We made our first stop at a different Northern Colorado Subaru dealership- the first thing we noticed when we pulled up is that they had basically no cars in the lot. When we walked in the salesman was very off putting- basically "I don't have any cars and I can't help you." I shrugged and figured they DIDNT want to sell a car so we walked out of the first dealership. Called Greeley Subaru instead and got Blaine Trimbach on the phone. It was a night and day difference in terms of him being helpful, friendly, informative. We wanted a Crosstrek and Greeley Subaru DID have Crosstreks in stock to sell so we drove out to Greeley. It was a great all around car buying experience from him giving us a tour of the Crosstrek, getting us a very competitive rate on financing, our two year old was getting antsy during the extended paperwork part of any car buying transaction- they got her colors and snacks so we could get the paperwork done. We love the Crosstrek and have already put more than 3000+ miles on it so I have also taken it for service at Greeley Subaru for oil change and can say they have an excellent service department as well as sales. I will continue to drive it out to Greeley for service even though there is another Subaru dealership closer to home. You won't regret buying your car at Greeley Subaru!

It was just a 20,000 mile check up and all they have to do is rotate tires. It took 2 1/2 hours plus. At least they have a good coffee machine so waiting was OK. When I brought the car home the lights are still on saying check for maintenance. I called them three times and they never returned my call. I finally got help from my group on Facebook. Service is unresponsive and ignores their customers once they have them in the waiting room. It's been five days now and still no call so I'm thankful for the Facebook group for walking me through the instructions.

She won't call you, she'll EMAIL you, she can't handle difficult conversations, ridiculous! Rico does the mature thing and just hangs up on you. RUN! If you're looking for a dealership that will smile while they take advantage of you, look no further than Ghent Cadillac. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm calling on everyone who has been wronged by this dealership to stand up, speak out, and hold them accountable! Here's what happened: * Deceptive Advertising: The car I purchased looked NOTHING like the pictures online, despite my meticulous review beforehand. The paint job on the vehicle was a disaster--two different colors on the hood, spots everywhere--and they tried to hide it by having me inspect the car at night. * Shady Sales Tactics: The salesperson, Rico Palominor, lied throughout the entire transaction. When I confronted him about the paint issues the next day, he claimed he "didn't see it." A flat-out lie. Rico, karma is coming for you. * Fake Inspection Reports: Ghent provided a report claiming the brakes were good and all the headlights were working. Within a week, I had to replace the brakes and have the rotors machined. The headlights were also malfunctioning. River had scheduled for me to have my front windows tinted to match the back and have a clear bra put on the hood. I came in to pick my vehicle up in the evening, none of these services were performed at all. When I asked River what had happened, he talked about how they had me under the completely wrong name, but then proceeded to tell me that they did some "edging" on the clear bra that was already on the hood and tried to show me where the bra was. It was apparent that there was no clear bra on my hood at that time. River lied to my face and tried to say that it was already there to try and show me that my vehicle wasn't at their site all day for nothing when in fact it was. I told River that when I brought it back in to actually have the work done that I would need to loaner vehicle for the day this time and he agreed. I rescheduled the service for 2 weeks later to actually have the work done, and when I came in to drop it off and pick up a loaner vehicle, somehow no one on site had record of me scheduling this appointment and they said I wasn't scheduled for a loaner vehicle through sales. I proceeded to tell them that I had scheduled with River and this is what he promised me, they then told me that River wasn't working that day. I proceeded to tell them everything that had gone wrong prior and that they needed to figure it out and after about 20 minutes of waiting they finally did. The incompetency of the situation and the fact that I was lied to straight to my face is what has lead me to leave this review. I will never be back to a McDonald Toyota dealership for any kind of service because it is clear they don't care about their customers.

Then they said for another $600 down they can get us a different car. Then they gave us a subaru forester with 225,000 miles on it that had an oil leak and the engine blew. Greg Miller went and picked it up where it broke down then said that he didn't want to do business with me anymore and he kept the car. Now I keep getting calls from a collection agency saying that I am behind on payments. Their mechanics are not certified and have no idea what the hell they are doing, they drink alcohol while on the job in one of their bays.
