They sold me a 06' Nissan Frontier over a year…read moreago that they claimed had a "rebuilt engine" and "new catalytic converters" well after a week of driving it failed to pass emissions testing by a mile and the smog place told me that the truck had failed to pass 3 times prior to my visit and prior to me purchasing the vehicle.... Not long after that the check engine light came on for the catalytic converter on bank 2, the catalysts started rattling and making all sorts of noise, and then I noticed the truck had been burning oil pretty bad. I called these morons and they told me "that can't be those are new catalysts" so I asked them where I could get replacements to which they sent me an eBay link for some illegal Chinese catalytic converters that cost $150 for a pair (bank 1 & 2). Needless to say I got screwed over and I couldn't bring the truck back because they refused to help and it had already been weeks after the purchase. I called the bank that I am financing it under and explained my situation and they told me if I surrendered the vehicle that they would sue me... So after driving with temporary tags for 6 months while adding countless quarts of oil every day of the week and whilst paying off a $15,000 loan with high interest rates.... the engine finally blew 4 of the 6 cylinders and needed a replacement. I did an engine swap myself with a junk yard engine for $750 and I'm still dealing with it today. (So much for that rebuild huh?) that being said the front differential has a rear pinion seal leak as well. I've had to replace all of the brake pads and rotors (normal) and I still need to save up for a remanufactured engine or just end up tearing down a junk yard engine myself to get that rebuild I thought the truck came with when I bought it! My best advice is don't buy here, don't even think about it. I got suckered in because I needed a vehicle at the time with 4 wheel drive and all I had was $600 for a down payment at the time. In the end I got stuck paying 7 times the value of this truck whilst having to replace major components that aren't cheap (engines and catalytic converters). My best advice is to just save money and buy outright through private party because atleast when you are done rebuilding the inevitable P.O.S they will sell you you'll have peace of mind knowing the vehicle is now solid and you don't have expensive payments and insurance on it!

However my front end left side is coming off. Have spent months trying to get this resolved, Greg Johnson has not resolved this even after having Caliber Collision estimate repair(I was told to get estimate from reputable repair shop. I am being blown off, and now I find out Greg Jonson is out for 2 weeks and never notified me. Our repair through USAA and the Loveland statement about their self inflated "customer service" is fabricated. The worst customer service I have received, and I do not live in Loveland I am closer to Colorado Springs-but the repair done on the road-had to take to nearest dealership. Based on this experience I have to say they have failed epically and I question wether service tech just blew me off and has not sent Caliber Collision estimate to "upper Management as claimed" I'm sick of this frickin' hassle and epic customer service failure-and physical repair a failure. Can't endorse Loveland to fix your Subaru-despite their self important claims of customer service.

Later wife noticed odd smell but thought it was from other vehicles' exhaust. (I have had sinus cancer & have no sense of smell...and am the primary driver around town.) Went out of town today with wife who again noticed smell. Got home and looked under at he hood to find oil all over the engine because apparently the oil cap hadn't been secured when oil was changed. Down a quart low. Called Loveland Subaru Service to tell them what happened...no apologies, no offer to clean engine, no offer of refund for botched oil change... nothing. They also failed to update the service sticker but have our receipt. Slipshod service. Of course, we were getting ready to go on vacation. Disappointed customer.

A week after we got the car my husband who before retiring was a mechanic felt something off with the brakes, called Oscar and they fixed them right away, how many used car dealerships stand behind their word like that?! Not only did they find me a…read morewonderful truck that fit my budget, but Steve also went over and above to help me understand the fine print and secure a loan.... he certainly didn't have to do that, but he is just a guy with a ton of integrity and a big heart! As if that wasn't enough, when I had some engine problems later on, Steve took the vehicle back, gave me a loaner truck, and proceeded to put a significant amount of work into my truck to get it back into tip-top shape. He never charged me a cent. Regardless of whether that was common business practice, or he just felt like being good to me, I am forever grateful! Seriously, when these two guys tell you when you first walk into their dealership that they're going to take care of you, they back those words up with action.
