I love a place where I can go and not be embarrassed about how little I know about cars. At Performance Tune they treat you with respect and are honest about the work they do. I would rather pay these guys to do an oil change than one of the quick jiffy lube places. Just had all my fluids changed here as well, and my car is running smoother than it was before. We definitely intend to use this place for all of our cars' needs. Also met Rob, the owner--a very pleasant guy who definitely cares about his shop and customers. It has been my good luck and privilege to find UpTown Auto Repair in Loveland. I recently moved to…read moreLoveland from Boulder County and have recently inherited my father's 2007 Mercedes R350, It was kept meticulously but languished in his advancing years. The local Mercedes dealership was hard to book for even a basic service, and with their large amount of dubious feedback, they had amassed, made me think twice before dealing with then. So after looking around on the internert, I found Uptown Auto, and I sent my beloved heirloom in for an inspection and long-term service. They were very honest, completing a very comprehensive service and inspection and only came up with two possibilities for future problems for my 110k mile car. Powersteering pump which we just replaced, he showed me the old part and explained the consequences for being vigilant, plus they were cool enough to keep my car for me an extra day (inside and safe) due to some scheduling problems. Next, we will do shocks and another full service in the fall. They realize I'm former military as well as attending Univesity and have worked with me accordingly financially and with thoughtful servicing planning. They have been more than friendly they have been neighborly, much like my experience with the people of Loveland, I'm continually happy to say. I'm very proud to recommend this locally owned business.

Had AAA tow us to a shop that told us they couldn't diagnose until 5pm (we would've had to cancel the trip). Our tower recommended We Care Auto Repair, we gave them a call and got to speak with a great employee before they even opened for the day. Tower brought us over to them right as they opened up and they got us in short notice-- we had a good idea of what the issue was, talked with the mechanic and he said since we're passing through he'd help us out asap. Took about 2 hours total and their team fixed the brake, got fluid back in the lines and bled them, realigned, and looked over everything to be sure we'd be safe on the trip (even topped off our tires and washer fluid). The price was fair and the service was 5-stars, we even had our 2 dogs with us and they were accommodating and recommended a nearby dog park while we waited. This is a great team, I'd recommend them to anyone in the area!
