After purchasing my 2021 Chevy Silverado from Ghent, I brought the vehicle in for nearly every regular service. From oil changes to fuel filters and nearly every single DEF-related "check engine" light (of which there are many). One routine service (oil and fuel filter change) I had an ODD interaction with one the shop employees, which is what caused a clear recollection of the the issues. The employee (call him BM) came out to my truck as I was just getting in to drive away. He asked me to hold on a second as he needed to check the tightness of my fuel filter. BM was not a qualified mechanic - I know this to be a fact ask me and I'll tell you - but he proceeded to crawl on the ground in the parking lot and wrench on my fuel filter as if he was imparting 9-million pound-feet of force on this part. I'm talking feet braced up against my tires while he was straining to lock this filter down as if his 18-year-old life depended on it. With BM panting and exhausted from his sheer exertion, I got in my truck and I drove away. Fast forward a few months, now it's time for another oil and fuel filter change. Rather than drive the extra distance to Ghent, I went to Davidson-Gebhart Chevrolet in Loveland. Ryan, their head diesel mechanic met me in the lobby and asked who, what, where, and when the world's strongest wrench met with my fuel filter housing??? Having NEVER changed my own fuel filter and having only gone to Ghent, I immediately recalled back to BM's sheer force while lying on the ground in the parking lot. That's it! That's the only time the fuel filter had been touched. Ryan informed me IF and ONLY IF he could coax the housing loose, I'd be lucky enough to just pay the additional labor charges for the severely overtightened fuel filter housing. If not, I'd be in for more charges, including the full replacement of the filter housing, plus labor, etc. Because Ryan is a professional and skilled mechanic, I was only hit with the additional labor charges, which came out to $156 over the standard oil and fuel filter change. I immediately drove to Ghent and spoke with Matt, the new service manager. I explained Matt the above story and asked if Ghent would reimburse me for the additional $156. Matt made photo copies of my invoice and verified my standard service was more due to the fuel filter housing. Matt recalled BM's time at Ghent, confirming he did, but no longer works at Ghent. Based on the evidence, Matt agreed to reimburse me $156. I have reached out to Matt approximately 10 times. Each time, Matt promises me the "check is in the mail". It has been 4-months. Matt is no longer accepting my calls. I have tried to reach out to Ghent in a number of different ways including phone calls, messages, the "contact us" form on their website. I would love a call from management to discuss this matter. I would like a resolution. read more

I would like to start off by saying the initial car purchase went fine. The salesman I worked with was knowledgeable and kind, the buying process took a few hours but went smoothly. The 2021Tahoe I purchased had the wrong door from the manufacturer. It wasn't a big deal, it had the wrong trim package and you could see it but I was assured the manufacturer had the right down in transit and the door would be replaced in a few weeks. This was in April 2021. I started calling monthly in June. I spoke with both the body shop and my sales guy who were going to call me back, no one ever did. I called a couple weeks later with the same thing, no one would call me back. In august I went to the body shop in person and asked what was going on since no one seemed to know when I called and I was told that the door had been there but there was a rental car shortage but within a week or two someone would be in touch. I waited until mid October and started calling again. Again, basically information and kept getting the run around. Finally I spoke to someone in November that said she was new and would look into what was going on and would call me back. It took a few days but she finally got back to me and said they have had the door and had no idea why. I was told that they would paint the door by Friday and if I dropped my car off Monday it would be done same day. My husband took my car to drop it off and he was there over 3 hours. 3 freaking hours to drop off a car. He had to put a $1,000 deposit down because he didn't have one of my credit cards and no one called to speak to me. I assumed the deal ship would be taking care of most of this since it was their screw up. There were SO many laws broken. The rental car was in my name and had all of his information for payment and he signed out the vehicle. He should have never been allowed to take a rental under my name, it should have been under his. After three hours of waiting he was allowed to get to work BUT was repeatedly told the car was to back by 5pm the next day. No big except my car wasn't ready for three days because they hadn't even painted the door yet. Finally got my car back and after a week they called to tell me the $1,000 they had no idea where the money came from and hadn't processed the refund even though they said three days from dropping off the rental. I was told a week ago the refund was processed and I'd have my money that day, then a different called to say I needed to pay additional money for gas and it would be another week before a refund would be issued. She was also going to call me back and never bothered too. I did call and speak to Tim the GM Who basically said he would look into things and call me back. Shockingly, he also never bothered to call me back. I have never dealt with such a mess and a business that just flat out doesn't return calls. Things happen but this was ridiculous. I would NEVER do business with this company again. What a way to ruin such a big moment in my life, this was my first new vehicle and this whole mess just destroyed the enjoyment of it. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from them. After two days of having my truck I noticed a water leak In the cab as well as a few other issues. After 2 weeks of waiting on a single tube of silicone I took my truck in to have it fixed. Truck is still leaking water. Contacted them again and they have been unwilling to work around my schedule to get it in and repaired correctly. I've been treated as if my problems are of no concern to them. Worst experience ever with purchasing a used vehicle. Love the vehicle, but not the people I dealt with from the car salesman to the car sales manager Marc. First they didn't fully pay off my trade in loan. After a lot of work on my part I got them to pay the over four hundred dollars that was still owed. I had to be my own advocate because they sure weren't looking out for my best interest. The second thing which they still have not made good on, Is the truck come with two key fobs and two keys. They have kept the spare key fob and key. I have had many communications with these people about the key in the key fob and yet they refuse to give me what is rightfully mine. Trying to buy a used car. Car was 14 years old and around 9,000 in price. Ghent tried to "pack the payment'. The total price of the car was over 20,000 dollars after they added line items like accessories for 3000 and warranty for 5000 being two of the big ones. I understand them wanting to sell an over priced warranty. But the accessories were not itemized and looked very sketchy. Went to another dealer ship in Fort Collins and they wrote up an offer sheet that was fair and transparent with none of this trying to pack the payment. Does this really ever work? I test drove a vehicle told them the brakes didnt work at slow speeds, their is gm TSB about it, but nope their tech said it was good to go purchased truck didnt even make it home. Before flashing service brake assist and had no power brakes. Took it right back days later i still have no truck and they have my money. don't recommend this dealership for many reasons. Please don't come here save yourself the stress and money. I went In to buy a vehicle. Within a week or two of having it the plastic undercover fell down. It was scraping on the ground. I texted and called to see if it could get fixed and that took it 2 month for the parts to get there. After explaining availability for fixing it I got no response. I ended up going in for an oil change and asked if the undercover could be changed to the new one since it needs to be removed for the oil change I was told yes but after the appointment I saw that the broken piece was zip tied to the frame. I called the main person of the building at one point and they said they would fix it that they would call me back. Since then nothing. I've had this card for about two years now. The seatbelt in the drivers seat doesn't work. The window switch in the passenger side doesn't work. The back door latch doesn't close correctly so I have to close it 5 times before the message on the dash disappears. I have a transmission shutter. And just today the plastic panel on the hatch fell off. This is an everyday vehicle just grocery shopping and work. It should Not be giving me so many issues when I haven't had it that long. I went to trade in my truck a guy named valtemar greeted us at first everything went well but afterwards when we were talking about what we wanted he was pushing and pushing for us to run our credit in order to be able to give us a trade in value. After we ran it he told us prices and we explained how much we wanted to put for down payment and his whole attitude changed towards us. Less than a one. Called made an appointment. Explained that I lived 35 miles away. No problem come in. I should've known there was going to be issues. First off they double booked appointments so had to wait. Strike one. Then explained what I was looking for and that it had to have towing. They showed me a vehicle that was older more miles than my trade in and no tow package. Strike two. Then showed me a real nice truck was interested only to find out sales people don't talk. It was already sold. Strike three. But before I could get out of there they struck out again. Said I was upside down on my trade. Wasn't. Said things were broken on my trade they weren't and last wouldn't honor a Kelly Blue Book cash offer unless I traded it in. But all they showed me was junk or sold. I saw and heard all the negative reviews of Ghent, but just moving from out-of-state and being a 'take it with a grain of salt' positive type of person, I still decided to give them a try being the closest Cadillac dealer to me. Lesson learned. I called multiple times to schedule a service but also wanted them to know the check engine light came on and needed checked out, hence why I didn't want to schedule online. If they did answer, they'd say "the service department is busy, but we'll give them your name and number to call you back". Never happened, and I got tired of trying so I finally submitted an online appointment request with a specific note regarding the check light AND a phone number to call me. Again, nothing. Appointment comes, I arrive, and the older gentleman assisting could not have been more rude. Seemingly unable to read, he denies knowing anything about it and says it'll take days. The worst part of the entire experience here is, when I told him I called numerous times and they said they'd pass the message off to call me back , he implied I was lying!!! I regret not canceling and leaving then. They fixed the minor issue but proceeded to tell me numerous "issues" needing fixed that a quick call with my shop back home confirmed I should absolutely NOT to do them as it would only make it worse (like.. my old service shop literally wanted to turn this location into Cadillac they were so stunned they would pull this). Classic attempt to take advantage of a young woman they don't think knows much about vehicles to get an extra buck. My husband and I got a flyer in the mail yesterday with a scratch-off; car dealership doing a giveaway. I scratched it off 'cause it's what I do and the code matched the grand prize: A NEW CAR. We were skeptical but went went to the location on the flyer anyway. They're "example" codes and we won two "bacon" (smelled like smoke) scented scratch-off lotto tickets, which, whatever; we kinda figured there was some sort of weird catch but our car was totaled last week and we're borrowing my dad's car so winning one would've been cool. My beef, however, is with Roman. He had sunflower seeds in his mouth for the first half of our conversation and I couldn't understand him. Then he spat them out onto the ground in front of us. He also asked if my husband and I were siblings (guess the matching wedding bands weren't a giveaway) and got fixated on my disability, asking several fairly personal questions about it. I felt like the way Roman behaved was very unprofessional and it put a bad taste in my mouth regarding Ghent so I don't think we'll be considering them when we're ready to replace our car. read more

Last week I was getting an error message in my car, indicating an issue with the Traction Control system. I researched the problem online, and figured out what other people had done in the past to resolve the issue on their cars. It needed to have the Steering Wheel Position Sensor reset. I am good at researching car problems, but I'm not good at fixing them. So, I took it in to Ghent Chevrolet service department and explained the problem to the service advisor. When I got home, I emailed copies of the info I found, thinking that would help the technician narrow down the possible solutions. The next day I received a call indicating they had found the issue. I needed an ABS Control Module replacement. The only problem is that I didn't have any ABS-related issues, my computer indicated a problem with the Traction Control. They proposed to replace this ABS sensor and solve my issue for $3,200. I picked up my car, paid the $135 diagnostic fee, and took it to a different shop where they reset the Steering Wheel Position sensor. It did not cost me $3,200. KLM read more

My Son was in college and lived out there for a year. He bought a Camaro from them on 06/29/2020. He moved back home to Pennsylvania at the end of September. He decided that the Camaro was not a realistic car for him here do to the winter weather conditions. He traded it in on Oct.26 for a new Nissan Frontier. While doing the paperwork for his new truck, the salesman asked if he had an extended warranty or GAP coverage. My son had no clue. The sales person looked through his paperwork & found that he did and told my son that they both are refundable after the loan is paid off and to get ahold of the Ghent dealership regarding refund. (The salesperson said to us, "Obviously, he did not have this warranty presented to him because he wasn't aware that he even had it.") I called Ghent yesterday and talked to the financing guy Ted Hicks. I explained that the Camaro was traded in & we are needing to do the paperwork for the extended warranty refund & the GAP refund. He said that the extended warranty is non refundable to turn to page 3, line 8 of the contract & read it. ( Mind you, it was $3,488.00) I told him that he had to be kidding me. There was nothing claimed on it & he traded in the car. There were many round & rounds but Ted proceeded to tell me that he has had this conversation 1,000 times, and I said ("Shame on you, you mean to tell me that you have done this to that many people and admit it? He chuckled & said I may have exaggerated a bit.") The contract also gives the dealership the right to cancel, but they refuse to. If anyone else has had this happen to them, (according to Ted, 1,000 people have) Please get a hold of me, I am gathering information to move forward so that these crooks can't shyster anyone else. read more

We don't even know where to begin, we are still in a bit of shock at how horrible this dealership is and their lack of professionalism. We were in the market for a new truck, top of the line Chevy Silverado 1500. Found what we liked at Ghent, reached out via internet to the dealership (as we are in the middle of the Covid 19 crisis and knew we couldn't just go in to the dealership). We received a call back fairly quickly, but after the initial contact and us sending in everything they asked for in regards to our trade in vehicles everything started to go down hill. We sent in pics of our trade, all the info about the vehicles, etc. on the initial day of contact 4/15 at 8:45 am. We didn't hear anything back from the dealer until 48 hours later when they wanted to come pick up the trade ins to test drive and give us values. Didn't hear anything back after that, so we contacted them later in the day on 4/17. They then asked us to fill out the GM Financial loan application, which we did and immediately received an approval email from GM. After this, we thought for sure we could close the deal...but no, nothing but crickets! We got a random call from someone asking us how everything was going and that he didn't see that we were trading in a vehicle, this was the idiot who performed the test drives of our vehicles for the valuation (later in the conversation he stated that- "oh yea, I test drove your vehicles). All day Saturday 4/18, nothing no communication whatsoever until the original salesman contacted us with no additional information about our deal. We gave him 2 hours to figure out what they were going to offer us for our trades and the final price of the truck. That was at 12:30 pm, we didn't hear anything until 7:27 pm that evening from Erick Ghent General Manager. Erick then sent us an email with their sales proposal including our trade in values. We were not happy with the deal and emailed him back right away asking him to take another look at everything then get back to us. It is now Wednesday, April 22nd and we finally got a call from the General Sales Manager asking us if we've made a decision about the deal. A decision, wasn't the ball in their court to come back to us with a better offer or at least communicate with us that was the best they can do??? It is quite obvious that no one in the Ghent Organization communicates with each other, the right hand does not know what the left is doing! All we can figure is that this dealership doesn't need the business and is rolling in well qualified customers. Good for them because we will never buy a vehicle from Ghent Chevrolet and we are well qualified buyers. Happy ending, Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet in Loveland was able to find us the same make and model truck we wanted at another dealer (and got the truck). Kirk at Davidson-Gebhardt was a joy to work with and closed the deal in less than two days. Our beautiful new Chevy truck is parked in our driveway, thanks to Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet. Went in to trade in my 2018 Nissan rogue, they gave me what I wanted for my rogue so I decided to trade my vehicle in & purchase a 2017 Chevy Tahoe Premier from them. Me & Erick Ghent went back & forth on a payment & APR I could live with, I signed & was told AFTER that the Tahoe needed to pass the used car inspection and get new tires. A week passes by and I get a text from my sales rep that the Tahoe is ready to be picked up. I asked for the AC to be checked as it was running warm when I test drove it. Never got a solid confirmation that it was even looked at. Also noticed the right bumper was slightly off & got the run around on that being fixed but.. I go in. Expecting to leave in my brand new car. I arrive & got handed a completely new deal, NOT the same deal I signed on. The new loan was $200 more than what I signed on. The APR was raised by 6%. I am disappointed & super frustrated my time was wasted. Only to find out my loan was never approved. After I had brought it to managements attention that I was pissed about being told I was only going in to get my new car then faced with a whole new pushy loan I never even got a follow up call. Just got forgotten. Not to mention my sales person texted me that night confusing me with another customer. Way to make a buyer feel! Wow this place is a joke IN PROCESS OF FILING A CIVIL LAWSUIT AND ALSO REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUS finance manager TED HICKS and general sales manager TIM ERVIN do not know anything about providing customer service all they care about is making the sales so I purchased the car July 15, 2017 I let the sales rep know we are moving to California and they didn't say anything or set any limitations on wether or not we had to stay in the state of Colorado until the deal finalized with the bank that we were pre approved for which was gm financial we put a total down payment of 1500 but in payments they gave us 3 weeks after the purchase date to bring back the rest of the down payment so on July 15th we had given them 800 then the following 3 weeks after on august 4th we gave the the 700 which was the remaining balance again 3 weeks after the initial date we purchased the car and we called and called to see about 4 or 5 times a day and still no response as I wanted to ask who was the car financed thru as I didn't wanna miss my first payment sales manager told me the sales rep who sold me the car would call back in 5 mins 30 mins pass by no call so I called again I literally called like 5 or 6 times in one day but every since august 1st I been calling almost every day since to try and get a hold of who was the bank that we financed the car thru and still didn't know then because they would always tell me let me check I will return your call within 5 mins but nope nothing just recently 2 days ago I got in contact with ted and he said if we could bring the car in by Friday before 5 pm we could see about the deposit coming back to us but driving from California and leaving on a Thursday night we definitely couldn't make it by 5pm on Friday it was a 18 drive that's with included gas stops to pump gas. We cooperated with MR TED HICKS, and brought the car back knowing we had no way back to California with my wife being 8 months pregnant they had no sympathy when we cooperated with them and they couldn't show us and help and customer service they claim to have here! BOTH TED HICKS AND TIM ERVIN WERE REALLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL WHAT MANAGER TELLS A CUSTOMER I DONT BELIEVE YOUR GONNA PAY FOR THIS AND SAYS WERE DONE HERE THERE IS NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT BECAUSE WHY YOU GUYS GOT YOUR CAR BACK THAT WE CARED TO RETURN! And on the other hand TIM ERVIN GENERAL SALES MANAGER WAS BEYOND RUDE AS WELL DIDNT EVEN WANT TO LISTEN AND JUST MADE ASSUMPTIONS THAT HE THINKS IS TRUE SAYING THE BANK DIDNT APPROVE OUR LOAN SINCE DAY 1 and he didn't even want to listen to a word I had to say what kind of service is that excuse my language but this dealership is a piece of shit and they don't deserve the business they been getting! SO IF THE LOAN DIDNT GET APPROVED WHY DID YOU GUYS LET US DRIVE OFF THE LOT NOT ONLY THAT 3 weeks later we came and gave the remainder of the deposit of 700 to make it the $1500 they've asked for and still let us drive off and didn't tell us anything that the bank didn't approve and we're wrong for it I don't think so! ZERO stars if I could worse place don't give them business I'm also in the process of suing ghent chevorlet and they know they're in the wrong the worse part is we didn't even expect the full refund all we needed was enough to get back to California because we had to drive their car back to them when easily they could of had someone come get it from us in California ! Nothing but lying shady crooks they talk all nice because I reported them to the better business bureau and they also tried to exaggerate the story $4000 worth of damages that's a lie and yea 9k miles because why you guys couldn't do your part and keep up with customer service standards only care about making the sale and profit shady business I tell you! And at the end of the message it says please feel free to contact us directly and we can handle the situation! I called multiple times drove from California to talk to them physically and was told we're done we're done and walked away rudely and started gossiping to other managers there is that what a general sales manager does but when reported to the BBB you want to sweet talk Get the F*** out of here with that bullS*** I'll keep posting reviews until my situation is resolved and being a previous manager I know how much yelp reviews and messages to the BBB affects a business! They sold my wife an unsafe vehicle while I was at work! When notified they continued to play games and accuse us of trying to RIP them off! I have photos of 3 of the 4 inside sidewall of the tires that are cracked and weather checked badly! Took some time to get back to them as my wife had to have emergency surgery! After working with Adam Burnett for weeks on the issue! They led me to talk to Tim Ervin. Both were horrible about responding on the issue. Had to reach out multiple times! Adam didnt even have the courtesy to get a hold of me, he messaged my cousin that he used to work with so he could not have to respond himself!!! I could tell you who was worse at trying to push and act like we are trying to pull something on them! I have pictures of the truck the day we bought it, which shows which tires are on it. And photos the next day that show the damage on the tires! With my wife's surgery came unexpectedly, and we couldnt deal with it right away(had to park the truck). They are acting like the tires weren't on the vehicle at the time of purchase even accusing of "swapping the tires"! Watch your selves buying from them! Their service department is not honest! They did a rotate and balance at the time of purchase and failed to tell us about the tires cracking on the inside sidewall! And even with offering to bring the wheels and tires back, they wont do anything for us! Will not recommend anyone to them, or ever purchase another vehicle there! read more

We all know how a used car lot works. Vultures the second you step near their property. That's to be expected. What I don't expect is horrible customer service and topped off with managers who say they want to make it right but only because they "have to" versus doing it because it is the right thing to do. Our story began around October 2021. We received notification of a recall on an airbag in our truck. We called to schedule an appointment with the service department to have this taken care of and were told that we needed to come in and have our VIN number recorded because the airbags were ordered specifically for each vehicle. We did, and were told we would hear back as soon as it arrived. We never heard back from them. We called repeatedly over the next 2 months to see if there was any status update, left voicemails, and no one returned our calls. When we did finally get hold of someone again, we were told that it was never based off the VIN number and they had been making appointments over the last 2 months for people to come in whenever and have it replaced. We were incredibly frustrated. We made an appointment and showed up at 6:00am to drop the vehicle off before work. We met a gentleman in the lobby who started laughing at us and said they did not have the part anymore. He told us that we "must have been one of the ones they forgot to call to cancel with" and blamed it on the truckers in Canada. We were so angry at having wasted our time, woken our toddler up early, already having gone down there before and gone through months of no contact for someone to laugh in our faces and make it a joke. I called to speak with the service manager, Ron. I explained that my issue was with the customer service, not with having to wait for the product. Ron apologized and said he would set an airbag aside for us when it got in stock again. He also confirmed that the VIN only helps them determine which airbag is needed, but they were never making appointments based off individual Vin numbers. Ron called when the airbag came in and I scheduled an appointment. Ron offered to pick the truck up for us and with our schedules being hectic it was a big help, so I accepted. We were supposed to have someone pick it up at 2:00 p.m. on March 21st. At 1:30 I missed a phone call and thought it was the dealership. I called Ron to let him know I had the keys ready to meet them when they arrive. I didn't hear back from anyone and 3:30 rolled around. I called again to see what the status was and Ron informed me the missed call was not theirs and admitted he should have contacted me regarding a schedule conflict and that they would be late. This was not an issue for me as long as it was taken care of. I just wanted to be in the loop. When Ron arrived, he apologized again and asked if I needed the vehicle back that night. I told him I did. About 5: 30pm, we got a call that it was done and they asked if they could deliver it in the morning. I told them we needed it that evening but if they could not deliver it, they could simply lock the keys in the truck and we would pick it up with our spare key. No big deal. They insisted on delivery and arrived at our house shortly after. A while later, I had a missed call and voicemail from Ron. He accidentally dialed me and didn't realize he left a voicemail. It was a 3 minute long message of him talking shit about us with another employee, even calling me insecure because I wanted the vehicle back that night. I sent him his own voicemail back and messaged that he probably didn't mean for me to receive it. He replied, "I'm so sorry". I'm absolutely disgusted. read more

I live in Arvada. I found a car that I was interested in online...I called the dealership and spoke to Whitney. She was very helpful right from the start. I made an offer on the car sight unseen...which was probably not the best idea but it looked real good in the photos. The 10 year old car passed the dealerships inspection but I sent up my mechanic buddy to give it a real good going over...! Everything Whitney told me about the car was true and the dealership was going to fix those small things. My buddy just told me that while the car was very solid mechanically, I wouldn't be happy with the exterior or the interior...it was 10 years old. I had to pass on the car...but I just wanted to give a shout out to Whitney for her time and professionalism. read more

Deal-wise, we got a great deal on our Suburban, but everything else... just not worth it. If we give them the benefit of the doubt, they simply don't run a competent finance department and could have cost us thousands of dollars if we hadn't invested a huge amount of time and effort to correct their mistakes. We can start with the deposit they took to do the dealer trade to get a vehicle. A reasonable request to ask for a deposit if they were going to go out and get a vehicle. But then when we did the paperwork we were told "don't worry, we didn't actually charge your card (nor did they have us sign anything), so we'll just leave that our of the financing." Which would have been perfect, except they DID charge my credit card, and then it took 5 phone calls and a physical trip to the dealership to waste 4 hours before they could actually get their act together and issue a credit. But wait, there's more! After we sold that vehicle, and wanted to get a refund on the balance left on our extended warranty, we went to deal with them as the selling dealer... and they flat out lied to us and told us that after 60 days there's no refund possible at all. They even sent us an email with a supposed cut and paste from our service contract proving that. Except that, of course, it was a TOTAL LIE. (perhaps it is true for the off-brand service policies they try to sell you as being "better than GM's policy" but we had insisted on a GM policy and are glad we did. Because, of course, with a GM policy, you can get a refund. Fortunately, the folks at GMPP and the dealer where we bought our new car helped us out so that Ghent wasn't able to burn us. read more

I decided to start looking to buy a new truck today. I plan to test drive a few, do some research, and let it sit a week or so before making the purchase. this was the fourth dealership I went to today, and the only dealership that had a problem with me test driving. Apparently they "just don't let any customer (there was emphasis on the "any") drive 40k cars." The snooty sales rep tried bullying me into pulling my credit prior to a test drive.... Whether she judged me from my appearance or what, I was extremely offended! I was really interested in the Chevy Colorado, but no big deal! The other dealerships allowed me to test drive their trucks without issue and I will not be returning to this one! read more

Their parts department is the bomb. Every time I need a part for my Chevy, they're friendly and helpful and get me exactly what I need. I'll be in the market for a new car soon and I'll definitely be swinging by there to have a look at another Chevy because I know that they'll take care of me after the sale. read more

Terrible bought a 2012 car pay an extra $2000 dollars for a warranty just in case somethkng bad happens(you know). Unfortunately got into a car accident 2months after buying the car it was a total loss I No longer have a car, called the warranty place they told me that they should refund me the money so I called ghents chevrolet talked with the finance person flat out told me that they cant the refund me the money because its colorado.. talked to others dealerships and they told me it depends on the dealership. read more
