I'm not sure how on earth this place got any Michelin recognition - my meal here was the most disgusting I've ever had in my life. Publix buffet food would have been better. I urge Michelin Guide to re-evaluate this place. I also urge Miami Spice organizers to exclude them from next year's restaurant roster because what they provided was absolutely false advertising and a complete rip off. Let's start with the fact that they falsely advertise on the Miami Spice website that you can choose ANY appetizer or entree from their menu, no exceptions. FALSE! It was only when we sat down that the waiter informed us that any steak or seafood towers were not included and that there would be a $20 upcharge on other items, essentially eliminating half their menu. Now, if like me, you drove half an hour thinking you were going to order steak or something else fancy, you'd be sadly disappointed. First, let's talk about how it took the waiter 20 minutes to take our order while I was starving, and one full HOUR before any food would arrive at our table. I ended up ordering the scallops for an appetizer and it wasn't scallops plural, but one tiny smooshed undercooked slimy scallop. See pics. I saw our neighbors order the same thing and they got two scallops because they weren't doing Miami Spice. So they were definitely penalizing and jipping you for actually doing the Miami Spice menu. Hey Mignonette, if you are too cheap to participate in Miami Spice, then don't do it at all. Then as my entree, I ordered the Grouper w potatoes and Brussels sprouts. I've had lovely grouper before (light and flaky) and this was not grouper. If it was, it was the most cardboard-like, tastless, frozen and reheated piece of garbage I've ever tasted. I could barely choke it down as hungry as I was. I didn't think anyone could mess up fingerling potatoes, but Mignonette managed to - the potatoes were undercooked, rock hard and yet also at the same time drenched in cooking oil which tasted like lighter fluid. The Brussels sprouts were equally heinous! Rock hard, uncooked, yet also soggy in cooking oil that hadn't been changed out for a week. Not sure how they managed to burn the outside of both the potatoes and sprouts to a crisp, but have it raw on the inside. My mom's snapper was slightly better and I wish I had ordered that instead. The final slap in the face came with dessert. A carrot cake, the saddest, tiniest sliver of frozen store bought carrot cake I've ever been served, lacking any taste, not containing any walnuts. Another piece of cardboard masquerading as dessert. Actually, I should say that I've had grocery store carrot cake 10x better. Zero ambiance. Looked like an abandoned storefront from the outside with a shady and unsafe gravel parking lot in back. No proper signage outside, I couldn't even find the restaurant door. Both dining halls were headache-inducingly loud. The floors were so sticky your shoes would stick. Bathroom was something out of a horror movie - absolutely disgusting, I kid you not. I wish I had taken a picture of the toilet seat, which was discolored yellow and pink from 30 years of stains. A new toilet seat costs $17! The managers/owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves. In a city like Miami, in a neighborhood like Wynwood/Edgewater with so many great restaurants, how can they serve this atrocious food in a filthy establishment and have a Michelin mention?!? It's mind boggling and they must have paid for the fake reviews. I left hungry, angry, and disappointed. Take it from this Yelp Elite, save your time and money and take a hard pass on this place. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Miami Spice here is a GREAT deal!! It's a must try! Oysters (pink moon) & Key lime pie are the best here! Excellent service all around.
Came for Miami spice with a few friends and I really enjoyed it. Note: There were some things in the menu that were an additional charge. I got the lobster linguine and loved the large chunks of lobster in it. It had a little spicy kick to it. Then I got the lobster rolls cuz I couldn't get enough and it was sooo yummy. It hit the spot. The bread was generously buttered and I was a fan. I got the fries and broccoli on the side to balance things out. Lastly for desert the key lime pie! It was very lime-y. Good but a little too lime-y for me. Service was great!
A bit of a hidden gem that's still around in the miami scene. It's a very cute and quiet space that gives dinner vibes. Haven't been to this place in years and recently went back and it still holds up. Too notch seafood options and wine collection. No cocktails on the menu as a heads up. Service was really good as we had a party of 8. Would def recommend to try.
What's not to like about this small, quaint restaurant? The service was lovely. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the host and promptly seated for our reservation on a Monday night. There were a couple of tables dining already, but plenty were still open at 6:30. My two friends and I came in for the MIAMI Spice menu. We were pleasantly surprised to find that most of the menu was available for the selection of the appetizer and entrée. However, the desserts were limited to a choice from a selection of three. We also had to order all three courses upfront. We ordered the deviled eggs, the lobster linguine, and the crab cake as our starters and shared them. All of them were delicious in their own way. Truly, I would've been content with the lobster linguine as my main course. For my entrée, I ordered the lobster roll with French fries and broccolini. I adored the citrusy flavor of the lobster, as well as the little kick from the broccolini, and was delighted with the quality of the French fries--golden and crispy. For dessert, the Key lime pie was my favorite of the bunch; however, that was a dissenting opinion. (Everyone else agreed that the bread pudding was the standout.) I will say, I was a little confused about parking because it looked like there was a sign indicating parking toward the back, but I didn't see anything. So, I opted for street parking, and there was plenty available at that time--although it looked a little sketchy. However, once I parked and entered the restaurant, I quickly forgot about that.
Had an early dinner here before the Nutcracker--really quality experience. Excellent service, cozy but funky ambiance, and amazing food. Love the Miami-new Orleans fusion of the menu. For starters we ordered the lobster deviled eggs which are a must order and the chargrilled oysters. We are not oyster fans and absolutely devoured these. For entrees we went with the appetizer size of the scallops and the fancy red fish. Scallops were deliciously seared and the polenta was creamy but the red fish absolutely stole the show. The andouille crust had a nice spice and the gravy underneath was so delicious we ended up soaking the polenta in it. Highly recommend, great date night spot.
Finally made it to Mignonette! Glad we had reservations as the restaurant was full on this Wednesday night. Our party of 3 came here to take advance of the last days of Miami Spice. The great thing here for Spice is that you can order off the regular menu, with some exceptions with additional up charges, choose any app, entree and dessert. We ordered 3 different appetizers, the mussels in white wine sauce, the crab cake and the oysters. All 3 were great and equally delicious. We were all pretty set on the same entree, the main lobster tails! We did not mind the up charge for this entree, as it was lobster, our tails were perfectly cooked and served with an additional 2 sides of our choice. Dessert we also ordered one of each of the 3 options available: carrot cake (good, but preferred the others) bread pudding (warm and decadent, delicious) and key lime pie (perfectly tart and sweet enough, tied with the pudding for favorite). Hope to come back soon and try some other items I saw on the menu.
We came in a few minutes before the kitchen closed. I hate doing this to the staff but they were so nice and attentive still. We opted for the three course meal from the miami spice menu. The Rockefeller oysters, scallop, deviled egg lobster, and octopus were delicious. My friends and I shared a bite from each dish. All the dishes were tasty. For the main entree we had the grouper, lobster roll and snapper. Wow the flavor, every bite was amazing. For dessert we had the bread pudding which is a must, carrot cake and the apple pie that was warm and melted in your mouth. The restaurant had dimmed lights and two separate rooms with tables. Also, a small bar with the menu on a board. Overall, I had a great experience and I can see why it's Michelin recommended.
Mignonette is a great seafood restaurant and oyster house. As you get in, the interior is not what you would expect for the prices, but the food itself is worth it. Service was good throughout the meal. We started with glasses of wine and an order of Oysters Rockefeller (since my wife does not like raw ones). The oysters were really well cooked with good flavor. We also had the crab cakes which were excellent, with good chunks of crab. For the main dish, I had grouper and then you were able to select two sides (where I picked Asparagus and Brussels sprouts). The grouper was outstanding, cooked perfectly. I was also really impressed with the sides, particularly the Brussels Sprouts. My wife had the snapper and she really enjoyed that. The fries she had were very good also. As noted at start, it is on the pricy side, but the seafood is top-notch and worth a visit.
I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday, and overall, the experience was just okay. Unfortunately, our waiter was inconsistent and barely checked on us, which made the service feel lackluster. We started with the oyster flight and the clams casino--easily the highlight of our meal. The oysters were fresh, clean, and free of grit, while the clams casino were some of the best I've ever had. They were packed with flavor, served in a delicious combination of bacon, shallots, piquillo peppers, and white wine sauce. At this point, we were excited for what was to come. However, things started to go downhill. We had also ordered the fish dip, but it never arrived. Our waiter never acknowledged the mistake, so we didn't even get the chance to try it. For our entrées, I ordered the snapper with cheesy polenta and broccolini, and I really enjoyed my dish. The flavors were well-balanced, and the fish was cooked beautifully. The only downside was that the polenta, while delicious, was served a bit cold. My boyfriend, on the other hand, was extremely disappointed with his grouper. It looked and tasted like a frozen piece of fish--bland, uninspired, and overshadowed by the sides. Given that we live in Florida, where fresh seafood is a staple, this was a major letdown. Hoping to end the meal on a high note, we wanted to order a slice of key lime pie--but, unsurprisingly, they were out. At that point, it just felt like the cherry on top of an already frustrating experience. Needless to say, we probably won't be back unless it's just for appetizers (or maybe to finally try that fish dip we never received--if they don't forget again, lol).
This place is in understated gem. Small tucked away, you might almost miss it. Decor is simple but elegant, the focus is CLEARLY The food. The meal was beyond amazing, best value for spice Entire menu is an option. Bold rich flavors, creative combinations ... perfection! Beer and wine only for alcohol options. The wine list was ok. I didn't find a wine a love (which is subjective) Servers were excellent. FREDDIE knew his shit! And was excellent at making good pairings
To begin with, the place was cute, packed, and service at the table was phenomenal. Aside from waiting 25 minutes to be sat at our table (even with a reservation) the service was great. The table before us hadn't gotten up after paying, and if I had to critique the service I would advise the management to have gone over and said I'm sorry but we have a table reservation that has been waiting over ten minutes if you don't mind continuing your conversation at the bar. Now, let's talk food. Apps: I've never not ordered a steak tartare if it's on a menu, so I had to try it. My steak tartar was a little bland, and the pieces were cut into cubes, and those cubes were tough to chew. I really didn't like it, and I've never disliked a steak tartare before. WITH THAT SAID, my friend ALSO ordered this- and his had a mustardy tangy flavor, the texture was more tender, and it was delicious. He agreed that the plates tasted totally different. So, I don't know why mine tasted different, but it definitely wasn't consistent across plates. The lobster linguini was a little fishy, and just not our favorite. The table didn't finish it. The octopus was delicious! Perfectly cooked with a crispy skin. Love. The scallops were good! I got them fancy style with a side of the beurre blanc to dip it in. Good portion size and generally tasty. Not the best I've ever had, but still tasty. Smoked fish dip was GREAT. I finished it with a fork once we ran out of crackers. Finally, the crispy skin snapper with beurre blanc was amazing. It was cooked so perfectly and basically melted in your mouth. This was the winner! All in all, this is one of the best miami spice specials since they let you choose from the whole menu, food was good, not great. I would go back though!
This cute little oyster bar in Edgewater was calling my name. They have a several different oysters to choose from so we tried a few each. The crispy skin snapper was light but flavorful and I had some of the best asparagus I've ever eaten as a side. But the real star of the show was the Clams Casino, which was a bowl of clams in a broth made with bacon, shallots, peppers, and white wine. OMG. I wanted to drink every last drop of the broth it was that good. Service here is great and the servers a highly knowledgeable about their menu, it's impressive. There's actually a ton of seating but make sure to make a rezi or you might be stuck waiting a while.

- The Ambience and food were great. Red fish was a touch salty but everything else was tasty. - Service was wonderful. All the servers were attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back! read more
Truly love the Blue Collar / Mignonette group. Service here is always great. They pick really special servers with heart. The lobster deviled eggs were good, though I was expecting a bit more robust flavors. Get the popcorn shrimp, yummmm! The oysters were nicely shucked, good flavor, one came with no meat and they exchanged it with no fuss. The veggies are legit. Flavorful, hearty, one of my favorite selections between both restaurants. My redfish with lentils was nicely flavored like I remembered it. This place isn't cheap, but you are getting a classy vibe, quality seafood, and nice service. It's also in a quieter area of town which could both be a plus or negative depending on what you're in the mood for that night. Try it out. I don't think you'll be disappointed! read more

I've been to Mignonette before but it's been so long that I'm just going to go with today's experience. Being the sister restaurant of Blue Collar, you have certain expectations and they not only meet them, but exceed them. Today being the first day of Miami Spice, went with that choice of menus. A great offering that's more than worth it, as one of the appetizer options is half a dozen oysters. My husband went with the conch chowder that is such a crowd pleaser that even my four year old enjoyed it. For entree, I went with the crusted red fish and he went with the steak option and then we shared the bread pudding (fantastic) and flight of ice cream. Service was great and they have a nice wine list to boot. All in all a great experience all these years later and obvious why they have such staying power. read more

So sad I am just learning about this place. Everything we ate was amazing!! Pure euphoria in every bite. Beyond wowed. Had the chargrilled oysters, lobster deviled eggs, lobster tails, scallops, polenta and artichoke. The Miami Spice deal is unmatched. Service was also excellent. read more
Glad the yelp reviews and ratings was so accurate to our experience here. I think while in Miami this is a must try. Our waiter I believe his name was Kyrie was so attentive and so passionate about his job that made our experience so much more enjoyable. He was so knowledgeable about everything on the menu and gave great recommendations. We had the scallops, shrimp cocktail, and redfish. We also tried the muscles in the broth that it was cooked in was so good we had to ask for more bread so we can enjoy it even more. Everything was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes are great for the prices offered. I love that they have a few outdoor seats as we enjoy the beautiful weather while we were there. read more
Mignonette is a great little spot with lots of character and delicious, fresh seafood. Loved the large, diner-style sign and stools at the front. We went during happy hour, but note happy hour prices are primarily honored at the bar. Loved the lobster deviled eggs and chargrilled oysters especially, soo good! I didn't try the lobster roll but saw lots of people ordering it so it appears to be a popular item. Definitely check it out for sone good vibes and seafood. read more
Yummy seafood, great service and nice ambiance for a date or solo. All are welcome. We were greeted by Ashley, who gave us a great seat with a view. She also checked in on us at dinner, which was nice. Lester, our server, made recommendations and all of them were great! We took him up on every suggestion; the crab cakes and octopus were exceptional! That crab cake was filled with crab meat and made to perfection. I would order this with the sauce on the sidThe garnish on the octopus was perfectly fresh and the meat was charred and seasoned well. We had oysters Rockefeller and raw and they were a 10 out of 10! Now on to the entrees; the lobster roll and scallops are the way to go! Each come with two sides of your liking and the Brussels sprouts and chips are where it's at! We did send back one dish (red fish)because the temperature was way off and it lacked seasoning. The team was really nice about it and it was clear that the scallops were the best choice. The only recommendation we didn't go with was on the dessert; Lester recommended the bread pudding (that has no raisins- yay!), but we decided on the carrot cake and it was excellent! Made in house and delightful in every bite! We will definitely have the bread pudding next time. This was such a wonderful experience and we couldn't be more grateful for the service. Our busser, Agustin, was extremely kind, professional and on it! Be sure to check them out and enjoy! read more
What a charming little spot. This is a great date night place. They have a really great menu for seafood lovers. I especially enjoyed the crudo, which changes daily. The cornbread is also excellent. The list of sides is even full of good choices like artichokes, lentils, peas, potato chips, and a ton of options. I'm only docking a star because it wasn't the best lobster roll I've ever had (a little dry) but everything was delicious. read more

Recently had one of the BEST dinners in recent memory! Not sure why it took me so long to try this place out, but I can't wait to come back. Arrived at prime time on a Friday night and the restaurant wasn't extremely packed but had a decent amount of tables filled. We were waiting on some friends to join but we were sat promptly by the friendly Hostess. It can sometimes be hard in Miami to find things that stand the test of time when it comes to service and food, and Mignonette does just that. Both service and food were phenomenal. Our server was super friendly and quick at getting us what we needed. All of the dishes were so delicious, that a lot of "OMG" was said at the table. I wanted to order fish or a seafood plate but the filet mignon was too hard to pass up and I'm so glad I didn't because it was perfection, it was perfectly seared and those potatoes were a great addition to it as a side. I didn't want the meal to end. I however did try the fish plates that were ordered at the table and wow, so fresh and tasty as well. If you like seafood, especially oysters, then this is the place to be at. I was also a big fan of the lobster bisque soup, had a little kick to it but in a good way! Was delicious and had a good amount of lobster pieces in it, so did the lobster mac and cheese. The second highlight 2/2 was the chocolate cake. I'm not one for too chocolatey cakes, but this cake was probably one of the most moist, tasteful cakes I've ever tasted. So delicious and surprisingly not overwhelmingly sweet! A MUST TRY AS WELL! That crust of the key lime pie hit the spot too, and so did the bread pudding! In other words, there was nothing we tried here that didn't hit the spot and that we didn't absolutely enjoy. Whether you want to happy hour after a long day of work or to just enjoy a seafood filled dinner or find a spot for a romantic date- this spot hits home for all occasions. read more
AMAZING!!!! , The atmosphere was very nice and the service was great. We had a very nice waitress. She was very attentive and even gave us a lot of water which we really like because the alcohol was flowing As far as dishes, they were absolutely incredible. Everything we ate was from the Miami spice menu. We went in a group, so we each got a different plates & atecoff each others and everything was excellent. The redfish was great. The grouper was crispy and soft. The lobster mac & cheese was outstanding, and the filet mignon was top-notch. The desserts were so good. That chocolate cake was soft, moist and tasty. The Keylime pie was one of the best as a born and raised Florifian, and the bread pudding was on point. Highly recommended. Will definitely go again worth it. read more

Visited Mignonette for Miami Spice '23 because aside from the great reviews, it was the only restaurant offering a full menu selection (huge plus!). I completely fell in love with the place after my first visit. The ambience is small & cozy perfect for a date night or a special occasion. Our waiter was extremely nice and gave us fantastic recommendations. He even brought out for us a cocktail shrimp app because our original appetizer was given to another table first. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Also, you must not leave without ordering any of their desserts, chefs kiss! I'm so excited to come back to mignonette and try other dishes! read more

Been wanting to try this place for a while and saw a post on my Instagram feed featuring the most beautiful African lobster tails....so I immediately made a dinner reservation for my boyfriend and I for Friday night. We opted for a bottle of wine to start and ordered some apps. We opted for crab cakes and octopus. The octopus portion was microscopic and the sauces completely drowned out the flavor (octopus is something I order almost every time I go out to eat, and this must've been the lowest rated one I've had in Miami thus far.) The crab cakes were good alot of crab lumps and not much filler. I really enjoyed my lobster tails and the cheese polenta was very satisfying. My boyfriend did not enjoy his lobster roll it was pretty dry for him unfortunately. Overall very hit and miss meal. Service was good food was meh. I would be open to getting the lobster tails again via takeout, but overall pretty disappointed with the dining experience. read more

This is our second time at this restaurant. We came for Miami spice well worth the value here with the food you get. We sat at the bar this time, I think the bar is a better spot. Food was delicious only place you can get potato's Anna with your dry aged ribeye. Service was phenomenal. Our portions came out quickly. A cool chill vibe for a Friday night. The desert portion was delicious. You must get both a Carrot cake the putting. read more
Really wasn't impressed. I had been dying to try Mignonette as I continuously was hearing from multiple sources that it was top tier food. Several friends told me how much they love this place, but I'm not sure if it left a great impression. Lobster deviled eggs were good, but incredibly salty. Not quite worth $24. The oysters were alright. We ordered the flight. I don't know a lot about oysters, so I won't comment too heavily on them. Noticed a few bits of shell. Cornbread tasted more like a cake. Not in a good way. It wasn't rich in corn flavor like I was expecting. It looks so appetizing in pictures, but it just fell flat in flavor. We ordered a lobster roll and it was incredibly dry. I guess dry is better than soggy with butter. Atmosphere is super hip. Love the ambiance of the old gas station renovated into a restaurant. Parking is easy and right on site. I don't see myself going back here. I can see how it got good reviews on a good day, but it's too risky. Why dine somewhere that seems to be 50/50 on whether or not you'll get a great meal? I came across an interesting mix of reviews. It seems like when they're on their A game, the food is a 10. On the day we went, the food was a 6. read more

We came in for the Miami Spice deal and it blew us away! They let you choose from (almost) anything on their regular menu and we loved everything we tried! The prime dry aged strip was my favorite. They also have a great selection of wines and very fast service! Will definitely be coming back. read more
The service was the best part of the experience. There really isn't much ambiance, the food is overpriced, and I don't think they can compete with restaurants in a similar price range. The fried shrimp had no seasoning. I originally wanted the lobster roll but they had run out. My partner had the cod and said the portion size was extremely small. I wanted to like this place because I had heard so much about it. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. read more
Came for Miami Spice to check this place out, it is very true that this is one of the best if not best Miami spice deals going on as you can get practically everything on the menu for $60 but I wasn't impressed with the food. My appetizer, the smoked fish dip was extremely salty to my taste, the polenta that I ordered as a side with my steak was left as is, it was very bland and the steak that was ordered medium well came out well done, the mushrooms were good. Lastly, my dessert the butterscotch pudding was okay. I particularly wasn't impressed with anything I ate that night, but props to them for offering a good Miami spice deal. Service was quick and attentive but didn't seem to wonder why the appetizer and main plate were not finished. There is only one bathroom in the restaurant. read more

I searched to find a nice place to have dinner while we were in Miami; the site caught my eye due to the lobster and oysters on the menu. We ended up walking to the restaurant; it is kind of hidden away but very worth the visit. We were seated on the far side, quickly looked over the menu, heard the specials, and ordered up. Drinks: House Aperitif - 4/5 Zuccardi Malbec - 5/5 Oysters: Kusshi - 5/5 Lucky Lime - 5/5 Pickle Pt - 5/5 The oysters were fresh and very delicious. Seared scallops - 5/5 Seared nicely, on top of cheesy Polenta. Lobster roll with French fired potato chips and Polenta - 5/5 The Lobster roll was terrific, melted in my mouth, rich and creamy on a brioche bun, and came with two very delicious sides. Manhattan Strip with sautéed Mushrooms, Polenta - 5/5 The strip was perfectly cooked to a medium-rare, with two sides mushrooms and cheesy Polenta. read more

My boyfriend picked this place out for our Valentine's Day dinner. There's always that risk visiting a new spot, especially on a busy holiday, but we were NOT disappointed. Easily one of the better meals I've had in Miami. We were able to find street parking right outside the entrance, which already was a win for the night. We were seated instantly and greeted by our waiter. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name but he was great! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and extremely kind. Everything on the menu seemed so good, we opted to just do shared apps and try a bunch of options. All stars being the fried conch (the sauce served on the side was unbelievable), the oyster tower (all the cooked cheesy oysters were so good, I can't even pick a favorite), and lastly the grilled octopus (which was served on some sort of cooked beans which were easily my favorite bite of the night). Truthfully, it seems like anything you order will be outstanding. We were quick to recommend this place to a bunch of friends, who have since visited and shared the same enamore for the restaurant. The place itself is quite small, so make a reservation or expect a significant wait. Highly highly recommend! read more

We visited Mignonette on our first night in Miami-Very very good. Our food was delicious and I highly recommend. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and made good suggestions. The pace of food arrival was a little slow, but not terrible. We started off with the cornbread appetizer. It was nice, but certainly not the star of the show. I selected the crispy red snapper with peas (which I don't have an opportunity to have often and enjoyed) and the crispy artichokes. Fish was prepared perfectly and the beurre blanc was a perfect complement. My husband selected the scallops and they were absolutely unbelievable. They may actually be the BEST scallops I have ever had. The sear was spot on and the seasoning left nothing to be desired. He also had fries and polenta. The fries were okay, but the polenta was delicious. We saw several others with dessert, but were both super full and didn't try. Fabulous dinner and I would definitely return. The restaurant is pretty tiny, so you are sitting really close to neighbors, which made me slightly uncomfortable, but otherwise very intimate setting. read more

Visiting from out of town and found this restaurant through Miami Spice. The food was delicious and service was fast! I had a tomato based seafood chowder, baked Fish Entree with lentils and shrimp, and for dessert the chocolate cake. The only issue we had was our server put our orders in incorrectly twice. We were offered a complimentary additional glass of wine for the first issue which was the appetizer being incorrect- then our server reconfirmed the entree and dessert and our dessert order still came back wrong. I have worked in service industry and it definitely happens but 2 wrong orders in one sitting is a first lol. Still a great ambiance and the server and host were pleasant. read more
Went for Miami Spice after reading about it and it didn't disappoint. Made reservations and despite arriving about 20 mins early, we were quickly sat at a table near the window. One of the best Miami Spice menus I've come across. Aside from 4-5 dishes in the appetizer section, the entire menu is at your disposal. $60 for a 3-course meal that would ordinarily run you over $100. Food was delicious! Atmosphere was laid back and chill. The service was prompt. Will definitely be going back. read more

i have heard some amazing things about this place and finally decided to go. note that you have to make reservations as the place is not really big and most tables are design to sit 2 people. the food: we ordered different plates to share. the oysters are awesome, my friend and i have been looking for a good place and found it, they were meaty and tasteful. the lobster deviled eggs are crazy good and a combination that i never thought of. the octopus was small but so good. the service is outstanding, our server recommended good plates and was super helpful and on top of the food. parking is on the street. i will definitely come back again. read more
So, I ate 2 oysters here and that's as far as we got! I lost my phone 15 minutes before arriving and didn't realize until we got our oyster plate and seafood tower (oysters, shrimp, crudo of the day, clams.) At that point, I was in tears since we were vacationing in Miami from Denver and lost my appetite, as did my boyfriend. Louis or Luis was and is a FUCKING GEM FOR YOU. He not only, before we even arrived, rearranged our reservation due to issues we were having but went above and beyond to make me feel better. He even went around helping me look before I realized it was in the Uber and long-gone (hi hater, ya got me to upgrade from an 11 to a 13 Pro and i woulda gone years without giving Apple more money!) He let us know they comped the whole tower since we hadn't touched it and I can't explain how appreciated that was. Amazing service like that, unasked for but so kind. I'd neeeever expect that because man, that's a whole lot of fresh seafood and I felt so bad. Really helped turn our night around. Shout out to you, you're awesome! Before the phone troubles, we got a bottle of Billecart Salmon Brut Reserve to try for the first time and it was deliiiicious. The few oysters I tried were briny and mineral-y perfection. The shrimp looked plump and tender. The crudo of the day sounded WILD. It was like.. hamachi with blood orange and grapefruit, or some other citruses. I am eagerly awaiting our next trip to Miami because Mignonette will be the first stop to truly feast, and we barely even had any food! Much love to you all read more
