I worked with Thomas and Travis on refinancing my vehicle for a lower rate. I was mainly in…read morecommunication with Thomas. This company is pretty awesome and moves fast with finding you a lender. Thomas is great at crunching numbers. I originally tried to get both of my cars refinanced but the kbb value decreased on one of them and it didn't make sense. I ended up getting a lower interest rate and lower payment with 60 days untill my next payment. Sidenote, they used some cool software to get my wet signature remotely. Pretty epic. Anyway, highly recommend RefiJet. They aren't like the same old refinance company, they actually get you the best deal they can.

I reached out to RefiJet hoping to simply lower my car payment on my existing auto loan. My credit…read moreis good (well above average), and I just wanted a straightforward refinance with a better rate. Instead, the rep (some pushy guy) spent the whole call trying to upsell me on every add-on under the sun--gap insurance, extended warranties, you name it--like I was buying a used car off the lot. In the end, the "best" rate they could supposedly get me was still ridiculously high, way worse than what I already had or could find elsewhere. No real savings on the payment at all. And to top it off, they ran my credit (hard pull) multiple times just to tell me this nonsense. If you're thinking about using them to refinance your car loan, save yourself the hassle and the credit hit. Go straight to a credit union, bank, or another lender that doesn't play these games. RefiJet is basically a middleman fishing for fees and commissions, not actually helping people save money. Total disappointment--steer clear!

I am writing this review to warn others of this company. I, too, was looking for a solution to…read moresublease my vehicle and just like you I was either approached or found this company through the internet. I realize that desperate times call for desperate measures, but do not get involved with this company, because in the end, you will be worse off than you are now. It all started in early 2015 when I decided not to keep my truck, which I had leased brand new through the dealership. I didn't drive it but on the weekends, so I decided to post it on a website call swapalease.com. I never got around to getting rid of it through them when I received an email from Chris at EASIRides. Everyone was nice and professional and that really set my mind at ease. Dave and Chris answered all my questions and assured me that my truck would be in good hands and that the payments would be made in a timely manner. Needless to say, I agreed to their terms and handed both of the truck keys to the driver that came to pick up my truck. For about 7-8 months, everything was fine, payments were made just a day or two late which I didn't care for, but since there is a 10-day grace period, I figured it was okay. The authorized driver, we'll call him Fred, lived in Chicago and Fred liked to park the truck in an area without paying for it. Then I started getting notices from Chicago stating that the truck had received parking tickets. Then came the toll fees, I said to myself, as long as Fred pays for it, I don't care. Since I had Fred's number, I called him several times letting him know that these fines needed to get paid. There was always an excuse, I'll pay it next week or I'm a little short this week. I figured, okay, as long as it gets paid before I turn the truck in. To make a very long and dreadful story short, I'm just going to list everything I ended up paying for in the end: 1. I was not about to have my credit ruined so I had to make the last two payments. $1,000 2. Fred went over 8,000 miles of the agreed terms. .25 X 8000 = $2,000 3. Parking fees, late fees and toll fees - $975 4. Fred ruined the bed of the truck by filling it with asphalt (yes, he used it as a commercial truck). $500 to have the bedliner resprayed. 5. Punctured 20" tire - $200 6. A/C repaired - $1,070 7. Oil changed - $70 - It was 2 quarts low when I repoed it. That's not even covering the plane ticket to Chicago in order to repo my own truck!!! Yes, folks, I took a plane from DFW and flew to Chicago to repo my truck and drive it back. That's the nightmare I had to go through in August of 2016!! I figured, if I'm going to make payments on the truck then I should be the one driving it. Dave did help me locate the truck once I landed in Chicago but I should not have had to go through all this trouble!!! To anyone still reading this review, DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!! You will regret it, just read the other reviews, there is a reason for this. Google the name EASIRides and read the reviews!! If anyone has any doubts, please feel free to email me at joevez2000@hotmail.com and I can explain more in detail.

I'm putting Pentagon Federal Credit Union, Autopay and Hyundai on blast…read more... This credit union was ok until it wasn't. I obtained a Hyundai Tucson in 2018 and did a refinance through Autopay in 2020 who connected me with PFCU. All was good until the vehicle had some mechanical issues and neither did the Autopay gap insurance or warranty with PFCU cover anything. This happened twice and I had to take out two repair loans to fix the issues; of which I am still paying off. Hyundai cars from year 2014 - 2017 have had various recalls and major mechanical issues reported for the last few years. Hyundai dealership was not helpful either. As of February 2023 the vehicle malfunctioned again, and definitely could not afford another repair loan. Thus I contacted PFCU to ask for a voluntary Repo and they stated to try and sell it myself first because that's their company policy. I took 2 weeks and tried to get a buyer and no one was interested. During that time, I asked for a deferment of payment and PFCU granted that request for one month. I had to obtain another car which is $400 more than what I was paying for the old one. Thus I called PFCU and spoke again to the collections dept to update them about the situation and advise that I can no longer pay for a vehicle that has a transmission issue and is too dangerous to drive when it is shaking with a loud ticking noise. The voluntary repo paperwork was signed electronically and put in process. They even discontinued the credit card that I had through them, of which both were in good standing before all this transpired. I have spoken to 2-3 reps between Feb and now June who stated that the voluntary repo was in process and every conversation was notated of what i said, and today 6/7/23 I spoke to yet another rep who said that she only saw the call from February. She said that the company will not come get the vehicle if it doesnt work and that the car note is over due 67 days. I told her thats a lie, because the previous reps told me that someone would call me to get the car towed so PFCU will try to sell it as is for what is owed on it. Thus the Tucson has been sitting at my apartment complex since February. I transferred the insurance from the old vehicle to the new one; and PFCU sent a letter stating that they applied insurance to it and that amount would be added to the remaining balance. This is the worst experience I have had with any bank / credit union about a car. If anyone reads this, I highly advise that you do not do any business with them.

Autopay has a very deceptive business practice. Over the past three years, they checked my credit…read morescore multiple times after showing me what appeared to be attractive refinance offers, with rates between 4.0% and 5.2%. Since my current Subaru loan is 6.59%, those offers looked better and encouraged me to apply. However, once they checked my credit, they did not honor those original offers. Instead, they came back with much higher rates, between 6.5% and 8.99%. This happened more than once. What made the situation even more misleading is that they used three different names, so each time I thought I was applying with a different company. That is how I ended up being tricked several times without realizing it was connected to the same business. This kind of practice is harmful to customers. It wastes people's time, affects their credit, and breaks trust with those who are honestly looking for refinancing options. Companies should be transparent and truthful, not lure people in with appealing quotes and then change the terms after checking their credit. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Autopay. Please be careful and do your research before applying, so you do not go through the same frustration I did.
