After I finally got my keys they ran to my car as I was trying to leave the parking lot...trying to get me to sign a contract that I told them I wanted to give it a day to think about. That was such a horrible experience with the worst sales staff. Colorado Auto Brokers has a great team that is not pushy and does not try to force you to do anything. I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. He is honest, trustworthy, hard-working, and has the actual integrity that far too many in his line of work are lacking. He doesn't shy away from telling you the truth, whether it is "you shouldn't buy this car because it is not running well" or "I'd be happy to sell you this vehicle if it was truly what you wanted, but it is a bit too expensive and not really what you were telling me you were looking for". I know when I talk to John, he is going to find me a reliable, safe, and dependable vehicle, within my stated price range, without a single moment of high-pressure crap. We were referred to Joe by an elderly woman who was a dear friend of our family. She was French, and was a child during World War Two. Her father was arrested by the Nazis, and she and her mother had to live on the streets as refugees. It was a terrible experience. Years passed, she married a young American soldier and came to the USA. I'm not sure how she found Joe, but she trusted him. When a woman who has been through so much trusts somebody, you trust them, too. We trust Joe, and our trust has been repaid many times over by his helpful attitude, his support, and his knowledge of cars, and loans, and all the business related to choosing and buying an automobile. He's so friendly, but he's so very smart, too. It's a great combination, and that has been a tremendous benefit to us.
