Hard to see, but right after the crash, there is some black-dried glue coming out of the crack from the bumper.

Buying from this dealership has plagued me for the last 6 months. I keep finding things that have been wrong with my 2015 Nissan Rogue (bought used from dealership) and while I had just been wanting to let it go, I have to write this review now. It's a long one. TLDR: --Brake light was out day after buying --Brakes were bad and weren't replaced until asked (even though they are supposed to fix all safety concerns before putting car up for sale). --Car had a rear-end accident that car-fax didn't show, and that they didn't find even though they had the car on lot for a month. --They charge a $1000 cleaning/car fabric spray cleaning fee that they obviously weren't thorough with. --The service department was very helpful and kind to me, but seems like there's a lot of miscommunication with sales. --There is an insert that was supposed to be in the back of the car that isn't (this seems common with used Nissans) but I was never given any information on this. --Primary salesmen said he could knock the price down to $17000, but when the second guy came in, said he couldn't go that low, despite the missing secondary key (and cracked windshield that they did replace outright). --The battery on this car was 4 years old, and they did not mention this. --Sales department was dismissive of my concerns (which turns out I was right in thinking). --I don't recommend buying from this dealership EVER for anyone. Buying the car: I bought this car in August Summer 2022. My last car was a Honda 2004 with 235k miles, that had been giving me lots of trouble. I was honestly in a hurry to buy (never a good place to be) and hadn't bought a car before. I liked the Nissan Rogue and this one was close to where I lived. When I first bought the car, I was reassured that the brakes had been replaced and all safety aspects of the car had been checked. I later found out that while the brakes had been suggested for replacement due to them feeling "wobbly", they had actually never been replaced (A SAFETY CONCERN). I did not notice this at first on the test drive due to the road outside of the dealership being extremely bumpy. When I brought this up with the dealership, at first they were very confrontational that the car is "very thoroughly inspected" and that this must not be an issue, but when I actually turned up at the dealership, I found out that the service department had suggested the safety repair, but the sales department decided to decline. Per their policy, they were supposed to fix all safety concerns, and didn't.The service department did fix the brakes and brake-light without additional cost, and this was the only good interaction I had. They even acknowledged that I had been screwed over, but I expect better from a dealership! After the brake issue, a few weeks later I was rear-ended in an accident on I-70 in a hit and run (issued a police-report and everything). Upon taking the car to a collision repair & family friend, they found a black "car glue" that had been holding the left section of the rear bumper cover to the frame of the car. We also found that the brackets holding the rear-impact bar of the car (designed to crumple in a crash) were well rusted where they had crumbled, meaning that water wouldn't have had time to get into the sections where the paint flaked off of the brackets and rust, without it being a prior accident that the dealership missed. The dealership also charges a $1000 fee for cleaning and a "fabric spray" when buying the car, but it is very apparent that they don't really even seem to do this or care. I just took my car to my parents for Spring Break and found melted Sour Patch Kids, melting batteries, toys, and more underneath the spare tire. The spare tire wasn't filled up to its 60 psi (it was at 20 psi), which is another safety concern. So they definitely scam you on the "cleaning" service. I've had this car for 6 months and I keep finding things that they were negligent on. Even when I took it to the Nissan dealer, they showed me that I was missing an insert in the back of the car (they seem to be missing in a lot of used Nissan's.) and while I knew there might be something missing in the car when I got it, the salesman told me he thought that was just how the cars looked, and really seemed to gaslight me. There was only 1 key for the car and the dealership wouldn't provide a second, and when I brought up the issue with the car being over KBB pricing, they still only went down $500 on the price. Basically, I don't think this dealership cares about their customer's safety AT ALL, they just want to make as much money as possible while doing minimal work to make their cars run. The only reason they fixed my brakes was because I complained, they didn't care about my safety at all. As a first time car buyer, I was also not sure what exactly to look for, and they took advantage of me. Please never go to this dealership, it is the WORST.
