I worked with Thomas and Travis on refinancing my vehicle for a lower rate. I was mainly in communication with Thomas. This company is pretty awesome and moves fast with finding you a lender. Thomas is great at crunching numbers. I originally tried to get both of my cars refinanced but the kbb value decreased on one of them and it didn't make sense. I ended up getting a lower interest rate and lower payment with 60 days untill my next payment. Sidenote, they used some cool software to get my wet signature remotely. Pretty epic. Anyway, highly recommend RefiJet. They aren't like the same old refinance company, they actually get you the best deal they can. read more

I reached out to RefiJet hoping to simply lower my car payment on my existing auto loan. My credit is good (well above average), and I just wanted a straightforward refinance with a better rate. Instead, the rep (some pushy guy) spent the whole call trying to upsell me on every add-on under the sun--gap insurance, extended warranties, you name it--like I was buying a used car off the lot. In the end, the "best" rate they could supposedly get me was still ridiculously high, way worse than what I already had or could find elsewhere. No real savings on the payment at all. And to top it off, they ran my credit (hard pull) multiple times just to tell me this nonsense. If you're thinking about using them to refinance your car loan, save yourself the hassle and the credit hit. Go straight to a credit union, bank, or another lender that doesn't play these games. RefiJet is basically a middleman fishing for fees and commissions, not actually helping people save money. Total disappointment--steer clear! read more

I initially tried this place to refinance my auto loan because I've never done it before and thought they would be able to help. I found this place through Googling refinancing options. The person I initially connected with said they would be able to help me refinance with no issues and they would connect me with another person to send my information to. The person I connected with after said I would have to submit documents through their portal. They didn't give me a couple days and was pushy to get it taken care of. After not hearing from me for a couple days, they sent me a letter saying that I would not qualify for the loan before even giving me a chance to provide the documents. Refi.Jet - Big Talk/Poor Customer Service I had been reading a lot about Refi.Jet as I waned to refinance my auto. On 12/6/25 I called and began the process with Mr. Luke Nelson. He was kind, considerate, and explained everything in detail - until he wasn't. On 12/15/25 my loan was approved, all the online documents signed with both my current lender and the new lender. Finally, on 12/31/25 I sent Mr. Nelson a text asking why my loan hadn't been funded yet. Mr. Nelson answered on 1/5/26 saying not to make the payments (December & January) and the loan would be paid before my grace period was up and I would get the payments back. Did he even remember me or our conversations? I put in a call to the Loan Processor, Nelly, to see if she could tell me why my loan hadn't been funded. I never received a text or call back from Nelly. My loan was not processed until 1/13/26! I ended up paying the December and January payments. When I texted Mr. Nelson asking why the delay, he said the payment would be refunded to me once they cashed the check. No cashing - it was sent electronically and immediately applied. During our many conversations Mr. Nelson told me he would assist with requesting my GAP insurance to be refunded (prorated amount). When the time came, I sent Mr. Nelson a text and he told me to just give them a call myself, they new the drill. He said they can't refuse to cancel it or the dealership could be shut down. The customer service ended as soon as I had signed with Refi.Jet. So I did contact the dealer where I purchased my auto and they were so gracious and helpful. They walked me through the entire process including submitting the documents required. They followed up with giving me an approximate date as to when to expect the money. My experience with Refi.Jet quickly went downhill as soon as I signed on the dotted line. There is absolutely no excuse for sitting on a payment that is done electronically. Mr. Nelson had bragged about not having to make a payment for 2 months, but his and/or Nelly's lack of timely service caused that. I have saved every single text conversation with both Mr. Nelson and Nelly. I do believe they owe me a car payment - and probably more! read more

I get a call the next morning telling me the best they can offer is 7.1% interest, take it or leave it. FUCK THESE SHADY ASSHOLES. They run you through hoop. Require you to send in actual bank statements. Then after running a HARD CHECK on your CREDIT REPORT. They determine their fees. Any where from $500-$3000. It literally depends on how much money you have. They know since you sent them all your personal banking information. However. They still haven't informed you of "THE FEE" I interjected between my wife and the representative while nonchalantly being preent in the same room while they were having a conversation. I asked for the name of the company and quickly discover their shady business model. NOW THIS IS GOOD. So I take the phone and ask. "Is there a fee?" He replies. "Only if you're approved." SHOCKER. Everyone is approved. I ask again. I dismiss his word salad and directly state. "MY internet research shows your fees vary betweem $500-$3500. I question as to why such a varied amount betweeen customers? Inquired how the fee was determined? Needless to say. I was meet with agitaion. I came in as a new auto refinancer, and I had a "pre-Qualify" offer from another company. The rep Tyrese told me that pre-qualification offer was misrepresented and even sent me a link to the companies website that had my % at the very lowest end of their range they list themselves (High 5's) and he told me, after getting all my information and doing a soft credit pull, he could get me the lower payment in the range I was looking for for around 8%. I was trying to look at many options in this process as I'm new to the auto refinance and wanted to do my research, and I admit I failed to hold my ground when they called me 3 times a day, during work when I told them not to, and let them start the paperwork process. Then I submitted all my paperwork and took them 24 days to call me back with my offer. My offer? $20 more per month than my current loan payment, 11.5% and 84 months. I asked him why would I take a loan for higher payment for month more month and doubled percentage from my current loan and he immediately became combative, all his BS lines about being "My advocate" were quickly out the window and it was all about getting me to sign his garbage offer. I quickly pulled up the other companies online offer and was able to accept it, and it was approved for the exact amounts right away. TLDR; Refijet is scamming people, they're overly pushy like a creditor and have no interest in getting you the best offer. They prey on people who have never gone through the process and play an act to convince you into signing a garbage offer you could get from the same companies yourself without their extra fees slapped on top. This whole situation has me so heated, this is my first ever Yelp review. Good Job Refijet you pushed me to actually write a yelp review. I've been waiting for my credit to hit the next credit rating before refinancing. I found possible auto refi companies through lending tree, and was hesitant before applying through RefiJet. I ended up applying over the phone that same day. I was first assessed by one person, who then transferred me over to Adam. Adam reconfirmed all the information, and pulled a soft credit report. He gave me different options for my lending as far as bank, terms, interest rates, etc... Adam made the process easy and simple. He was very responsive via email and text. I want to say I got my car refinanced in about a week and a half, just in time before my next payment. That includes applying, providing documents, Refijet mailing the payoff, and my exams lender applying the payment. I applied over 5 weeks ago, was approved that day, and electronically signed all paperwork. Great experience on day #1, but it went downhill from there. It took over 2 weeks for the new lender to fund the loan, and another week for RefiJet to pay my old lender. Im now owed a refund which I have been trying to get paid to me for almost 2 weeks. I thought this would be an easy, quick process in the beginning; now I am thinking I may have to contact an attorney just to get my refund. Refinancing a home loan is easier! read more

We have had 25+ years with being a loyal BMW owner through leasing and purchasing cars and because of this we relayed on their endorsement of their finance partner. Due to their glowing recommendation of using this partner I did not read the Yelp reviews. Huge mistake. There wasn't one part of the process that was smooth or easy. In fact purchasing a car through this service was so painful. Communication through their portal is painful. It doesn't work. Multiple tries to upload and sort documents will never occur. We ended up having to ask them to UPS our docs. Communication with their agents is painful. You will always get the run around and never a straight answer. And to top it off you never get the same agent processing or looking at your docs. You have to start all over again. To add insult to injury we were told all vehicle registration and renewal would he completed by their services. As of now 90 days later we have no paperwork or tags. I called today and followed up with umpteenth agent, Michael, and was told it was my responsibility to do the renewals. If you're looking to finance your car go somewhere else, I wish I did. As experienced this AM their agents are not trained to have emphaty or consideration for what you're going through. Basically they do not know how to do better. As far as BMW, like the reviews mentioned, I can't even believe this is their partner. This company falls way below the 5 star service that is the core mission of BMW. BMW should seriously rethink this relationship. And as far as the GM of this company managing their agents, your mission should be to do right and do better for your clients because it's the right thing to do. An absolute joke of a process from beginning to end. I was lied to about the rate I was quoted (post credit check, 800+) once they found a bank to handle my loan. My request to keep my vanity plate was ignored and I was sent new plates. I have to now go to the DMV after waiting for a plate release letter and waste god knows how much time getting my vanity plate put back in my name and re registered to my truck. It took almost a month for them to get my truck financed, and then I spent another month dealing with this plate issue which is still not resolved. I paid title fees in excess of $300, when a simple plate transfer would have been $35. After weeks of trying to get RefiJet to fix this issue, I was told I have to do it myself. They offered a mere $100 AMAZON GIFT CARD to make up for the $800+ I was over charged due to their error along with the inconvenience of having to go to the DMV when I never should have had to. read more

I only gave them a 1 because this is the lowest that you can go. Avoid working with them they get funded within 24 hours of you signing documents but sit on your money in their bank for weeks without paying off the note. You will end up making two payments. They are a scam company. read more

Do not buy the AUL auto maintenance insurance. Refijet offers this to you when you refi with them. Pass on this insurance because there are a lot of items that AUL does not cover on your car and will deny your claims. They don't state in in their contract with you, but later you will find out your vehicle has a long list of items not covered. To me its' fraud. And Refijet gets three stars by selling this insurance scam to their callers. I hold Refijet culpable in this fraud. I never was contacted back and anytime I call he doesn't call back. I called and finally got through to another agent who said he didn't see me approved for anything transferred me to benny and like usual no answer and no call back...  I will be contacting my lawyer and your corporate office if I do not receive a call back and get this resolved.. He was too sensitive and asking me why I want to refinance fair question, explained the rates are much lower now - he immediately jumps in and ask me "do you know how interest rates works?" (FYI I work in bank I know how things works but arguing over call and explain him that I know stuff is above his pay grade) Later, I mentioned I don't want hard inquiry and I was getting better deal with lending charges which was hidden cost. I was getting better deal with different auto loan company he immediately got furious. He told me "are you against the capitalism?" There are people needs to be paid and that's how capitalism works. He doesn't know how to speak to customer and it is difficult for him to understand customer will go for better deal if they get. Also asking customer these things are not a part of his job. I was doing a lease buyout with refi jet. Everything was great filling out the documents online. However it took almost 4 weeks to complete the process even though I responded promptly with all their requested documentation. The financing of this loan took as long as it took for me to get the mortgage on my house. When I asked for a hard copy to be mailed to me, they refused. So the timing and the refusal of providing a hard copy is the reason for the two stars. Also I don't like having to pay $500 for them to process alone. read more
