Flatirons honored the SofA warranty coverage, provided a loaner car for a month and a half required to complete repairs, and even covered some cosmetic issues that cropped up from being parked outside in the summer sun for the 6 weeks repair. This dealership is honorable, fair, straight-forward in their offerings, and don't play games with their customers. I'm a super-fan of this dealership and their management as they truly put the customer relationship first and treat each customer with respect. Unlike a recent review docking Service Manager Ryan Knuckles, I had a great experience with him, and also with Cesar Valdez my direct Service Engagement Manager. These guys treated me GREAT!

I didn't spend a dollar for over 8k worth of work and my car feels brand new. I 100% trust them with my car and I don't say that often.

Audi Flatirons is a poorly-run and deceptive dealership with dishonest and manipulative staff in…read moreall business divisions. We had not leased a vehicle before so we did not fully understand the leasing process/lifecycle. When we sat down with the finance manager in 2023 to sign lease documents, she tricked us into getting the least amount of contract miles, despite my request for 15,000/year. She promised us that it would cost us less to have 7,500/year and when we return the vehicle, Audi Flatirons would wipe all excess mileage at no cost if we bought another Audi. I was really nervous about that option because I knew we would go over the limit, but she assured me that the overage would be wiped at no cost. We have purchased or leased 3 Audis so planned to get another after the lease. Of course we went over mileage (just as I had told her we would and why I wanted 15,000 mi/year) and Audi flatirons refused to wipe the mileage overage. They claimed the finance manager lied to us in 2023 and they refused to take accountability for their staff and honor the promised (deception) made. They did, however, tell us that we could purchase the overage at $0.20/mile instead of the standard $0.25. The different finance person AND sales rep told us that in April, 2026 and we have it in text and writing from them. When it came time to return the lease, we felt so disrespected, deceived, and scammed that we refused to get another car from Audi Flatirons. At which point, they told us we could not purchase miles at the discounted $0.20/mi...despite showing the Sales Manager, Amanda Montes the documented proof that we were AGAIN lied to by her staff. She refused and said they could not/would not honor that promise (lie) as that wasn't policy and was completely "out of their hands". I called Audi Financial and they IMMEDIATELY offered me the $0.20/mi price without issue and I paid it on the spot. They said that the Audi Manager, Amanda Montes and her staff were being dishonest to us. We HIGHLY discourage anyone from buying or leasing from Audi Flatirons. This dealership is a scam, full of staff that lie and trick their customers in order to make more money. We have had great experiences with other Audi dealerships in CO, so I encourage you to take your hard earned money to one of them instead.

Although…read morewhen I asked to actually read the contract I was about to sign, they made it very clear that they were not happy, and that no one really does this, and that it threw off their entire sales process. The service department again has very helpful friendly people, but their process and communication is really messed up. First, they have replaced their human phone receptionist with an AI. The AI is fine for simply setting up an appointment. But it is pretty useless beyond that. Once I made an appointment for service because my car was telling me it was due. After showing up once, forgetting my key fob, going back home to get it and coming back, they then told me that it wasn't really due for service, and that the car was wrong, but they offered to do nothing about resetting the car warnings. Recently I went in because a USB port stopped working. They told me that I would have to leave it for 5 to 7 days on the spot in order to hold a place in line. They said that it would be up to me to arrange a rental car through Hyundai USA, and then after renting it, I could "apply for reimbursement". They did offer to give me a ride to a car rental place. I understand that they are very busy, but if they know it's going to be a 5 to 7 day wait, it justifies me why they couldn't schedule an appointment at least closer to when they think they would be able to get to it. Also the fact that they have a hands-off approach to providing a replacement temporary car, means that I have to take my chances with meeting the requirements to get reimbursed by Hyundai USA. I'm going to search around for other dealerships who might provide a smoother warranty service experience.

Rather than complete a straightforward transaction, our sales contact told us Stevinson Lexus of Frederick "does not work with PenFed," asked what rate we had, and offered to reroute our financing through one of their partner banks at a matching rate. That's a dealer reserve grab, not customer service. There is no legal or operational reason a dealer cannot accept a certified check from any bank for a lease buyout. Disappointed after years of loyalty.

I was an easy customer, but they also were pretty responsive to any requests or questions. Amy really showed her value with a few different things (1) she heard me talking to my partner about finding a ride to AutoTrek, given that we only have one car - Amy sent an Uber to pick me up! (2) she stayed after hours when I was making the decision to sign, and put zero pressure on me to even make a decision that night (a major plus for me - I'm sick of pushy and sleazy car salespeople). In fact, I felt no pressure throughout the whole process to buy if I wasn't happy with anything. (3) after I bought the car, I noticed a few things that needed AutoTrek's attention that I didn't notice until I was off the lot. They owed me nothing at this point, but instead, Amy worked with me to get my minor issues resolved with her network of local businesses. Side note: They don't appear to be open to negotiating prices. This could just be my experience because Xterras typically sell like hot cakes in Boulder (and a more common car sitting on the lot for a few weeks might be more negotiable), but AutoTrek didn't budge on price. That said, the price still seemed fair, so I took it. Overall A+ experience - they made buying a used car a very easy process and were incredibly straightforward throughout.

We made our first stop at a different Northern Colorado Subaru dealership- the first thing we noticed when we pulled up is that they had basically no cars in the lot. When we walked in the salesman was very off putting- basically "I don't have any cars and I can't help you." I shrugged and figured they DIDNT want to sell a car so we walked out of the first dealership. Called Greeley Subaru instead and got Blaine Trimbach on the phone. It was a night and day difference in terms of him being helpful, friendly, informative. We wanted a Crosstrek and Greeley Subaru DID have Crosstreks in stock to sell so we drove out to Greeley. It was a great all around car buying experience from him giving us a tour of the Crosstrek, getting us a very competitive rate on financing, our two year old was getting antsy during the extended paperwork part of any car buying transaction- they got her colors and snacks so we could get the paperwork done. We love the Crosstrek and have already put more than 3000+ miles on it so I have also taken it for service at Greeley Subaru for oil change and can say they have an excellent service department as well as sales. I will continue to drive it out to Greeley for service even though there is another Subaru dealership closer to home. You won't regret buying your car at Greeley Subaru!
