We purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the beginning of August. We live about 3 hours away from the dealership and worked with Anthony. He was easy to work with. However the quality of the car was completely disingenuous. We received the car about two weeks after the purchase. About 2 weeks after receiving the car we noticed the paint on the passenger side of the car was bubbling and peeling on the doors and door jams. We reached out to the dealership multiple times and were told "let me look into that" and would not receive a call back. We then moved to email communication with Zach at frontline. There was several back and forth emails explaining that the quality of the vehicle was not disclosed. He offered to have us bring the car down and get it repaired 3 hours away. Which means days off of work, paying for a hotel, and leaving my wife alone with three small children, which I explained was not possible and was offered "500$ and to move on with our lives". Our deductible for our insurance is 1000$ and the amount of paint repair needing to be done is about 4500$. We received completely unprofessional email of "understood. I tried". I understand this is probably a one off situation, but feel as though the disingenuous and lack of response is warranted for a poor review. I personally would not recommend frontline auto brokers at this time to any colleagues or friends. read more

I have filed complaints with the Attorney General of Colorado separately and with the Auto Division, the Attorney General of New Mexico, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission regarding my experience with Frontline Auto and encourage others that have been taken advantage of this dealership to do the same so that someday they might be held accountable for their business practices. I purchased a truck from Frontline Auto Brokers in June and the first time I took it to my mechanic, he reported a significant amount of rust on the frame that was painted over and not visible until it was lifted in the shop along with a couple of other major repairs. I have reached out to Frontline multiple times since 7/17/25 with the only resolution presented on 7/22/25 was for me to purchase a frame kit and drive from New Mexico, where I live, to Colorado and they would "install it for you no charge. I have never personally done it here, but I talked to a shop that does it quite often and it sounds really easy to do". When I explained that this would not be satisfactory to me, as I purchased the vehicle for full asking price without knowledge of the rusted frame and am unable to spend any more money on a vehicle that I just purchased for way more than it is worth considering the damaged frame. I took my vehicle to a body repair shop in Albuquerque on 7/25/25 and was informed that the rust was starting to eat through the paint that was covering the rest of the frame and was told that I would most likely require an entire frame replacement costing approximately $10,236.70. I was called by the owner, Zack Kolanda, on 7/25/2025 at 1:22 pm but he hung up as soon as he was informed the call was being recorded to protect both parties. I am awaiting them to respond to the BBB complaint that I filed, but as I now see, there are other complaints against them without any resolution, I will now begin the process of posting reviews to hopefully warn others about dealing with them. read more

I'm sure there are vehicles here that are just fine, but my advice is GET A PRE PURCHASE INSPECTION DONE WITH YOUR OWN MECHANIC. It's a small price to pay, and a good thing we did. We were ready to buy a 2018 Ford Edge for my wife. Our mechanic found multiple things wrong with the vehicle, the biggest being multiple rat's nests throughout the vehicle. The rodents had also chewed through tons of wiring that was visible during the inspection and who knows where else. They will clean the car and make the inside look like new but do not be fooled. Unfortunately I'm almost equally as disappointed in myself as this unethical dealership. For not trusting the multiple bad reviews, as well as my common sense before buying. I just thought I'd take a chance with outrageous gas prices, and the vehicle being a Hybrid. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata with just over 148,000 miles. Seemed clean and no big cosmetic flaws or damage. And seeming mechanically sound. I thought at the time the asking price of $9995 was fair, being a Hybrid. Even being the base model. After leaving the dealership, I didn't even get home before noticing a chirp in a drive belt pulley or tensioner. As well as the strong smell of coolant. I also had buyers remorse after seeing comparable cars at an equal or lower price, which included dealer handling fees & a thorough prior inspection. Neither of which this dealer offers. Knowing the hassle and frugal / shady practices of their included third party limited warranty, I was apprehensive about the thought of having to deal with that & the potential extra costs. (Especially for a newly purchased car. They wouldn't entertain the sincere request to return the vehicle, although I understand contractually (not their policy.) However, any company with integrity would be a little less dismissive in these circumstances. They did however offer to let me trade the car in, for something different after about a month. Wow! Can I please acquire more debt after becoming grossly upside down in equity? No thanks. Quite belittling. My next move is reluctantly playing the third party warranty game. December 20, 2019 UPDATE: SO the the front bumper end and hood panel came off today while she was driving the car. That was fun (NOT!!). Apparently the clips holing it together were worn. It took us a week to find the replacement clips as Dodge no longer manufactures these. We repaired it at home. Meanwhile, it has a gas pan oil leakage which Frontline was aware at the time of the original problems but chose not to fix it while it was under warranty with their full warranty. Lessons learned the hard way. Update: Justin took the vehicle in for several days. Apparently the ball joint broke. They replaced the axle and ball joint. Their 30 days warranty covered the repair ($100 deductible). They kept the vehicle for a few days to make sure nothing else was out of wack. We drove the vehicle home from Denver on I 25, during a snow storm. Vehicle handled well, although it feels like something is still off with the suspension. We'll need to look into that next. So after purchasing this vehicle we have spent $321 total on repairs within the first 30 days. Due to the ball joint/ axle, there is now a dent in the front panel where it was sitting on top of the wheel. So, depending on what you expect from a used auto sales dealer, you might think it's great, you might not. For us, we've experienced far better. We have also experienced worse. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! Bought a hyundai sonata from this place a year or two ago. At first they seemed to be good people trying to help me in a tough spot. I bought the car and 2 months later the engine needed to be replaced. I was very lucky to have purchased the service warranty because had I not I would be $6000 in the hole. My troubles didn't stop there. I have had numerous problems with the car that they guaranteed would be a great car for a long time. I can't give this place zero stars and that sucks, because they aren't worth a star. They sold my friend a Jeep and in less than a week, it had transmission issues. When my friend went to call them and explain the problems, Justin, told him that it was my friend's fault, "what do you expect when you buy a car with that many miles?" Guess what, Justin, you had no issues selling a car with that many miles a few days, earlier. My friend took the Jeep to get an independent inspection and it turned out that there are a lot of issues with car; fluid leaks (Oil, transmission, and power steering fluid); water pump issues, timing cover, automatic transmission, and various other things. Justin got his commission, and it seems like he just wants to ignore my friend's issues. My friend called, asking for help, and Justin sent him to the warranty company, which just goes to show that he doesn't care for his customers and that's ridiculous. So, I bought a Mini from these guys and the test drive went fine, no visible issues, leaks, etc... Well turns out after you drive it for about 30 minutes or so and stop at a light or a drive through, the car smokes like crazy on take off. I took it to Mini of Loveland and found out this is a common issue on Mini's and that the oil filter housing gaskets along with the supply and return lines for the turbo needed to be replaced. Almost a 1,800 dollar bill because of the labor involved. I took it back to Frontline and they took it to "their" mechanic and brought it back and said that he could do the work for a thousand, but just the gaskets and not the lines? Oh and this of course was not covered under their useless free warranty. A day after I bought it, and I have to fork out an other 1,000 to 2,000 dollars on top of what I bought the car for? They would not stand behind the car they sold me, acted like the dealership had no idea what they were talking about, and wanted me to trust and pay their mechanic to fix it. This dealership is worthless and should not be allowed to scam people the way that they do. I wound up doing the work myself and the car runs great now (no thanks to Frontline). An other knock on them is this, financing. They offered me 3 different loan options through their creditors and when I looked at the interest rates on these offers, I thought there is no way. So I contacted my bank USAA and got my loan at 3% less interest than their lowest offer? WTH? There was also a crack in the windshield which they did replace in a timely fashion, but that is the only positive thing I can say about this establishment. Do yourself a favor, save yourself a head ache, and buy elsewhere. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and wish I had read the multitude of other negative reviews before I bought a car from them. read more

These guys at Frontline Auto Brokers sell polished lemons. I bought a 2014 Toyota Tundra from them and I asked them if the previous owner was a smoker. They claimed they knew the previous owner and he did not smoke. There was a weird smell in the vehicle when I bought it. They obviously used something to coverup the smell of cigarettes'. Now two weeks later you can diffidently smell that the previous owner was a cigarette smoker. Also they had turned off the park sensors (unknown to me) The left front park sensor does not work and it keeps beeping all the time. Just the other day I had the back window rolled down and when going over bumps I could here the bed assy rattle. I got out of the vehicle and I can move and shake the bed up and down, the bed bolts are loose. Also be sure to check NADA or Kelly Blue Book. I should have known better, They sold me the truck for $5k more than what the truck books out for. These guys are crooks, they cover up problems, and they pride themselves in selling polished lemons. I bought my daughter's first car with Frontline, They will not take the price down, I could probably find a better deal somewhere else. BUT, I was out with the car in one hour, yes, one hour. that was a great fast transaction. Then, problems started, a noisy bearing from the rear wheel, then a check engine light and loss of power, missing door handle part, Frontline, (Justin mostly) took care of me and completely fixed all my issues at no cost. Frontline were responsive, communicative, took responsibility and addressed my concerns. I can definitely understand that a used car can have its issues, I guess the car could be better tested before handed over to a customer. We purchased a 2012 A4 with a useless warranty from Frontline. When we got home one of the headlights wasn't working. I called and they repaired it right away. Good on them. We were told everything was in great working order. Well.... I have now spent 1000.00 on oil leaks and another 1000.00 on brakes. The car's oil light kept coming on even after oil was put in the engine, so I took it to Audi. After another 500.00 in diagnostic charges we found out the car has an oil consumption problem and it will be TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix. The warranty won't help at all. I was fooled into thinking the gentlemen that work at frontline are great guys. Not the case. BUYER BEWARE. I am planning to report them to the BBB also. I bought a car here a couple of months ago. The were very nice when I was looking around. The car had some visible damage like a break in the window, the electric circuit not working, some dent, etc. I didn't mind them except for the window, which thy promise will fix after the winter is over. I called and called and they denied the fix. Don't buy from this seller if the car has anything wrong! If so, make them to add it to the contract or a signed repair compromised. They aren't worth trust people. I had to repair the car for brakes also, change everything! It cost me $400 just 2 weeks after taking it form the shop. We bought a BMW at Frontline Auto Brokers, Longmont at the beginning of June, 2022 and we have regretted it every day since! We asked if there were any mechanical issues that needed to be addressed and if there were any problems with the transmission. They told us the BMW was meticulously maintained and in perfect mechanical condition with a perfect transmission that had no issues whatsoever. We decided to purchase the BMW and that was a mistake that we have regretted every day since. On the 3rd day, the BMW was barely running. The car would not accelerate even when the pedal was pushed to the floor and the check engine light was on. We can walk faster than the car would accelerate which made driving dangerous. We took it to the mechanic and he found a code for a sensor and then spent a good deal of time looking over the BMW for 2 days. We got the worst news, the transmission was failing and it could not be driven. The transmission had to be replaced along with the sensor and the back light assembly because it had the wrong wattage bulb that melted the wiring and that' shows how well they check out and take care of the cars they sell. We contacted Bob at Frontline but he didn't care. He was not shocked or surprised when we explained what repairs the BMW needed which seemed odd. He told us the 1 month warranty would cover the cost of the needed repairs but that was a lie. The warranty caps at $1500 but the total cost of the repairs the BMW needs is $6700. We called Bob again and relayed the distressing information and this time he was worse. We told him we wanted to return the BMW but Bob wasn't willing to do that and he told us, "you get what you pay for," as he laughed at our expense. He was downright giddy as he mocked us. What kind of manager treats customers who bought a car for $9995 that way? Certainly not a good manager! We wanted to talk to the owner but we were told hie would not be in for at least a couple of weeks. We certainly should have received the vehicle in "perfect " mechanical condition like it was advertised to be. We have not seen our BMW for just about a month, since the day it went into the shop. We were lied to plain and simple. The "as is" clause does not give a car dealer the right to conceal massive problems like a bad transmission and lie about the condition of the vehicle. All of the mechanical issues should have been disclosed prior to the sale of the BMW but that is not what Bob or the sales associate did. We would not have bought the BMW if we had known that it needed a new transmission along with other costly repairs. We finally heard from the owner, Zach Kolada , and while we had hoped for the best, we truly got the worst! Zach is dishonest, dismissive and antagonistic, as well, and it is clear that Zach approves of the deceitful antics Bob used and all their staff uses to sell junk cars for highly inflated prices. Their first rule is deceive the customer and convince them that the cars are in excellent and/or perfect mechanical condition so they can sell inferior cars to unsuspecting customers, many of whom will get a huge surprise when they find themselves with repairs that cost hundreds or thousands of dollars within days. We have 5 independent mechanics who have told us the same thing, that the dealer had to know that the transmission was bad because major mechanical issues don't just magically happen when you drive a car off the lot. The best advice we can give you is to bypass Frontline Auto Brokers if you want to find a good car that is mechanically sound from a dealer with integrity. We hope others learn from our mistake and save themselves from a nightmare that lies ahead, for a good number of customers, if hey go ahead and purchase a vehicle from the worst car dealer we have ever encountered! read more

I just purchased a used vehicle from Frontline Auto on Thursday. I was strongly encouraged to use a Denver residence even though I own a house here, I reside in Montana. The company could've changed my registration to Montana so I could save $1600 in state taxes. I shouldn't have to pay taxes in a state where I don't live. However, they would not help me. I called them and the salesman, Rick, said "sorry bro". Only after a scathing email did they offer to "make it right". I declined their offer to have their mechanic "make it right". If they had any integrity... they would have "made it right" before they sold it. At least I got a free inspection... but according to 2 of the 3 diagnostic codes the car is spewing, I won't pass next time. It probably won't last a year anyway. The pictures I posted show the oil dipstick and housing. When my son got the car home, I went to check the oil and the entire assembly fell apart. I called ahead so they could have the vehicle ready when I got there and it was still parked on the street in mud and water and they had no floor mats! BE SURE TO TAKE ANY VEHICLE YOU LOOK AT HERE TO YOUR OWN PERSONAL MECHANIC BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO BUY!!! I purchased a vehicle from these guys last spring and within 3 days found out that the AWD did not work at all. They told me to take it to a repair shop and have the shop diagnose the issue. So, I did just that. After diagnosis, they told me to call the extended warranty company to see if they would cover the repairs. So, I did just that. No-go on warranty coverage. They then told me to have my repair shop put it back together and to bring the vehicle back to them and they would take it to one of their shops and have it repaired. They said, "We'll take care of it for you." So, I did just that. Paid $390 for the diagnosis at my shop and took it to them. About a week later, they call me and tell me that it's fixed and ready to go and it'll cost me $650. Excuse me? What part of, "We'll take care of it for you." did I not understand? After I flat out refused to pay the $650 and offered to split it straight down the middle with them - including the original $390 I've already paid - they still balked. In the end, I could only get them to cover $250 of the bill from their own mechanic. BUYER BEWARE - These guys are definitely not straight-shooters. read more

Typical car buying experience. They were really friendly before the deal was made - not anything spectacular, but nice enough. Let me stipulate that Al, Rick, and the owner, Zach, were cool dudes. Super nice - and I hate EVERYBODY. The sale was low pressure and they got me awesome financing (which I will take credit for since my credit score is excellent). Like most used car dealerships, service post sale sucks. The windshield on the car we wanted was cracked and it was written into the contract that they would send someone to replace it. After almost seven calls to Justin and four weeks later, we finally were told we could make the trip to Longmont to have it replaced. After all that time and Justin dodging us like a bullet, he made my husband feel like a burden and barely acknowledged his existence when he took the car in for the replacement windshield. I consider this crappy service on Justin's part since: 1. We were told they would send someone to us (in Loveland). 2. We had to call Justin on an almost daily basis for more than three weeks. 3. Justin ended up placing the blame on the windshield guy - stating that it was his fault for not calling us...(Likely story). The price of the car was slightly elevated and there was little room for negotiation. This is because they offer a catastrophic warranty and the price of the warranty is included in the price of every automobile...They will negotiate a bit, but remove the warranty if you want a lower price. Nice strategy for unknowing consumers. Additionally, BUYER BEWARE - the warranty ONLY covers catastrophic mechanical issues with the transmission or engine. Bottom line is that this will most likely be an average experience for you as far as the quality of your car and service after the sale. Justin will be nice to you while you're there, but if you're like me, I don't want/need someone to be nice. I want honest/trustworthy service pre and post sale and a reliable vehicle. Pros - The price posted was mostly fair, assuming the car does not have any mechanical problems. They generally do NOT mark up their car that much, so there was a little room for negotiation. We had to leave the place twice and negotiate over the phone three times before agreeing on a price. It was on a subaru outback between 2005-2009. Cons - Bring the car to a mechanic shop (one that does not sell cars to reduce bias) for an inspection because the dealer is likely NOT going to be upfront about any engine issues and will tell you that everything is fine when they did the inspection (not true usually). - The independent mechanic shop told us of a few issues that turned out to be true, and when we brought it to the attention of the dealer, they down-played the cost of the repairs and insisted that they were easy to do ourselves for cheap. The dealer was wrong. The repair needed specialized tools that commoners like us did not have, and so after many hours of dismantling and re-assembling of car parts, we ended up needing to have a mechanic shop perform the repairs after all. Keep in mind that we have a fair knowledge of car mechanics and perform all the maintenance work ourselves on our cars. - We had to ask them to look for a second key, which they found and gave us, but would not have done so if we did not ask.Also, some car keys are very expensive, so do your research and don't take their word that it will cost 50 dollars for a hardware store. Some keys can be many hundreds of dollars. -The sales people can be rude. They focus more on wholesale and not customer service. It is a little rough, but you can play hard ball back. I imagine it is more of an east coast demeanor. No frills and such. Only serious business. We suspect that our windshield wiper fluid was simply water. Make sure to drain and refill with appropriate de-ice wiper fluid. We were pretty disappointed when we realized this when driving in a snow storm and only water was spraying. Overall - Buying a car from any dealership is a tough task. They all will try to take advantage of you. At least at this place, you can play hard ball back by having the car inspected and then if no major repairs are needed, you can negotiate a little bit for a fair price. Beware of a car that has major repair issues because the dealer may not disclose that to you and any free warranty is probably worthless when you read the fine print (which no dealer is willing to provide you prior to purchase). A good buddy of mine bought a Jeep from these guys. Immediately started having issues. Transmission is likely toast, leaks all within a week of purchase. When contacted they basically told him, "what did you expect buying a car with that many miles on it". Luckily it happened within the 1k warranty they sold the car with as my buddy put less than 500 miles on the car since purchase. Buying used is always risky but when you buy from a dealership you'd expect at the very least they aren't selling you trash. I told my buddy Id refer him to our lawyer if the car issues aren't fixed through the warranty as the car was not sellable in the first place. During covid the very least a reputable company would do is remedy any issues that they can to ensure they operate with integrity especially when issues are horrendous within days of sale and car is not mechanically sound. Do yourselves a favor and do not do business with this operation. Longmont is filled with used car lots other dealerships that I know operate with customer service in mind. My wife and I bought a car recently and our experience couldn't have been more positive and the complete opposite of what my friend is enduring at this moment with this company. In search for my son is 1st vehicle an we were referred to Frontline. Very friendly staff an Zach the finance Mgr, was excellent with the financing an very patient an explained everything we needed to know. Week after my son bought his 2002 jeep cherokee he had problems with the motor. I called Zack right away an he informed me if I could get it to them he would take care of everything. I recently purchased a vehicle from Frontline. Friendly people but they are just trying to turn over cars FAST. They called me a week after getting my car to let me know that I had to sign a new bill of sale and that the car mileage was not correct.Time on my end to send in new forms and mail them plus very unprofessional on their part. On top of that I was told there was nothing wrong with the car and the oil had just been changed by them when they brought it in. I got home and noticed cracked taillight and oil that had not been changed since they had it or in the last 10k (So never changed by Frontline when they purchased it). Also First rain storm and I noticed that there was no windshield wiper on the back hatch. On first inspection it looks like there is one but this is just a guard and first time I turned on the wiper it scratched the window. So I paid $400 for dealer cleaning and fees and they did nothing but wash the car before flipping it??? This was not a cheap used car. BMW 90K miles. $11,000. Overall I think it is a nice car but I will definitely go back to craigslist private owners in the future unless I buy certified pre owned from a dealer. I purchased the car for 2K over KBB but it is fairly rare and I am not worried about that just something to be aware of on other vehicles on their lot. Be careful, fully examine the car regardless of what you're told. I am curious what I will notice next. Partially my fault for not checking every single thing but now i know better and Frontline is deceitful. Side note. When I was there I heard the one sales rep looking to replace wheels on a car they bought that had 2 aluminium wheels and 2 steel. That was a warning in hindsight haha. Be CAREFUL there. I have bought about 20 cars, many from internet dealers in my life and have never had this poor of an experience. I called Frontline on a 2007 Prius. I was told over the phone the car is great, no accidents, clean car and it is ready to go. I wanted to make sure before making the 1 hour drive to go look at it. I got there and once again was told the car is ready to go. I asked again about the history and was told it may have had hail damage, but no accidents and it is clean and ready. I take a look at the car and the front two tires are completely bald. I take the car for a test drive and the check engine light comes on. I also asked Steve the salesman who took me on a test drive if the oil had been changed. He said yes, we change the oil and top off all of the fluid on all of our cars. When I get back, I ask about the check engine light and was told yes we knew about that it is just a Catalytic Converter. What? If you knew about it why did you say it was ready to go. Hoping the light would not come on for me until after I bought it? Already had a bad feeling, I should have just walked away. Justin assured me they would take care of it and get it fixed. Also the car comes with an amazing 1,000/1 month warranty, a really great warranty. So Justin said he would have their mechanics replace the part and it would be good to go. Ok, once again I asked if the car had been in any accidents, and was told it may have had hail damage or something dropped on it in the garage, but no accidents. So I end up buying the car, right as I am signing, I ask in conversation, just confirming the oil was changed. Justin said, no we don't change any oil we do not have a pit. What? Steve just told me it was inspected, oil was changed and fluids topped off. Also, we are going to add $399 to the advertised price. I know I should have walked away. I buy the car. Less than a day the giant red triangle of death comes on in the car and the temperature warning light is coming on. The car comes to a crawl to just 30MPH on the highway with my entire family in it! We get to a safe place to pull of and let the car cool down. We take it straight to a local trusted dealer. Here is what they tell me: 1. The incorrect Catalytic Converter was put on the car! 2. The car has been in a front end collision 3. The brakes are bad. That really awesome warranty does not cover any of this, oh yeah it covered nothing that has to do with the hybrid system either. I would not advertise it is an amazing warranty that does not cover the most expensive part of the car! I call front line less than 48 hours after picking up. I let them know I was mislead and the car was misrepresented, and the wrong Catalytic Converter was installed and cause the car to over heat. I said lets just return the car and move on. "No Sorry, As Is" If you can get it up here, we can have our mechanics (the ones that did it wrong in the first place) put another Cat in. I was told by Zac the owner that returning it is not an option and it is illegal to return a car because if he returned it to me he would have to return it for blacks and minorities. I even offered to cover the cost of returning it, and was again told no it is illegal for them to do that. I am not a lawyer, but there is no way it is illegal to take a car back that was clearly misrepresented. It has been less than a week and huge headache. I will update this as things progress, but as of right now I would not recommend this dealer. What is said does not match up to what is written in their paperwork. Verify everything. Read the paperwork carefully. Everyone is very nice and friendly and say they pride themselves in how they do business. I really wished I would have listened to my gut and just moved on, now I am stuck with a car that has been in a collision, is overheating, and I am not comfortable driving my family on a long distance trip with it. read more

I wish I would have read some of these comments before we purchase a car from them. Not really high pressure but I wouldn't purchase from them again. First issue, they left the sticker on the car until the papers were signed and the check was written. On the drive home my son called and said the windsheild was cracked right where the sticker was. After a few not so nice phone calls, the sent safelight to repair the windshied (this is why the got 2 stars instead of 1). The place where you put the license plate was rigged to stay up with their Frontline plate over the top. This dealership is just not an honest dealership. read more

Avoid this dealership! We went in to look at a vehicle only to be met with pressure sales and dishonest folks. Thankfully, this isn't our first rodeo, so when we went to negotiate, we walked away. But, prices are elevated and the "warranty" is useless. Do your homework...pull the NADA or KBB before you go and get pre-approved by an outside creditor. Above all, shop somewhere else! read more

First I want to say that the sales Staff was awesome, nice and great when buying the car. The cars on the other hand are crap! Had problems a week after the car was bought called the owner because that is what we were told to do. It took the owner a week to get back to us because he was on vacation, told us he couldn't fix it, but sent us over to Meineke (who were fabulous). As with happens with all things days after the warranty expired, we had to replace the engine, fuel pump, radiator, you name it, all new stuff. We looked the car over it was clean, no leaks, ran good. But was a piece of crap by the end of the day. A year later we are still having problems and if I could return this I would. Good looking cars, decent pricing, crappy service after the sale and the cars are just not worth it. Don't recommend this place at all. read more

I am a repeat customer at Frontline Auto Brokers. A few years ago, I bought a used Land Rover and have had minimal repair costs since. So, when I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughter, I went back to Frontline. Jeff was our sales guy. He was really nice, didn't give me the "schmooze" like other car salesman. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE CROOKS I finaced a 2002 Chevy avalanche from them and 2 days after I drove it off the lot I noticed that my truck was leaking oil took it there and they said that it wasn't a big deal. Well I drove it for a couple months and finally took it to the Chevy dealership and found out that my new truck (that I had been treating and driveing with the most care that I could) not only had oil pan leak but also a rear main axcle leak and I took it back thinking that they would make it right and they didn't even offer me blue book price when I know for a fact that I did not cause these issues with this vehicle these guy's are crooks and I know they have not only screwed me on a vehicle they have also screwed one of my friends over as well so I Repeat DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE CROOKS read more
