We test drove it and were not going to buy that day. Fully expecting to be talked into buying it and getting the whole sales pitch, we were pleasantly surprised that was not the case at all. We had such a positive experience that after we drove away we decided to come back and buy the car. Then, we had some problems come up. We were having a really difficult time with getting a bank loan and these guys were so patient and extremely helpful through this process and telling us our options (but never pressuring us to do anything). We ended up getting it all sorted out and left happy with our car. Fast forward about three weeks later, the car starts acting up. It wasn't running well and left us wondering if we were sold a lemon. We decided to call these guys and tell them about the car troubles. They told us to bring the car back to them to have it worked on so we (hesitantly) did that since they initially seemed like such honest guys that it didn't make sense that they would have purposefully sold us this dud. They made it SO right. They put 110% into determining the problem and fixing everything for us. It ended up being something very complex that took a LOT of extra work..not just lifting the hood and replacing one part. This would have cost us a fortune from the dealership and we really lucked out by using their services. These guys are not in the business of screwing people over which is so refreshing in a business with such a bad reputation for doing just that.

After the test drive, I was still interested in the car but they had not done an inspection, and the warranty included in the price of the vehicle was not extensive enough for me to feel comfortable purchasing it without one. Cliff was very gracious and allowed me to have my preferred mechanic pick up and inspect the car on Monday (8/24). The inspection found a few issues and some potential issues. The immediate retail cost for me to service the vehicle "needs" was estimated at $870; with a follow on cost for new tires depending on selection, but certainly no less than $400. With this in mind we negotiated to have Antera service only the "needs" and I would pay their full asking price (which would leave me to purchase tires at some point in the future). Regrettably the manager didn't agree with these terms, and did not offer a counter, so we parted on good terms but without a deal. Today (8/28), I was contacted by Cliff (very cordially) and was told the manager had agreed to fix one of the two "needs" at the full asking price. Unfortunately I had purchased a very similar car from another dealership two days ago (8/26). If not, I would have considered this counter... ... would seem to me a missed opportunity given the delay in proposing a counter; otherwise all other elements to a car buying process were fine.

Saw their internet posting and drove to Loveland to check it out. It is an old gas station turned into a car lot. Pretty basic, but the vehicles they had were good. It is a father son business. Bryan met us in the lot, listened and came up with a few ideas. Talked about the pros and cons of the various options. Very casual and comfortable discussions. I asked for a CarFax and he went and got it right away. He stated he does that prior to bringing in any vehicles that he is going to resell. He does not resell vehicles that show an accident. Long story short, we settled on a vehicle and put down a small deposit. Came back with a trade in, which they gave us a good amount for. they also have a 3 month warranty on all their sales. Should not have a problem in 3 months, but if it was to go south, that is when it would happen. Brandon did the closing paperwork, pretty straight forward. They do offer an extended warranty via another company, pros and cons on any extended warranty. We did not select. Brandon finished up the paperwork and we were on our way. They seemed to be very straight forward. Good vehicles, good pricing. Similar vehicles in Boulder Denver were higher and not as clean. I would definitely make the drive back to Loveland for a future used car buy with them.

Recently my husband and I found a vehicle online that was available for purchase at the Loveland…read moreAuto Integrity location. They post their cars on a variety of car sales websites. Because this dealership was over 2 hours from us, we called them and inquired about the state of the vehicle. We were told that it ran great, was mechanically sound and that it only had a few little dents and scratches (typical for a 6yo vehicle). We got there 2 hours later and immediately it was obvious that the body damage was understated. The "scratches" were actually an area on the drivers side where someone scraped the car along a pole of some sort and subsequently tore off some molding. The entire molding strip was missing off the rear bumper, the front bumper had holes dented into it from driving into something, and the window tint was damaged. We also discovered that one of the automatic windows didn't work, the spare was missing, and there were several buttons/accessories/molding pieces inside the vehicle that were ripped out or missing. Why wasn't this mentioned before we drove 2 hours to view it? We took the car to a mechanic and were told that the transmission was likely "slipping" and would need costly repairs. We knew something was wrong with the vehicle because it wouldn't accelerate properly.. Instead, it would rev high and jerk just prior to hitting 7000rpm. I know very little about cars but the issue was so obvious any driver would know that something was wrong. When this was mentioned to the dealership they ACTED totally surprised, as if they were unaware of this very obvious defect. (The salesman acted strangely, shooting up multiple red flags with his body language, tone of voice, and his "amnesia" when it came to specific details) The mechanic also showed us various parts under the hood that had be replaced improperly. There was a wood screw plugging a vacuum hose and a sensor just hanging loose with nothing to attach it to. The turbo pipe was smashed between other parts which likely contributed to the various issues under the hood. It was the mechanic's opinion that the vehicle was once heavily modified but those parts were removed prior to sale/repossession and it was just haphazardly thrown back together. He also stated that some crucial parts were missing and other parts were not correct for the model of vehicle. I understand that there will be issues with used cars. However, it is not acceptable to me that this dealer did not disclose any of these major issues with us before driving 120mi to view a very defective vehicle. When we asked to view a Carfax we were given a dirty look and were provided with one that stated that the vehicle had been titled and in their possession for 13months. When we asked them how long they had it, they stated that they only had it for between 4-6months. Riiiiight. One must also note that Auto Integrity rents out the vehicles they sell so these automobiles are titled as fleet vehicles (very obvious on a Carfax). We all know how people treat rentals, so imagine how trashed a rental car is from a seedy rental lot like this one. Auto Integrity only has a few cars on this lot, so one would safely assume that they would be familiar with the ones they have... ESPECIALLY when a car has such a major issue as a TRANSMISSION DEFECT. The mechanic told us the fix would be extremely costly and to definitely pass on the car. The worst thing a salesman can do is lie to a potential buyer. I would have rated this dealer much higher had they admitted that there were issues with this car (a 2005 Jetta GLI). However, it was extremely obvious that they were hiding something and all it took was a visit to a mechanic to confirm our suspicions. There is a reason these guys are NOT BBB APPROVED!!! They also do not offer ANY guarantee on their vehicles (not even 24hours) which should send up a huge red flag. Steer clear of Auto Integrity (such a misleading name don't you think?) and buy from dealerships that stand behind their vehicles and who actually do thorough and honest inspections on them prior to their sale. Remember: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!!

However after getting the truck home I had nothing but problems with the truck. They claimed to have fixed an engine oil leak and other things and even showed the invoice for the work and parts. Less then 2 months of having a constant leak that no one could find and the rear main seal went out on the interstate and stranded me. After getting it into a shop and having that fixed, I learned that the front differential is going out as well as some shady transmission work that was done that needed to be fixed to be reliable and safe. I would not recommend this shop for a used car and especially would not recommend for any kind of service.

Around 3pm I called to see how things went and from what I gathered nothing had happened and they didn't find the key and new nothing as to my Mavrick being there. After a discussion this morning (Monday3-30-2026) with Travis the service manager we got things worked out and he's going to look into the severe lack of communication Saturday.
