If you live on a dirt road and you have heavy film on your vehicle do not select touch free as it is unable to get the entire film off your vehicle use the soft cloth instead. I opted for the first to clean up the bugs guts that did a number on my windshield during a drive to and from Grand Rapids earlier in the week. For $12 I did the top level drive thru wash. It did a pretty good job and my car was nice and clean for the most part. The only complaint? It didn't do a very good job of cleaning the windshield that needed the most love. I'll have to go back and do it manually to get it completely cleaned off. So for a basic "my car is a little dirty and I want to get it clean" job this place does a good job. For more tough stuff it may not hurt to either go to the manual section or be prepared to some touch-ups after.

For just $5 I had two guys make sure to de-bug my front grill and get the tar off of the bottom of my bumpers. I then relaxed while my car whooshed down the conveyor belt and got sudsy and clean.
