm out of pocket $4K to DMV Fees, $600 in SMOG/travel fees, and countless hours on the phone and DMV trying to get it fixed. I've spoken to everyone at Greeley Jeep for the past 6 months and nothing but empty promises. So yesterday I'd finally had it, after being promised a call on Friday, Monday and Tuesday I sent Brenden a message venting my overwhelming frustration. His response was, write void on the un-cashed check to the county for $2K and send them a picture of it and they'll issue me a check for the same amount... This was after Jason Morgan assured me he was aware of the time and money I'm out, to include an additional $2k owed to DMV which was not part of the original purchase. How could someone be happy after 6 months of empty promises, $2K-$2.6K in taxes and expenses and never feeling like anyone cares? This review may not sway many folks from purchasing a vehicle at this dealership, but it's the truth and this is just the start of my efforts to showcase what happened to me in this transaction that is still not resolved. Next up Yahoo, Stellantis, Jeep USA...

River had scheduled for me to have my front windows tinted to match the back and have a clear bra put on the hood. I came in to pick my vehicle up in the evening, none of these services were performed at all. When I asked River what had happened, he talked about how they had me under the completely wrong name, but then proceeded to tell me that they did some "edging" on the clear bra that was already on the hood and tried to show me where the bra was. It was apparent that there was no clear bra on my hood at that time. River lied to my face and tried to say that it was already there to try and show me that my vehicle wasn't at their site all day for nothing when in fact it was. I told River that when I brought it back in to actually have the work done that I would need to loaner vehicle for the day this time and he agreed. I rescheduled the service for 2 weeks later to actually have the work done, and when I came in to drop it off and pick up a loaner vehicle, somehow no one on site had record of me scheduling this appointment and they said I wasn't scheduled for a loaner vehicle through sales. I proceeded to tell them that I had scheduled with River and this is what he promised me, they then told me that River wasn't working that day. I proceeded to tell them everything that had gone wrong prior and that they needed to figure it out and after about 20 minutes of waiting they finally did. The incompetency of the situation and the fact that I was lied to straight to my face is what has lead me to leave this review. I will never be back to a McDonald Toyota dealership for any kind of service because it is clear they don't care about their customers.

A week after we got the car my husband who before retiring was a mechanic felt something off with the brakes, called Oscar and they fixed them right away, how many used car dealerships stand behind their word like that?! Can't say enough about their professionalism and honesty, highly recommend Oscar as your salesperson and this amazing Dealership to anyone looking to buy a great car without big dealership markups!!! Thanks again to Ramsey Auto Hector and Barbara Reyna

As if that wasn't enough, when I had some engine problems later on, Steve took the vehicle back, gave me a loaner truck, and proceeded to put a significant amount of work into my truck to get it back into tip-top shape. He never charged me a cent. Regardless of whether that was common business practice, or he just felt like being good to me, I am forever grateful! Seriously, when these two guys tell you when you first walk into their dealership that they're going to take care of you, they back those words up with action. I am so glad that I ended up at their dealership and even more grateful for the impact that Steve's kindness has had on my life. Absolutely cannot recommend Ramsey Auto Group enough.

It just seemed like they were buried under a ton of work and short staffed. After not receiving a call and it being nearly 6 PM, I called the service department to check the status and was told they were just about to call me. Right. So I went to pick up my car, I was told by the service advisor of the recommendations. I was told over the phone, except I wasn't given any recommendations over the phone, and the conversation never happened. Nonetheless, I looked over the recommendations and they were laughable to say the least. One of the recommendations was a cabin filter and an engine air filter. The interesting part about this is I had already changed both of these filters the day before the appointment. Another recommendation was a transmission fluid exchange, based on mileage, even though it was changed and it was before the 30,000 miles required for another change. I Checked and the fluid was still red, so they didn't check it to begin with. They also recommended a DeCarb Kit due to the mileage. Again, under 81K. Once I arrived home, after noticing the steering wheel and grease all over it, I noticed a very sloppy oil job with oil smudged on the bottom oil pan. I cannot recommend this dealership for service and it's time to either for me to save my money and do my own service or take it to a good mechanic shop you I can trust.

We drove three hours each way (six hours round trip) to look at a vehicle after speaking with John…read more Before we even saw the vehicle, we felt pressured into having our credit checked, which was frustrating since we hadn't decided whether we even wanted to purchase it yet. When we arrived, John wasn't there as expected and had handed us off to Ryan. Ryan also wasn't available, so we ended up working with Rylan instead. Rylan was by far the highlight of our experience. He was friendly, easygoing, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the vehicle itself was not as advertised. We had been told it had leather seats and power-adjustable seats, but it actually had cloth seats and manual seats. When we opened the rear hatch, the rear defroster connector had come completely detached. The tires were also extremely worn, with tread that was nearly gone despite the vehicle having around 43,000 miles. We were told the tires were "fine," but based on their condition, they would need to be replaced very soon, which is a significant added expense. When we spoke with Mo about our concerns, the experience became even more disappointing. After asking why we weren't interested in purchasing the vehicle, we explained that it wasn't what had been represented, the tires needed replacement, and the interior road noise was much louder than expected. Rather than listening to our concerns, he dismissed them. He insisted that all vehicles of that model were loud inside, even after we explained that we had just driven a newer model with the updated roof design that addressed the known wind noise and leak issues. He also continued to insist the tires were acceptable despite their obvious wear. His attitude was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional throughout the conversation. Instead of addressing our concerns or trying to resolve them, he argued with us and made us feel as though our concerns were invalid. Once we confirmed we weren't interested in purchasing the vehicle, he simply walked away without thanking us for coming in or attempting to make the situation right. Our $1,000 deposit was refunded, but that was another part of the process we felt pressured into from the beginning. The one positive from our experience was Rylan, who treated us with respect and was genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the inaccurate vehicle description, pressure during the buying process, and poor handling of our concerns by management left us disappointed. After driving six hours round trip, we expected the vehicle and the customer experience to match what had been promised. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I do believe other potential buyers should know what to expect. Transparency, accurate vehicle descriptions, and respectful customer service go a long way, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. Mo sucks.
