I was DELIGHTED to discover via their website that they sold beef slices (thinly sliced top round) for rouladen. Rouladen is a german dish that's part of my partner's Christmastime tradition. So, thanks to Knight's -- we were able to celebrate/maintain some kind of tradition! I ordered 12pcs and it came in two packages of 6 pcs each (~3lbs) at $12.99/lb. We were able to cut each piece in half so next time, I'll just order 6 pcs or 1 package! I called a couple days in advance for a Christmas Eve pick up and it was pretty seamless! Knight's Market is pretty easy to miss as it's a nondescript gray building, but worth a visit for an order ahead specialized meat order. If you need something immediately, the butcher inside Sparrow Market may be better as Knight's Market is relatively small and only has more common types of meats/cuts stocked regularly.

This store has such stock that in my youth I might have been tempted to search and look and admire 'til my girl threatened to leave me there. But now older and hopefully wiser, I found two Desert Island discs I had always coveted: a long distance driver (Innova GStar Wraith) and a middle distance driver (Discraft ESP Buzzz SS) within the minutes I allowed myself. And in the best colors. Prices are pretty typical retail. I think you can get discs for a few dollars less at the various online sellers. But there is pleasure to be found here if discs matter to you.
