Horrible!!! Used…read morethem for possibly 5 yrs servicing 4 different cars. They are good at general mechanics. But complex, No!!! Here are 4 situations that made me see new mechanics: 1.) 8 yrs ago, I overheated the engine and cracked the block on my 1984 Landcruiser. They rebuilt the engine, for about $8,000.00. While in the process, Tim claimed the bottom did not need rebuilding. So they closed up the engine. But I was now burning oil. 2 Qts/ 500 miles. They refused to fix the problem. Tim blamed that I told them to not rebuild the bottom end of the engine. (Ask him about it!) 2.) Just last month, Feb 2026, the catalytic converter on my Landcruiser started to fail. They installed that about 6yrs ago, for about $1,200.00. 3.) 2006 V70,Volvo had a small radiator leak. I brought it in each of the 2 times the Low Level light went on. Each time, they could not find the leak. The 3rd time I brought it in was because the radiator blew and the car overheated. I told them to check that I had not cracked the block before repairing the radiator. They repaired the radiator first., about $1,200.00. Then determined the block was cracked. (Rebuild by Swedish Motors was $6,000.00.) 4.) 2009 S80 Volvo. Had them look at this car to see if it was safe to buy, for my 17yr old daughter. The results of their inspection was "it's in great shape". 1 yr later the transmission went. And I found out that this was the one yr Volvo used a Ford impala transmission. No replacement parts, used or rebuilt transmissions were available, per Swedish Motors. I had to scrap the car. When I confronted Tim and Tyler that they should have known this about this model they said that was something I should have known about the car. NOTE: These guys do not deserve those big stickers on their front window that say Toyota and Volvo. Call me .... Dave Longmont, Co 720-745-9460

They offered to take me right away, but I was busy so I went in the following week. Long story short, they were really great and were able to solve the issue quickly. The service was friendly. They did it right on the spot. I was in and out in a total of 20 minutes with my car fixed. (the hood wasn't fully latched so the auto lock wasn't working.) I would 100% go back for a full service. This was my first experience with Fowler and it was honestly one of the best Honda service center experiences. I've had in my 12 years of owning Hondas.

I had been at the dealership for over 3 hours, and needed to leave as quickly as possible. When the finance guy laid down the sheet showing all the extended coverages and started his sales pitch, I told him I wanted NO coverage and I wanted to move on, and told him several times. He refused to stop his sales hard-sell, saying the Moss Magnusson Act required that he go through it or he'd lose his job. FALSE. The Act just requires complete notification all factors of a particular CHOSEN coverage before a buyer actually signs up and pays for it. I refuse to be held hostage to a sales pitch, and when he wouldn't stop, I walked out.

Well, Norman, the salesman was very kind and friendly, actually delightful! And, the car we ended up with is running great now (fingers crossed), after $1523 worth of work done on it since purchase 13 days ago: - new tires - noted at the purchase as part of the "As Is" - 4 different tire years - 2 different tire brands - cracked rubber on the inside of the front 2 tires - oil change (way overdue according to the color) - Not accounted for by this used car dealer - When my mechanic changed the oil, the plug was found to be cross- threaded so a new oil pan was needed to be installed - stereo does not work - noted at the purchase as part of the "As Is" - spare key "2nd Key" is not cut/does not work - NOT noticed until a week after purchase: - "No we cannot pay for that." Asisasisasis. I had a FREE pre-purchase inspection at Big O and they only found that the car needed: - new wipers - new tires NO mention of immediate brake needs. I visited the used car dealer today (13 days after purchase) and asked about their process for inspecting cars before they go on the lot. Asisasisasis replied, "Absolutely, we carefully inspect all cars before they go on the lot for sale to make sure they are running properly and are safe." Well, the short story is that I took the car to my mechanic to have the brakes fixed after a grinding sound came from the rear right tire 5 days after purchase while braking. I went back to the used car dealer today to see if they would cover the cost. Asisasisasis replied, "No, how are we to know that the brakes were bad? You should have brought it to us to get checked out." 2 ISSUES with this response: This used car dealer works with the mechanic that serviced my brake safety issue and still said that they would not honor the mechanic's analysis of the metal on metal brake issue. It could only be done by their mechanics. I asked, "Why would I bring it to your mechanics if they had already missed the issue from their safety and service inspection that you said ALL cars go through. Either whomever inspected it is negligent for not performing their job, OR it was never inspected in the first place, OR you knowingly sold a car with a brake safety issue." Asisasisasis replied, "Have a good day." as they walked away. Moral: - research the used car dealer that you are considering visiting - consider using a used car broker through your Costco membership or other - always have a pre-purchase inspection done from a mechanic for a charged fee ($100 for about an hour) - Request ALL information on the vehicle that you are considering: - CarFax - Safety inspection prior to going to the lot - length of time it has been on the lot - research the appropriate negotiation process for the car using a generative AI tool - if you are considering trading in your exiting vehicle, consider alternatives before agreeing to "We will give you $200 for the trade in (typical bottom-line amount); It will cost us more than that to take it to auction." - You may be able to get 2-5 times that amount by searching for scrap, junker, or failed car purchasers) - Peddle - Cash For Cars - SellCarUs - donate to Habitat for Humanity - feels a lot better than $200 for your trade in - Strongly consider visiting another used car dealer unless your family member works at this one.

*****Posting on behalf of my Sister In Law ******…read more I normally don't write reviews, but what happened at South Creek Auto has left me without a vehicle and in a really difficult position, so I want others to be aware. In March, I traded in my 2015 Acura MDX for a 2011 Toyota Sienna that South Creek Auto sold for $15,000. I told the salespeople, John Neel and Erik Laura, that I needed a reliable vehicle to get to my new job. I'm a recent widow -- my husband of 17 years passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2025 -- and I've been living with my brother while trying to get back on my feet. This car was supposed to help me rebuild stability. Both salespeople assured me the Sienna was reliable and had been thoroughly inspected by their mechanic. That turned out not to be true. By April 25, just weeks after buying it, I had to take the Sienna to Corwin Toyota for a full inspection. They found $15,611.95 worth of repairs needed, including: * Damaged and leaking engine oil cooler lines * Timing cover gasket leaking oil * Rear passenger shock completely blown * Water pump likely failing * Both front lower control arms cracked * Full four wheel alignment required These are not minor issues -- they are major safety and mechanical failures I believe South Creek Auto misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. The appropriate restitution, in my view, is the $15,000 they sold my traded in vehicle for. I communicated with South Auto Creek multiple times, and they assured me that if I removed the negative reviews I had posted, they would resolve the issue as promised. I removed the reviews in good faith, but they did not follow through on their commitment. I removed the reviews and South Auto Creek did nothing to help. So not only are they unscrupulous in their business dealings they are also liars and should be avoided at all cost. I'm sharing this so others can avoid going through what I'm dealing with now. I trusted their word, and it has left me without a usable vehicle and facing a huge financial burden.

Bought a beautiful Alpine White 2000 Isuzu Rodeo from them and they gave me an out-of-this-world deal for it. They mentioned that they don't buy auction cars for their lot and instead buy trade-ins from reputable dealerships. The Rodeo was having a misfire issue on the lot. The owner, Ray, immediately took me over to his trusted auto shop for a look-over, which was performed by the mechanic there without a hitch. Told us to drive it around, see if it resolves, and if it doesn't then he'd guarantee the repair himself. Even put it in writing. The misfire seemed to have resolved and has cleared along with the check engine light. Water related maybe? A few days later my Dad and I paid Ray a visit just to tell him again how thrilled we were with the purchase. About a half-hour later, we noticed some transmission slippage. Gave Ray a call and, without a second thought, he got right on it. Took us to a guy that he trusts with transmissions, offered to cover the charge and even set us up with a loaner car - a 2010 Ford Fusion - without as much as making us sign a document for it. You won't regret doing business with this wonderful team. It was uncanny how honestly and respectfully we were treated on a used car lot.
