After I finally got my keys they ran to my car as I was trying to leave the parking lot...trying to get me to sign a contract that I told them I wanted to give it a day to think about. I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. He is honest, trustworthy, hard-working, and has the actual integrity that far too many in his line of work are lacking. He doesn't shy away from telling you the truth, whether it is "you shouldn't buy this car because it is not running well" or "I'd be happy to sell you this vehicle if it was truly what you wanted, but it is a bit too expensive and not really what you were telling me you were looking for".
