Alex (owner/son) and me in front of my new-to-me SUV.
Beth F.

I loved working with Alex and Angel to buy my car. It is a family owned business and they are father and son duo. They were straight-forward, fair and low pressure. Once I found a car that I was interested in, I sent a mobile inspector to check out the car and the report came back clean. The transaction and paperwork was all very easy. I met a lot of dealers (20+) in my search for a used SUV and most were high pressure and sleazy. It's such a pleasure to spend money with nice people. Two big thumbs up.

I talked every day with Dal and he was the nicest all the time. They have amazing prices and they are really reliable cars. Please don't think twice on going there to check out their dealer. They are amazing.

We purchased a 2007 Toyota minivan from Burgio Motors, and our salesperson, Glenn, was very…read moreaccommodating throughout the initial purchase. We sat down, discussed the vehicle, and I also completed the financing through the dealership without any problems. Glenn explained some of the work that had been done to the van, and overall the buying process started out very well. However, my wife and I specifically asked whether everything on the van worked properly, and we were clearly told that it did. I test drove the van, and during the test drive everything I checked seemed to work, including the radio and air conditioning. Unfortunately, after purchasing the vehicle, we discovered that was not entirely the case. The online listing stated that the van had power sliding doors, but there was nothing in the listing indicating that one of those power doors did not work. I believe something like that should have been disclosed before the sale, especially after we specifically asked whether everything worked. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the ABS and VSC warning lights came on. I called Glenn immediately, and he told me they would take care of it. There was also a low tire warning light showing. Glenn mentioned that the tire had been filled, so it appeared the issue might have been a sensor. Again, this was something I would have appreciated knowing before completing the purchase. After getting the van home, I initially thought there might also be a leak. I later realized that was not the case, but I still brought the van back that day to the dealership and spoke with Ray. At that time, I asked if they could address the power door, check the tire warning light, tell me where the spare tire was located, and change the oil. I made it clear that I was willing to pay for the oil change. I was told, "No problem, we will take care of it." Today, Monday, I received a call and was told they were not responsible for fixing the power door. The tire warning light was still on, the oil had not been changed, and nothing was mentioned about the location of the spare tire. And Glenn said it has already left the lot sold. My disappointment is really about communication and following through on what was promised. If a dealership tells a customer they are going to take care of something, especially immediately after the sale, I believe they should do their best to follow through. These were relatively simple issues that could have completely changed my experience. Disclosing that one power door did not operate, addressing the tire warning light, and simply answering my question about the spare tire would have gone a long way. I would have gladly left a much higher rating and considered Burgio Motors again in the future if these concerns had been handled as promised. Unfortunately, because they were not, I feel this rating accurately reflects my true overall experience

Not sure what's going on w/ Yelp but it's not an accurate representation of my experience. I called Booth on 1/29 and spoke w/ Rick. Set up an appt for the following day for the vehicle I was looking for. I arrived on 1/30 with the vehicle pulled up and ready for my inspection. Rick came in on his day off to assist with the test drive and answer any questions. It was all very low-pressure and Rick was personable and worked with me, explaining options without pushing unnecessary options or warranties. This was the easiest and fastest vehicle purchase I have ever been a part of. Thank you, Rick, and thanks Booth Motors!

My daughter purchased a car from Booth Motors believing she was buying a clean-title vehicle. When…read moreshe went to register the car in Wyoming, she was told that the vehicle's VIN was showing a SALVAGE/title brand in the NMVTIS database. As a result, Wyoming will not issue her title. We've contacted Booth Motors and have given them multiple opportunities to resolve the issue. We were told that the problem appeared to be an error and that the dealership was working with the parties involved to get it corrected. Unfortunately, despite those assurances, when my daughter followed up with the Wyoming title office, she was told that the record had not been corrected and the problem remained unresolved. Throughout this process, we've had to repeatedly follow up to obtain information and answers. Communication has been extremely frustrating, with messages going unanswered even when we were simply asking for confirmation of whether the promised correction had actually been completed. This has become a prolonged and stressful experience that has left her unable to obtain the Wyoming title she needs. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Booth Motors to verify the title history independently and make sure the title can be transferred and registered in their home state before completing a purchase. We hope Booth Motors ultimately takes responsibility for resolving this matter appropriately, but based on our experience to date, we CANNOT RECOMMEND this dealership. I wish we could give them a ZERO RATING.

It took a couple of visits back but they kept there word. The customer service at this dealership has always been top notch. When my employment shifted and I was having a rough time, Heather and Mike always worked with me. I am very thankful for that. Am I in love with the car, I purchased? No, lol but I also understand that this particular make and model is notorious for mechanical issues after 100k miles. When my radiator cracked Mike helped me get a greatly reduced price to help repair it at their mechanic. Instead of costing me $2000 to repair , it cost me $500 and I am eternally grateful. I can not blame them for problems that happened well after I drove off the lot. Plus cars will have issues after 100k miles. Especially this one. If I could turn back time I wouldn't of bought this car but still would of purchased from them. I was in a tough situation and needed a car desperately and they delivered. I think if you meet them half way they will go out of their way. They are decent people who try to help working people who need to get to point A to B. My situation has improved and now that I paid off my car I will be back there to buy again and looking forward to working with Regina. Reading these reviews I don't understand how people don't realize you buy these cars as is.They help out the best they can with obvious issues (from my POV). I knew buying an older car there would be mechanical issues to deal with. Just how it goes. Sprinkler seems to help people in the community get on their feet and treat people with respect. I had less than ideal credit and unlike the big box dealerships they didn't treat me like a leper or talk down to me. That goes far in my book. Anyhow, I just wanted to counter some of these trash talking reviews.

I had paint protection film added to the car and I was told the front bumper was repainted at some point. Brought the issue up to the finance person, he said it was a salesperson issue and that was out of his realm. There was never any extension that he would follow up with the sales team and that was the end of the conversation. The sales team reached out separately to make sure I got them the title to my vehicle that I traded in, which I did as soon as I received it in the mail, and I brought up the repainted bumper and that I wasn't thrilled with how the situation was handled. I let them know I wouldn't have bought the car knowing it might have had an issue or been in an accident. The car I bought was a trade from a personal friend of one of the sales people so I figured it was good. I asked for some sort of compensation knowing that I would likely get dinged for it in the future when I would go to trade or sell it. Once I mentioned getting compensation the communication stopped. A few months later, now I'm out of the vehicle and bought an extended warranty so I thought I could cancel it. Turns out this one isn't cancellable and I wasn't informed of that prior to purchasing it. First they wanted me to purchase the extended warranty at around $8k, which was outrageous as the vehicle I was trading in I purchased an extended warranty for around $3k. I was able to get a refund on the vehicle I traded in to them. Had I known that the warranty on the car I bought from Prestige wasn't cancelable I would have never purchased it. The finance manager called to let me know this particular one wasn't cancellable, but they do have ones that are cancellable. I was never told so now I've thrown away a couple thousand dollars for nothing. Avoid this dealership, it's not worth the headache for new or used vehicles.
