I previously was working at Yield Solutions Group LLC also known as RefiJet in Denver, CO as a Systems Architect where I was personally discriminated against and retaliated against. Not long after being hired, company President David Sunshine became verbally abusive and I would further argue even physically abusive towards me. I often spoke of my troubles about David to my direct manager and relayed those concerns to the CEO but it came to no avail. After a while it became too much and I decided to speak with the person in charge of HR at the time and that led to numerous meetings with the company CFO Mark Schwartz as well as longtime family friend and company CEO Reid Rubenstein about David's behavior. David would often scream and cuss at me so vigorously that he would spit in my face simply by the volume of his voice and the proximity of his face to mine. David was once adamant about giving me a piggy back up ride up a flight of stairs at a company Christmas party that was being held at a non wheelchair accessible venue. Which in his defense was a nice gesture but drunkenly fell down and called me a fat fuck. David joked about me having a small dick because of the large monitor I got to be able to work more efficiently upon seeing the monitor for the first time he thought it was appropriate to say that in front of me and other work associates. David pulled up porn on my managers computer and told us to look at it saying, "Lesbian scissoring is the only thing on the internet". While showing us an image of three naked women completely covered in semen. When I had to explain that I was suffering from a hemorrhoid, he instructed me to "Get a bag of blow (cocaine), put some in a straw and have your fiancé blow it up your ass." Followed by "I have had my girlfriend do it to me and it feels great!" David even one time came into the tech office and had us pull up recent footage of the executive level conference room to have us watch a meeting he had with Mark and Reid where he screamed, slammed his fists and sent coffee and his mug flying across the table. All while laughing hysterically pointing at laughing at the video and saying things like "Look at Reid he's fucking scared shitless" On Monday June 3rd, 2019, David came into the tech office, demanded everyone else leave and then spent 5 solid minutes screaming in my face. I was honestly afraid that he might actually hit me. Not long thereafter I was called up to talk with the CTO and the head of HR where Garry Hodnett called me a liar and continued on to say that I had made false allegations against a managing partner and for that reason I was to be terminated immediately. He then told me that even with those allegations in mind the company would be generous enough not to fight my unemployment benefits to ease the transition. So I went home, called up my lawyer and filed for unemployment. To no surprise of mine they fought my unemployment benefits they said they wouldn't and won. I have signed written statements from 3 different people confirming that the company was well aware of David's behavior. A text message from Reid saying how good of an employee I am and how impressed he is with my work and commitment to the job. Not to mention the numerous others that confirmed his behavior with me privately but refused to go on record as they feared that they would also lose their jobs or undergo legal prosecution if they spoke out in my favor. Furthermore, my father had been long time friends with our CEO Reid, and reached out to him on my behalf and just as he told me, Reid told my father "That is just the way David is" and that "I shouldn't take what he says so personally.'' read more

One of the best companies I have dealt with in a long long time. Lat year I was involved in a hit and run accident leaving my corvette totaled. Being in my mid 30's and having worked very hard in my life to obtain one of my dream cars I decided I wasn't going to go backwards and bought another corvette this time a beautiful 2012 grand sport. The problem was my old car was still on my credit when I bought my new car forcing me to take a 28% interest rate at 1000 dollars a month. While I was able to make this payment with the rising costs of everything else it was becoming quite a challenge. After 10 months I decided to refinance. That in itself was a challenge as the corvette, while quite low mileage is over 10 years old. Credit karma suggested refijet. So I applied and received a call from Justin Albrecht. Within a week Justin got me on with Hughes FCU. Cutting my payment to only 500 a month at a 9% interest rate. He was prompt and to the the point. I never felt like a number. I felt like a human being. His work changed my life and I am now able to put money in the bank again instead of paying pretty much all interest to a bank. I absolutely can not recommend Justin at refijet enough. He took my bad situation that was no fault of my own and totally reversed it. These guys are a great company, especially if you are stuck with a high payment, high interest rate car loan like I was. Heres the TLDR: I had been paying a 28% interest on a loan with a company that was charging me $430/month with only $60 of that going to the principal. I was going to be stuck paying for almost 20 years. Refijet saved me: I put down $1600 and I got refinanced at a 9.8% for 4 years at $330/month. Looking back, I cannot be grateful enough for them. I feel like the literally gave me my life back. When I read reviews like these, I honestly think that they were paid for, so it's fair that you'd be skeptical; that being said, I hate leaving reviews for anything, so I only do it if it's a truly special occasion. At first, I was afraid that it was a scam because they flooded me with texts like one second after putting my info on their site, which I legitimately think they should stop doing. It wasn't, though, and after I had Max Pierson take personal care to walk me through the steps I felt much better. It took a good three weeks and I skipped my old car payment -due to miscommunication- so for a second I had my first late/missed payment ever: both things were mostly because my old lender had terrible businesses practices. That was scary and definitely something that could have been avoided. Regardless, at the end my car loan was paid and the late payment was retired. My experience with RefiJet was amazing and so easy from start to finish. I had originally received a letter about refinancing my car and figure great this is going to be a major pain. But I went online on a Saturday and filled out the little bit of information needed and submitted it. Within a hour I was contacted by a representative that verified the information I had provided, then told me that they would get back to me the following Monday. Not but a few hours later I received a phone call from Karen Friedman let me know that they had already found a bank that would drop my interest rate some, but if I waited until Monday she had one that she was sure would drop it lower. After accepting the second offer it was then on me to send over all the proper documentation needed. Which I run into multiple problems with, but Karen Friedman was right there the entire way and allowed me to email documents to her that I had problems uploading. This was almost a month ago and still at this time she contacts me to make sure that everything is going well, and to answer any questions I have through the whole process. My initial contact was with ease, clarity & professionalism. I was a little hesitant as I never did this before & was hoping it wasn't going to be scam. Once my representative called, my anxiety level went down. I provided them with what they need & the entire went smooth. In less than 24 hrs, everything was done as they found a company who refinanced my car & within a week a check was sent to pay off my old loan. The key is to listen to what they need as it's coming from the company who is picking up your loan. The entire people I dealt with at Refi was very helpful. I definitely will recommend to family, friends & others as well as use again. They worked to get me the best deal with a great company. It's been about a month. I made my first low payment to the new company. A few days after that, Refi sent me a $30 gift card to shop at Amazon. Within days after my loan was paid off, my old lender sent a refund check as my loan was overpaid. I figure any overage would take forever. I had a really great experience with my refijet representative Sergio L.He was fantastic from the gate. He reassured me as long as I provided all the necessary documents in a timely manner that he would be able to assure me that the refi will be done as quickly as possible. And that was so true. Not only was he right about the time frame he was very Interactive with me always keeping up with good communication and letting me know where we were in the process- I also appreciate it that he was very personable as well. There was times that yes we did talk about business but I got to know him and trust him and I think that's so important in this day and age now where so many things are going on so I really appreciated that he let me in to his personal space by letting me know what made him come to this company and that really made a big difference in me sticking with this company we're going with another one he was very transparent. So this company is legit and because they made a great hire in sergio I would highly recommend anyone looking for a refy or any sort of loan Definitely check out this company because my experience was a good one I will be coming here in the future. read more

Because of RefiJet's inaction, my plates expired and I've been unable to legally drive my car for weeks. I started a lease buyout with them in late September 2025 and paid extra for them to handle the title and Virginia registration. They requested the title from my leaseholder on October 14, it was released on October 16, and then they sat on it until November 11 -- when they finally sent it to Virginia only after I chased them for missing loan documents. Since then, every person I've spoken with has been defensive and unhelpful, repeating "the process takes a long time" instead of admitting they caused the delay. As of December 15, my registration is expired, my plates are unusable, and RefiJet somehow had my new plates sent to their address, so I'm still waiting for them just to mail me what I need to drive. If you value your time, your sanity, or your ability to use your own car, steer clear of RefiJet. read more

Alli Engel went above and beyond to answer the nearly bottomless list of questions, inquiries, and what-ifs to put us at ease during this refi. If that were all, we could call the experience good, but she took the time to get to know my specific and unique circumstances around the refi and always saw to it that every concern was addressed. While the exact refinance didn't look as I had initially hoped, it's hard to argue with a one-year shortened term AND a lower monthly payment. Rarely are the words "customer service" anything other than hyperbole but in this instance, not only was Alli a prime example of what customer service should be, she could have been the very definition. My experience with Refijet was great, but to ascend to such a level, it takes more than simply changing who the check gets sent to, it also takes great people. I left the dealership with horrible financing , Mitch Kelley at RefiJet lowered my interest rate substantially before my first payment was even due. Not only was he very skilled and helpful, he was also friendly and very kind. I would recommend that you deal with Mitch Kelley. I talked to several other lenders that will call you when you apply and Mitch was the least pushy with the most to offer. No running to the public notary, printing documents or running to the fed ex store to have documents over night. I did it all on my phone while carrying on with my day just like I normally would. I did my due diligence and entertained offers from others , they offered $0 fees but couldn't come through , so I turned back to Mitch at refijet and he moved forward with no hard feelings. I had a hiccup with my credit score die to 1 payment being 30 days late. This 1 payment out of hundreds caused my score to plummet 200 points, this in turn caused other credit card companies to reduce my limit which caused my usage percentage to become higher. Now the score is steadily dropping. With a score of 520 the only vehicle financing I could get was at 25.5 % hence a $513 payment. I couldn't catch a break until I heard about refi they were amazing. Stephen Mccloud explained everyhing to me and to my surprise he found a lender that would refinance me for 5%. The overall experience was amazing. The loan rep Zach lies and says and said it will take 2-5 business days to fund the loan. i had to do his job for him by calling the credit union funding my loan to ask if they needed any more documentation. They needed an updated registration. I sent that to them, the CU funded the loan on Friday. it's now a week later and they still have not sent my payoff to GM Financial. I call and asked they lady on the phone was a B@&$! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SALES PITCH! They scrub the internet for bad reviews to try to silence people. take a look at the reviews on Reddit!
