Del and Crystal helped me through the whole process and didn't pressure me to make decisions until I was ready.

Well, Norman, the salesman was very kind and friendly, actually delightful! And, the car we ended up with is running great now (fingers crossed), after $1523 worth of work done on it since purchase 13 days ago: - new tires - noted at the purchase as part of the "As Is" - 4 different tire years - 2 different tire brands - cracked rubber on the inside of the front 2 tires - oil change (way overdue according to the color) - Not accounted for by this used car dealer - When my mechanic changed the oil, the plug was found to be cross- threaded so a new oil pan was needed to be installed - stereo does not work - noted at the purchase as part of the "As Is" - spare key "2nd Key" is not cut/does not work - NOT noticed until a week after purchase: - "No we cannot pay for that." Asisasisasis. I had a FREE pre-purchase inspection at Big O and they only found that the car needed: - new wipers - new tires NO mention of immediate brake needs. I visited the used car dealer today (13 days after purchase) and asked about their process for inspecting cars before they go on the lot. Asisasisasis replied, "Absolutely, we carefully inspect all cars before they go on the lot for sale to make sure they are running properly and are safe." Well, the short story is that I took the car to my mechanic to have the brakes fixed after a grinding sound came from the rear right tire 5 days after purchase while braking. I went back to the used car dealer today to see if they would cover the cost. Asisasisasis replied, "No, how are we to know that the brakes were bad? You should have brought it to us to get checked out." 2 ISSUES with this response: This used car dealer works with the mechanic that serviced my brake safety issue and still said that they would not honor the mechanic's analysis of the metal on metal brake issue. It could only be done by their mechanics. I asked, "Why would I bring it to your mechanics if they had already missed the issue from their safety and service inspection that you said ALL cars go through. Either whomever inspected it is negligent for not performing their job, OR it was never inspected in the first place, OR you knowingly sold a car with a brake safety issue." Asisasisasis replied, "Have a good day." as they walked away. Moral: - research the used car dealer that you are considering visiting - consider using a used car broker through your Costco membership or other - always have a pre-purchase inspection done from a mechanic for a charged fee ($100 for about an hour) - Request ALL information on the vehicle that you are considering: - CarFax - Safety inspection prior to going to the lot - length of time it has been on the lot - research the appropriate negotiation process for the car using a generative AI tool - if you are considering trading in your exiting vehicle, consider alternatives before agreeing to "We will give you $200 for the trade in (typical bottom-line amount); It will cost us more than that to take it to auction." - You may be able to get 2-5 times that amount by searching for scrap, junker, or failed car purchasers) - Peddle - Cash For Cars - SellCarUs - donate to Habitat for Humanity - feels a lot better than $200 for your trade in - Strongly consider visiting another used car dealer unless your family member works at this one.

It took a couple of visits back but they kept there word. The customer service at this dealership has always been top notch. When my employment shifted and I was having a rough time, Heather and Mike always worked with me. I am very thankful for that. Am I in love with the car, I purchased? No, lol but I also understand that this particular make and model is notorious for mechanical issues after 100k miles. When my radiator cracked Mike helped me get a greatly reduced price to help repair it at their mechanic. Instead of costing me $2000 to repair , it cost me $500 and I am eternally grateful. I can not blame them for problems that happened well after I drove off the lot. Plus cars will have issues after 100k miles. Especially this one. If I could turn back time I wouldn't of bought this car but still would of purchased from them. I was in a tough situation and needed a car desperately and they delivered. I think if you meet them half way they will go out of their way. They are decent people who try to help working people who need to get to point A to B. My situation has improved and now that I paid off my car I will be back there to buy again and looking forward to working with Regina. Reading these reviews I don't understand how people don't realize you buy these cars as is.They help out the best they can with obvious issues (from my POV). I knew buying an older car there would be mechanical issues to deal with. Just how it goes. Sprinkler seems to help people in the community get on their feet and treat people with respect. I had less than ideal credit and unlike the big box dealerships they didn't treat me like a leper or talk down to me. That goes far in my book. Anyhow, I just wanted to counter some of these trash talking reviews.

I get to the dealer and Heather disgusting person she is decided to tell me that her and the owner Willie, who is just as useful that we decided to return the car and and part ways what a wake up call that was not even the conversation I had the day prior things healed up. I decided to leave with the vehicle because it's technically still my vehicle legally, they tried to stand in front of the cars. I cannot leave the lot. They grabbed the door handle and made a bunch of allegations against me that was not true. This is horrible dealer and I hope whoever looks at this review stays far away from them and does not give them your business. They will screw you over and take your money and run with it. All they care about is getting that paycheck. Cooper is just about useless as the other ones not a dealer I would ever purchase a car and I regret every day wasting my time here. I have a paper from Heather stating if I bring back the car, they will not report it to credit and it will be just a mutual agreement and now everything has changed. The damage on the car was pretty bad on the passenger back quarter panel, they didn't even help to fix it. The owner said he was gonna pay me the taxes I paid in the beginning at the end cause they are to cheap, 40+ years I business doesn't mean anything to any customer in my eyes just another dealer to get screwed over! But that's OK. I've already been in contact with the lawyer. I've sent all the documents. All the conversations I have had with this dealer along with the paper that Heather sent me in text and all the calls are recorded with our conversation as well as I left a voicemail to the dealer board so we will see what happens and we will see the consequences this dealer can get! After I left the dealer yesterday, the car died on me so I had to park in the parking lot and had planned on going to get it last night and when I did and had my insurance tow it, the car was gone and the dealer came and got it without advising me

However the quality of the car was completely disingenuous. We received the car about two weeks after the purchase. About 2 weeks after receiving the car we noticed the paint on the passenger side of the car was bubbling and peeling on the doors and door jams. We reached out to the dealership multiple times and were told "let me look into that" and would not receive a call back. We then moved to email communication with Zach at frontline. There was several back and forth emails explaining that the quality of the vehicle was not disclosed. He offered to have us bring the car down and get it repaired 3 hours away. Which means days off of work, paying for a hotel, and leaving my wife alone with three small children, which I explained was not possible and was offered "500$ and to move on with our lives". Our deductible for our insurance is 1000$ and the amount of paint repair needing to be done is about 4500$. We received completely unprofessional email of "understood. I tried". I understand this is probably a one off situation, but feel as though the disingenuous and lack of response is warranted for a poor review. I personally would not recommend frontline auto brokers at this time to any colleagues or friends.
